Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Apakah Kepemimpinan Birokrasi dan Kompetensi Kerja secara parsial ataupun simultan Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Jenis data menggunakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan sampel berjumlah 33 orang. Dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui kueioner dan Analisis data yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis Kuantitatif menggunakan Skala Likert dan Program SPSS versi 2.5. Dari uji t atau uji parsial membuktikan bahwa: Variabel Kepemimpinan Birokrasi (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Variabel Kompetensi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Pengujian Uji f atau secara simultan menunjukan bahwa Variabel Kepemimpinan Birokrasi (X1) dan Kompetensi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja  Pegawai (Y) Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

Purpose – This paper seeks to provide a new model in the development of the Pillars of Death that occurs in the community to be incorporated in the basic principle of mutual cooperation and the ability of community contributions to be facilitated in BPJS Health and Death with implications for health care costs and death benefits. Methodology/approach – The method used in this research is a Research Literature Study with qualitative analysis based on secondary data that occurred in the last five years in Indonesia. Findings – It was found that. The findings obtained in this scientific work are a model of solutions faced by many people in dealing with health and death within a framework of achieving the Mandate of People's Prosperity Ideals that are socially just and reduce the economic burden on society and harmony. Novelty/value – As the sustainability of the Death Law Program which has similarities and differences with Insurance, in the solution to the merger of BPJS Health and Death due to the community's ability to pay contributions in the spirit of mutual cooperation. Abstract

The digitalization of the economy toward the Society 5.0 era has begun to be realized in Indonesia. The era of Society 5.0 is shown by all the facilities obtained by humans through systems, technology, and robots. The existence of an accountant in the era of Society 5.0 is expected to decrease. This study aims to determine the description of the accounting profession in the era of Society 5.0 and efforts that can be made by an accountant in dealing with that era. This study uses a qualitative approach research method with data collection techniques derived from literature review. The results of this study indicate differences in the practice of accountants in the past and the era towards Society 5.0. Accountants' task has become more effective and efficient because of the digitalization of the economy. Era Society 5.0 also provides opportunities and challenges for accountants. Therefore, an accountant requires skills in the field of information technology in order to survive in the era of Society 5.0 and following eras.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking continues to increase, growth in terms of assets and finance can also be said to be growing positively, but unfortunately the assessment or measurement of Islamic banking performance still uses the same instruments as conventional banking, even though Islamic banking has its own characteristics and principles. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of Islamic banking with measurement instruments in accordance with the sharia maqashid method, measurement focuses on the benefits, namely the maintenance of religion, the maintenance of the soul, the maintenance of the offspring, the maintenance of the intellect, and the maintenance of the offspring. The method in this study uses a descriptive quantitative method with the Islamicity Performance Index model, the data used is secondary data from the financial statements of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. An analysis of various performance ratios of Islamic banks in Indonesia shows that PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin and PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk stand out with high profit-sharing and zakat ratios, demonstrating a strong commitment to justice and fair distribution in line with syariah principles. PT. BPD West Nusa Tenggara Syariah excels in the Islamic Income Ratio, reflecting fully halal income. However, some banks, such as PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Sharia, Tbk, and PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, display lower ratios in certain metrics, indicating the need for improvement in zakat distribution and halal income generation. Overall, this analysis underscores the importance of Islamic banks continually enhancing their adherence to syariah principles to achieve social justice and economic welfare in accordance with maqashid syariah.   Perkembangan perbankan syariah dari sisi aset dan keuangan tumbuh positif, namun sayangnya penilaian atau pengukuran kinerja perbankan syariah masih menggunakan instrumen yang sama dengan perbankan konvensional, padahal perbankan syariah memiliki karakteristik dan prinsip tersendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja perbankan syariah dengan instrumen pengukuran sesuai dengan metode maqashid syariah, pengukuran berfokus pada kemaslahatannya, yaitu pemeliharaan agama, pemeliharaan jiwa, pemeliharaan keturunan, pemeliharaan kecerdasan, dan pemeliharaan keturunan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan model Indeks Kinerja Islamicity, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari laporan keuangan bank umum syariah di Indonesia. Analisis terhadap berbagai rasio kinerja bank syariah di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa PT. Bank Syariah Bukopin dan PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk menonjol dengan rasio bagi hasil dan zakat yang tinggi, menunjukkan komitmen yang kuat terhadap keadilan dan penyaluran yang adil sejalan dengan prinsip syariah. BPD Nusa Tenggara Syariah Barat unggul dalam Rasio Pendapatan Islam, yang mencerminkan pendapatan halal sepenuhnya. Namun, beberapa bank, seperti PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Syariah, Tbk, dan PT. Bank Aceh Syariah, menunjukkan rasio yang lebih rendah dalam metrik tertentu, menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan penyaluran zakat dan menghasilkan pendapatan halal. Secara keseluruhan, analisis ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya bank syariah terus meningkatkan kepatuhan mereka terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah untuk mencapai keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan ekonomi sesuai dengan maqashid syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of price on purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency. By using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to consumers, this research identifies the relationship between price variables and purchasing decisions. The analysis results show that price does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a significance value greater than 0.05. Although the data used is reliable with 95.3% valid cases, the data distribution is not normal which can affect the analysis results. The multiple linear regression test and F test show that the regression model built is not significant, with only 2.5% of the variation in purchasing decisions that can be explained by price. These findings indicate the need for further research to explore other factors that might influence purchasing decisions for shrimp cracker products in Punti Village.

Abstract

Program CSR Denting Nusantara yang dilakukan oleh PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Muara Karang yang bertujuan untuk mengentaskan kasus stunting di wilayah Kelurahan Pluit, Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi efektivitas dari Program Denting Nusantara menggunakan metode Social Return on Investment (SROI). Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil FGD, depth interview, dan dokumen internal milik perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil olah data, didapatkan nilai SROI sebesar 2.25 yang artinya setiap 1 rupiah yang diinvestasikan oleh perusahaan memberikan manfaat atau dampak sosial sebesar 2,25 rupiah. Program Denting Nusantara berhasil menurunkan angka prevalensi stunting di Kelurahan Pluit sebesar 20% dan memberikan dampak positif di kalangan pemangku kepentingan. Program ini melibatkan berbagai pihak di antaranya pemerintah setempat, komunitas dan kelompok masyarakat di Kelurahan Pluit, Jakarta utara. Keterlibatan berbagai pihak dalam pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan kerja sama kolaboratif yang efektif dalam upaya menurunkan angka prevalensi stunting di kalangan penerima manfaat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the demographic characteristics, usage behavior, and things that have an impact on attracting viewers to watch and utilize travel vlogs on YouTube as a travel reference. respondents in this study 131 were selected based on criteria aged 18 years and over and had watched travel vlogs on youtube at least once in 3 months to find travel reference information. The analytical tool used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using LISREL software. The results of this study are to find out things that affect interest in using travel vlogs on YouTube based on nine hypotheses. First, the popularity of the travel vlog variable does not affect the credibility of the perception variable. Variable perception of interest, attitude variables towards use have a significant effect. Second, the video characteristic variable influences the perception variable of credibility. Third, the video characteristic variable influences the perception of benefits. Fourth, the credibility perception variable influences perceived usefulness. Fifth, video characteristics influence attitudes towards use. Sixth, the credibility variable influences attitudes toward use. Seventh, perceived usefulness variables influence attitudes toward use. Eighth, the perception of video characteristics influences the use of interest. Ninth, Attitudes toward use affect the interest to use.

Abstract

The Influence of media in the learning process really helps teachers in delivering abstract learning materials to be more real. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 52 Banda Aceh. This study aims to prove the effect of diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 52 Banda Aceh. the approach in this research is a quantitative approach, using the form of One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, the approach uses a quantitative approach of pretest and post-test types. The sample in this study were all students in class V SDN 52 Banda Aceh with a total of 14 students, namely 7 boys and 7 girls. Data collection was carried out using a test in the form of answer choices with a total of 20 questions. The results of the study with the acquisition of a score from the mean pretest is 46,07 and the mean post-test score is 74,6 which shows the difference in the learning process without treatment with learning that is given treatment. Based on the data obtained using the SPSS Statistic 22 software, the results obtained a significance (2-tailed) of 0,0000,05. From the results obtained, the decision-making is accepted and rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of diorama media on student learning outcomes on the water cycle material in class V SDN 52 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Improving digital literacy remains a significant challenge in s (Islamic boarding school), particularly amidst the rapid pace of digital transformation. Students, as key agents of change, play a strategic role in introducing and strengthening digital competencies within these traditional educational environments. Community service initiatives carried out at s aim to increase digital awareness through structured training on the wise and productive use of technology. The program employed a three-phase approach: observation, hands-on workshops, and continuous evaluation. The findings reveal increased student understanding of digital ethics, cyber safety, and the use of digital tools such as Canva for educational content creation. Moreover, the initiative fostered a more collaborative and inclusive digital learning culture. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and constrained training time were identified. It is recommended that future programs incorporate extended mentoring periods and provide infrastructure support to sustain digital literacy development. This initiative offers a replicable model for empowering digital literacy in Islamic boarding school settings and highlights the potential of university-student partnerships in bridging the digital divide within religious educational institutions.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, especially e-commerce. The use of e-commerce has increased, causing public consumption to also increase compared to before the pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of public consumption through e-commerce before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. The object of this research is UPN Veteran Jakarta students and several people who use e-commerce. This type of research is quantitative research with instruments in the form of online questionnaires, as well as descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The results show that the level of public consumption through e-commerce has increased after the Covid-19 pandemic. People believe in the system, they also claim that the costs incurred through e-commerce are relatively cheap compared to shopping in person.
