Abstract

Sumber bahan organik untuk perbaikan tanah alluvial sebagai media tanam cabai merah dapat menggunakan bokashi Pueraria javanica. Penggunaan tanaman Pueraria javanica sebagai bokashi karena tanaman ini memiliki unsur nitrogen yang tinggi, sebab tanaman ini bersimbiosis dengan bakteri Rhizobium dengan mengikat nitrogen di udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bokashi Pueraria javanica dan dosis yang terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah pada tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. Penelitian dimulai dari tanggal 31 Mei 2014 sampai dengan tanggal 29 September 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 6 taraf perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 3 kali, untuk setiap ulangan digunakan 4 sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu: p0 = tanpa pemberian bokashi Pueraria javanica, p1 = 10% bahan organik atau setara dengan 61,53 g bokashi Pueraria javanica / polybag, p2 = 12,5% bahan organik atau setara dengan 446,15 g bokashi Pueraria javanica / polybag, p3 = 15% bahan organik atau setara dengan 830,75 g bokashi Pueraria javanica / polybag, p4 = 17,5% bahan organik atau setara dengan 1215,35 g bokashi Pueraria javanica / polybag, dan p5 = 20% bahan organik atau setara dengan 1600,00 g bokashi Pueraria javanica / polybag. Variabel pengamatan yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, volume akar, berat kering tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah buah per tanaman, dan berat buah per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokashi Pueraria javanica berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap variabel pengamatan tinggi tanaman, volume akar, dan berat kering tanaman, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah buah dan berat buah per tanaman. Pemberian bokashi Pueraria javanica dengan dosis 446,15 g / polybag atau setara dengan 12,5% bahan organik merupakan dosis yang terbaik terhadap hasil tanaman cabai merah pada tanah alluvial.

Abstract

PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL KAILAN PADA TANAH PODSOLIK MERAH KUNING Antonius Tomy Heatubun(1),Eddy Santoso(2),Maulidi(2),(1)Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian dan(2)Dosen Fakultas Pertanian Universitas TanjungpuraPontianak ABSTRAK  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bokasi isi rumen sapi dan mencari dosis terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan kailan pada tanah podsolik merah kuning. Penelitian ini berlangsung dari tanggal 29 september  2018 - 29 november 2018. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dan lima ulangan, setiap ulangan terdiri dari empat sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu bokasi isi rumen sapi dengan dosis 386 g/polybag setara dengan 5% bahan organik (b1), 717 g/polybag setara dengan 8% bahan organik (b2), 1.048 g/polybag setara dengan 11% bahan organik (b3), 1.379 g/polybag setara dengan 14% bahan organik (b4) dan 1.710 g/polybag setara dengan 17% bahan organik (b5). Variabel pengamatan meliputi : jumlah daun, kadar klorofil, volume akar, luas daun, berat kering tanaman, dan berat segar tanaman. Hasil analisis keragaman pemberian berbagai dosis bokasi isi rumen sapi memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap komponen pertumbuhan tanaman kailan pada tanah podsolik merah kuning yaitu variabel kadar klorofil daun, volume akar, dan berat kering tanaman, tetapi berpengaruh nyata terhadap komponen hasil tanaman kailan pada tanah podsolik merah kuning yaitu jumlah daun,  berat segar tanaman dan luas daun. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan dosis Bokasi isi rumen sapi yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kailan pada tanah podsolik merah kuning yaitu dosis 1.048 g/polybag setara dengan 11% bahan organik.Kata Kunci :bokasi isi rumen sapi, kailan, podsolik merah kuning

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the correlation of factors that affect the spread of forest fire indication, and (2) the pattern of distribution, land burning time, and the public perception of combustion in Kubu Raya and Bengkayang Districts. The research activities were carried out in 12 villages in Kubu Raya and Bengkayang Districts during the month of November 2014 until January 2014. The research method is using correlation analysis and descriptive to explain the distribution patterns, land burn time, and the public perception of combustion. The results showed: 1) there is a relationship between the purpose of combustion (open land and eradicate weeds) with the population, and there is no relationship between the objectives of land combustion on the combustion behavior of the land associated with the main types of cultivated plants, and there is a correlation to the density of hotspots, the density of dry land farming and bush, shrub/ swamp density, marsh density, density of plantation, and density of open land. 2) The pattern of the farmers burning rice, horticulture and perenninal crops were classified into the type of the pattern of spots and the perception is part of a burning activities,  type with ash beds and lodge with the perception of not being a part of burning activities, and type with only one time burning on the stages of land preparation, and type with in the eradication of weeds. Abstract

The problems experienced by Nurcahaya and Citra Mandiri women fishing groups in the Terusan village in Mempawah Hilir sub-district are the sale of fresh fish, which are relatively cheap. The products are only salted fish and anchovy is made with very simple processing techniques with a relatively low selling price. The solution offered is Processed Fish and Waste Based Diversified Diversification. The purpose of this activity is to improve the standard of living of women fishermen groups through the dissemination of processing technologies for various fish-based processed products that can add to the selling value, be more durable and have higher nutrition. The methods used in this activity are counseling, demonstration, training and guidance in the process of making various processed fish products such as sausages, amplang, nuggets, abon and POC fish waste. Evaluation was carried out on all activities. From this activity it can be concluded that it turned out that more than 50% of the training participants understood the material presented even though there were still 25% who only understood enough. The application of various fish processed products there is 10% of participants will actively continue activities both for family consumption, sold and included in the menu list when there is an event even though most of the participants stated for family consumption (75%). Keywords: Fish, fishermen, processing.

Abstract

Etymologically, the terms emigration, immigration and transmigration all come from the Latin discussion of migration, which means population movement. The movement of people from one place to another, near or far. So, the definition of migrant is the large-scale movement of people from one place to another. Rohingya is a Muslim ethnic group that has lived in Myanmar for centuries. They are a minority, because the majority of Myanmar's population adheres to Buddhism. The government's policy is already underway by providing food and clothing assistance and refugee camps for the Rohingya ethnic group, but many rejections of Rohingya refugees are due to a lack of appreciation for what has been given to them. It would be better for these Rohingya refugees to be returned to Bangladesh on an island specifically for their people where British organizations have raised funds for them.

Abstract

The need for textbook materials is very important in following up on the continuity of scientific transformation.  This study aims to determine the development of Arabic language textbook materials for MA Al-Bairuny students by using needs analysis and validating the feasibility of textbook materials with a communicative approach according to experts.  The researcher developed this educational game-based textbook which aims to make it easier for students to understand, especially in Arabic grammar, not only theoretical but also practical and communicative.  Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation.  The method used in this research is R&D adopting the ADDIE development model (analysis, design, develop, implementation, evaluation). The Educational Game book is a product of textbook materials produced through needs analysis and input from experts.  The test results of this book indicate that this book is effective in meeting the needs of students in improving Arabic language competence through mastery of Arabic grammar in their learning materials.

Abstract

The production of shallots (Allium ascalonicum L.) needs to be improved. Potassium is an essential nutrient needed by shallots. The research aims to obtain the best dosage of KNO3 for red growth and yield in peat. The research was conducted in Rasau Jaya, Kubu Raya Regency. The study was carried out for 7 months. The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 5 settings and 5 blocks, containing 6 plant samples. The five treatments were KNO3 (K) fertilizer dosage consisting of k1 = 0 g / plant, k2 = 3 g / plant, k3 = 6 g / plant, k4 = 9 g / plant and k5 = 12 g / plant. Observation variables were number of leaves per clump, tuber diameter per clump, number of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per clump and tuber dry weight per clump. The analysis of variance showed that tretments of dosage of KNO3 were significantly effected to all observation variables. The doseage of KNO3 of 9 g / plant is the best effect on growth and yield of shallots on peat.

Abstract

The ushul fikih thought had stagnated during this time, because it was built from the deductive way of thinking and using the paradigm of which is identical with the positivistic schools. Islamic law  is derived from the text (nash) through the analysis of linguists an sich. But in its development, fikih thought undergoes a transformation from taqlid qauli towards taqlid manhaji, from the literalis paradigm to the teleological paradigm. Transformation of thought is realized when the Islamic law as the product of ijtihad was not able to respond to the question of contemporary problems. Negative assumptions that led to it, namely: first, the law understood as a single entity that is not correlation of other entities. Yet in reality, the law is linked with other disciplines, like the social sciences-humanior and natural sciences. Second, the law understood as a final, not in tandem with social development. Third, the law has always been based on a normative-textualis, whereas there are a lot of local knowledge which also carries the philosophical values that are relevant to the purpose of the law. As a solution, integrative approach system needs to be encouraged, given the purpose of human law is to benefit afterlife. Integrative paradigm initiated by Jasser Auda is worthy of consideration in the constellation of ideas and the development of the methodology of ijtihad. By using a systemic approach, Jasser makes maqasid sharia as a philosophical frameworks in the process determination of  law. Law is element of the existing system and closely related to other elements to achieve a goal of Shari'a.

Abstract

Pemikiran ushul fikih selama ini mengalami stagnasi, karena dibangun dari cara berfikir deduktif dan menggunakan paradigma yang identik dengan mazhab positivistik. Hukum (Islam) diderivasi dari teks (nash) melalui analisis linguistik an sich. Namun pada perkembangannya, pemikiran usul fikih mengalami transformasi dari taqlid qauli menuju taqlid manhaji, dari paradigma leteralis menuju paradigma teleologis. Transformasi pemikiran ini disadari ketika hukum (Islam) sebagai produk ijtihad tidak mampu merespons terhadap persoalan-persoalan kontemporer. Asumsi negatif yang menyebabkan itu, antara lain: pertama, hukum difahami sebagai single entity yang tidak terpaut dari entitas lainnya. Padahal realitasnya, hukum berkait kelindan dengan disiplin ilmu lain, yakni ilmu-ilmu sosial-humanior dan ilmu- ilmu kealaman. Kedua, hukum dipahami sebagai sesuatu yang bersifat final, tidak beriringan dengan perkembagan realitas. Ketiga, hukum selalu didasarkan pada tektualis normatif, padahal banyak kearifan lokal yang juga mengusung nilai-nilai filosofis yang relevan dengan tujuan hukum. Sebagai solusinya, pendekatan integrative system perlu digalakkan, mengingat tujuan hukum adalah untuk kemaslahtan manusia dunia akhirat. Paradigma integrative yang digagas oleh Jasser Auda patut dipertimbangkan dalam konstalasi pemikiran dan pengembangan metodologi ijtihad. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem (system approach), Jasser menjadikan maqasid syariah sebagai kerangka berfikir filosofis dalam istidlal atau istimbat hukum. Hukum adalah elemen dari sistem yang ada dan berkait erat dengan elemen lain untuk tercapainya sebuah tujuan syariat.

Abstract

Sekitar 34% penduduk Aceh dari jumlah total angkatan kerja sebanyak 2.487.426 merupakan para pekerja pada sektor pertanian terutama pada sektor tanaman dan bahan makanan. Tahun 2022 produksi sayur-sayuran di Aceh sering mengalami fluktuasi yang mencapai 6,97%, kondisi ini berdampak besar pada tingkat inflasi dan membebani daya beli masyarakat. Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi berbasis aplikasi dapat menjadi satu solusi mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi Petani Aceh Smart (PAS) dirancang untuk membantu petani dalam mendapatkan data dan informasi dalam pengambilan keputusan tentang waktu tanam yang tepat dan jenis tanaman yang cocok berdasarkan prediksi cuaca dan harga lokal. Analisis user experience dan user interface (UI/UX) merupakan tahapan awal yang perlu didapatkan dari pengguna sebelum aplikasi dikembangkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang yang terdiri dari 10 orang penyuluh, 5 orang pemerintahan dan 15 orang petani dari jumlah populasi masyarakat yang berprofesi petani dan pemerintah yang bekerja di dinas pangan Aceh. Metode Human Centered Design (HCD) digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna berdasarkan analisis UI/UX. Prototype yang telah dihasilkan kemudian dilakukan pengukuran tingkat usability menggunakan user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil analisis didapatkan skala nilai attractiveness 1,88 (excellent), perspicuity 1.59 (above average), efficiency 1,85 (good), dependability 1,68 (good), stimulation 1,73 (excellent) dan novelty 1.58 (good). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kombinasi metode HCD dan UEQ menghasilkan protoype aplikasi PAS yang diterima sangat baik dan sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani dalam mendapatkan data dan informasi untuk pengambilan keputusan tentang waktu tanam dan jenis tanaman sesuai prediksi cuaca dan harga lokal. The development of application-based information technology can be a solution to overcome these problems. The Aceh Smart Farmer Application (PAS) is designed to help farmers obtain data and information in making decisions about the right planting time and suitable types of crops based on weather predictions and local prices. Analysis of user experience and user interface (UI/UX) is an initial stage that needs to be obtained from users before the application is developed. This research uses a mix method approach. The research sample was 30 people consisting of 10 extension workers, 5 government people and 15 farmers from the total population of people who work as farmers and the government who work in the Aceh food service. The Human Centered Design (HCD) method is used to meet user needs based on UI/UX analysis. The resulting prototype was then measured for the level of usability using a user experience questionnaire (UEQ). The results of the analysis showed that the value scale for attractiveness was 1.88 (excellent), perspicuity 1.59 (above average), efficiency 1.85 (good), dependability 1.68 (good), stimulation 1.73 (excellent) and novelty 1.58 (good). The research results show that the combination of the HCD and UEQ methods produces a PAS application prototype that is very well received and is very suitable for farmers' needs in obtaining data and information for making decisions about planting times and types of crops according to weather predictions and local prices.
