Abstract

The development of seismic anisotropy needs to be studied systematically hence research could be focused on the latest scientific knowledge, therefore a bibliometric analysis is needed as a measurement of citation strength in the form of mapping "co-occurrence", "co-author" and "co- citation", thus the strength of the research direction could be well understood. The software which is used; VOSviewer version 1.6.18 examined at least 494 papers in the SCOPUS domain during 2017 -2020. It appears from the results that the development of the seismic anisotropy are very rapidly dominated by the needs of the applied science and pure science. The heavily publication countries are United States of America, China and Japan. However, in reality, this density does not necessarily correspond to the number of citations between countries, as well with publications in Japan.

Abstract

Sungai Cisadane merupakan sumber air utama bagi daerah Rumpin dan sekitarnya. Dengan perkembangan kehidupan, seperti pertumbuhan penduduk dan pembangunan wilayah, maka diperlukan kajian mengenai Kawasan sumber air utama tersebut agar pemanfaatannya sebagai sumber daya alam terbarukan optimal, dapat dijadikan rekomendasi dalam penataan ruang di DAS Cisadane, sekaligus untuk merumuskan tindakan mitigasi akan potensi banjir yang dapat disebabkannya. Salah satu cara mempelajari keadaan daerah aliran sungai (DAS) Cisadane adalah dengan menganalisis morfometri daerah penelitian. Dengan metode GIS, dilakukan pengamatan karakteristik morfometri yang berupa luas DAS, bentuk DAS, rasio cabang sungai, dan kerapatan sungai. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa DAS sungai Cisadane daerah Rumpin dan sekitarnya memiliki panjang sungai total 118.304 km dan luas 162.441 km², yang terbagi menjadi 19 subDAS dalam pengolahannya. Sebagian besar subDAS berbentuk radial. Terdapat 282 segmen sungai dimana subDas 5, 8, 9, 11, dan 15 adalah subDAS yang telah terkena pengaruh atau aktifitas Tektonik. Sementara subDAS lainnya yaitu subDAS 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, dan 19 dapat dikategorikan tidak mengalami/ minim terdampak pengaruh tektonik. Kerapatan sungai pada DAS Cisadane termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Perbedaan karakteristik morfometri tersebut dapat dikarenakan jenis batuan dan adanya aktifitas tektonik yang mempengaruhi DAS.

Abstract

The region in Indonesia is indicated to have many critical lands. Critical lands are lands that have experienced degradation so that the land cannot function properly. In other words, efforts to obtain benefits from the level of productivity that should not be comparable to the results of production. Therefore, efforts must be made to improve the land so that its productivity can recover. In the Curug sub-district, Bogor City, there are critical lands. This critical land is caused by steep land topology and high rainfall. One of the critical land areas is the Curug River watershed. The slope of the land on the side of the river exceeds a slope of 45º. High rainfall causes the land to experience cracks accompanied by subsidence of the land surface. One of the handling efforts that can be carried out on an ongoing basis is integrated reforestation. Based on these problems, the aim of this community service (PKM) is to provide education regarding the dangers of critical land and cultivating critical land with durian seeds. This activity was carried out by a team consisting of source persons, lecturers and students from the Faculty of Earth and Energy Technology, Trisakti University. The PKM activity was attended by the Head of RW 13 and the Head of RT 3 in Curug Village and their staff. Apart from that, the PKM was attended by the men and women of RT 3 residents who actively participated in counseling activities and planting durian seeds along the areas along the river and other areas.

Abstract

Daerah resapan air adalah salah satu bagian terpenting dalam siklus hidrologi yang ditujukan untuk mengalirkan air tanah, sehingga menentukan stabilitas dan keberlanjutan air tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi air tanah pada daerah penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan didaerah Kecamatan Binakal, Kabupaten Bondowoso, Provinsi Jawa Timur dengan tujuan mengetahui sebaran akuifer di daerah tersebut. Metodologi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemetaan lapangan (survey) dan pengambilan data resistivitas batuan dengan menggunakan metode ADMT. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengambilan data jenis batuan, jenis tanah, pengukuran resistivitas ADMT dan data muka air tanah di lapangan sebagai data primernya dan juga menggunakan data sekunder berupa peta kelerengan, peta curah hujan, serta peta tutupan lahan yang kemudian dari data–data tadi diolah menggunakan sistem informasi geografis sehingga menghasilkan peta zonasi dan kedalaman air tanah. Sumber air tanah (akuifer) terbagi menjadi 3 lapisan, lapisan pertama merupakan akuifer bebas dengan kedalaman antara 10 meter sampai 40 meter. Akuifer ini menyebar diseluruh area penelitian. Lapisan akuifer yang kedua merupakan akuifer tertekan dengan kedalaman antara 140 m hingga 200 m. akuifer ini terpisahkan atas batuan kedap air. Lapisan akuifer yang ketiga merupakan lapisan akuifer dalam dan merupakan akuifer artesis dengan kedalaman diatas 250 meter. Nilai rata-rata resistivitas batuan di deerah penelitian antara 4 hingga 14 ohm meter dengan batuan penyusun adalah batu pasir.

Abstract

Daerah Rumpin, Jawa Barat, memiliki keanekaragaman geomorfologi, seperti perbukitan, lembah, sungai, dan batuan vulkanik hasil aktivitas gunung api masa lalu, menjadikannya potensial sebagai destinasi geowisata. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi karakteristik geologi utama, meliputi geomorfologi, komposisi batuan (batupasir, batugamping, breksi, andesit), struktur geologi (lipatan dan sesar), serta mengevaluasi potensi geowisata menggunakan metode Kubalikova (2013), yang mencakup pengamatan lapangan, analisis laboratorium, dan evaluasi sumber daya mineral. Hasilnya menunjukkan lanskap Rumpin dipengaruhi oleh proses geologis kompleks, memiliki keindahan alam mendukung wisatawan, serta sumber daya mineral seperti andesit yang penting bagi ekonomi lokal. Tantangan utama adalah infrastruktur terbatas dan perlunya konservasi lingkungan. Berdasarkan pendekatan Kubalikova, rekomendasi difokuskan pada pengemba ngan geowisata berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi lokal sambil menjaga kelestarian alam, dengan mengintegrasikan aspek geologi dan pariwisata secara harmonis. The Rumpin area in West Java, Indonesia, features diverse geomorphological attractions, including hills, valleys, rivers, and volcanic rocks from past volcanic activity, making it a potential geotourism destination. This study identifies key geological characteristics, including geomorphology, rock composition (sandstone, limestone, breccia, and andesite), and geological structures (folds and faults), while evaluating geotourism potential using the Kubalikova (2013) methodology, which includes field observations, laboratory analysis, and mineral resource evaluation. The findings reveal that Rumpin's landscape, shaped by complex geological processes, offers natural beauty that supports tourism and mineral resources, such as andesite, which are vital to the local economy. Key challenges include limited infrastructure and the need for environmental conservation. Based on Kubalikova's approach, the recommendations focus on sustainable geotourism development to enhance the local economy while preserving the natural heritage by integrating geological and tourism aspects harmoniously.

Abstract

Cikarawang Village, Dramaga, Bogor is a village with a large potential for water resources. However, the water in this village has high levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+. High levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+ can cause eye and nose irritation, as well as influenza symptoms. To reduce the levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+ in water, this study used the adsorption method using activated carbon and bentonite. The results of the study showed that the levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+ in water can be significantly reduced using the adsorption method. In sample 1, the level of Mg2+ decreased from 14.64% to 11.64% after adsorption for 30 minutes. In sample 2, the level of Mg2+ dropped to 0% after adsorption for 30 minutes. In sample 3, the level of Mg2+ decreased from 9.60% to 5.76% after adsorption for 30 minutes. In general, the longer the contact time between the sample and the adsorbent, the greater the decrease in the levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+. However, for sample 2, the level of Mg2+ dropped to 0% after adsorption for 30 minutes. This indicates that sample 2 has a very high level of Mg2+ that can be adsorbed perfectly by bentonite in a short time. This study concluded that the adsorption method using activated carbon and bentonite is an effective method for reducing the levels of Mg2+ and Mn2+ in water.

Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan laporan BPBD terjadi peristiwa longsor di daerah Rumpin. Salah satu parameter yang dibahas dalam analisis aspek kebencanaan longsor adalah tekstur tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan kelas tekstur tanah dengan mempertimbangkan parameter kemiringan lereng dan tipe batuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah melakukan tumpang – tindih (overlay) antara fitur peta kemiringan lereng dan tipe batuan untuk menentukan lokasi pengambilan sampel tekstur tanah. Tekstur tanah kemudian diukur dengan metode ayakan (sieve). Fitur peta digabungkan (dissolve) berdasarkan perhitungan tekstur tanah yang telah dilakukan. Hasil plot dominan diinterpretasikan sebagai kelas tekstur tanah. Kelas tekstur tanah daerah penelitian berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu berpasir-berliat dan berliat. Kelas berpasir – berliat memiliki luas 34,13 km2 atau 96,20% dari keseluruhan daerah penelitian sedangkan kelas berliat memiliki luas 1,35 km2 atau 3,80% dari keseluruhan daerah penelitian.   Abstract Based on the BPBD report, there was a landslide in the Rumpin area. One of the parameters discussed in the analysis of the landslide disaster aspect is soil texture. This study aims to determine the soil texture class by considering the parameters of the slope and rock type. The method used is to use the overlap between slope map features and rock types to determine the location of soil texture sampling. The soil texture is then measured by the sieve method. Map features are merged (dissolved) based on soil texture calculations that have been done. The dominant plot results are interpreted as soil texture classes. Based on the analysis conducted, the soil texture classes in the study area consist of two classes, namely sandy-loamy and loamy. The sandy-loamy class has an area of 34.13 km2, or 96.20% of the total study area, while the clayey class has an area of 1.35 km2, or 3.80% of the entire study area.   Kata kunci : ArcGIS; Kemiringan Lereng; Sistem Informasi Geografis; Tekstur Tanah; Tipe Batuan

Abstract

Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, is a coastal city shaped by geological and environmental processes over the past two million years of the Quaternary Period. The Jakarta Plain was formed by a mix of land sediments from the Cisadane and Citarum Rivers and marine sediments from the Java Sea. The southern region is a volcanic highland, while the city lies on lowlands with elevations ranging from 0 to 40 meters above sea level. Aims: to investigate the geological origin and sedimentary structure of the Jakarta Plain as a bay city situated between two major river deltas and to understand the implications of its geological development for spatial planning, environmental management, groundwater utilization, land subsidence, flood control, and coastal resource management, especially in the Jakarta Bay area, which features coral reef island ecosystems. Methodology and results: the research was conducted through field observations of geological outcrops and coral reef islands in Jakarta Bay, complemented by secondary data sources. The results indicate that the plain is filled by alternating layers of terrestrial and marine sediments, with strong geological connections to the surrounding Bodetabek region (Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi). Conclusion, significance, and impact study: The study concludes that a thorough understanding of Jakarta’s sedimentary history is essential for mitigating geological risks and supporting sustainable urban development. Furthermore, Jakarta Bay’s coral reef islands hold considerable potential for tourism, underscoring the importance of integrated coastal and environmental planning based on sound geological insight.
