Abstract

The implementation of positive discipline in schools plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and behavior. At MTs Ciwedus, disciplinary issues often arise due to the ineffectiveness of the methods used by educators. This study aims to identify and analyze the effectiveness of implementing positive discipline on students' behavior at MTs Ciwedus. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study were students and educators at MTs Ciwedus. The results show that the implementation of positive discipline can reduce negative student behaviors and enhance a conducive learning environment. Educators who apply positive discipline tend to be more successful in building good relationships with students, thus creating a more effective learning environment. The implementation of positive discipline at MTs Ciwedus has proven to be effective in addressing disciplinary issues and improving students' positive behavior. It is recommended that the school continues to implement and develop this method to achieve more optimal results.

Abstract

This study focuses on determining the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at PT. KAF Media Nusantara, Bangkalan Regency Branch. In this study, Organizational Commitment is divided into 3 parts: Affective Organizational Commitment, Sustainable Organizational Commitment and Normative Organizational Commitment. This study uses qualitative. Data were collected through in-depth interviews. This study aims to explore that organizational culture and internal communication are factors in how factors in an organization can affect individual performance in the workplace. The results of the study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. The findings of this study can contribute to the development of human resources, especially at PT. KAF Media Nusantara, Bangkalan Regency Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis kesalahan berbahasa Indonesia dalam presentasi mahasiswa program studi Tata Boga di Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan wawancara terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan berbahasa yang sering terjadi meliputi penggunaan bahasa yang kurang baku, kata-kata yang terlalu berbelit-belit, dan bahasa gaul. Kesalahan ini menyebabkan presenter merasa gugup dan kurang percaya diri, sehingga mengurangi efektivitas komunikasi dengan audiens. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman lebih dalam mengenai penyebab dan dampak kesalahan berbahasa, serta membantu dosen merancang strategi pengajaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This research is aimed at increasing the competence of students at SMP Negeri 4 Medan in North Sumatra. There is an increase in the competence of trained personnel carried out by conducting Classroom Action Research (CAR). In Classroom Action Research Training (PTK) it is carried out by means of the cycle method which is carried out with various stages such as helping with problems, planning, action, observation, and reflection. From the research, it was found that there were problems where students were often confused and had difficulties at the stage of preparing and forming PTK when doing it in class. Due to their weak ability at the stage of establishing PTK due to limitations regarding understanding of CAR in practice and materially. Data collection techniques implemented in this study were used by means of observation, interviews and evaluation. In this study, it was found that the students played an active role in activities and they had seriousness, willingness, and high motivation in PTK. So that in PTK this increases the competence of teachers and is more courageous in creating a work on PTK activities. [10:42:52 PM]

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Curriculum Transformation: Facing the Challenges of the 21st Century. This type of research is a literature study research. Facing the challenges of the 21st century, education must prepare students with relevant skills and knowledge to face a changing world. Curriculum transformation, 21st Century Skills skills development, and innovative learning approaches will be key to 21st Century Learning Challenges Assessment should be related to learning and used to inspire students to learn more deeply. This will help them master the content and improve their metacognitive skills, including the ability to learn how to learn and to reflect on what has been learned.

Abstract

In an organization, resources are needed to achieve the specified goals, this is an important factor. A successful organization has a strong organizational culture so that it is able to attract, maintain and reward anyone who fulfills obligations and achieves targets. This study focuses on the study of the Basics of Organization, Culture and Organizational Behavior in an Islamic Perspective. The method in this study uses literature studies. The technique used in collecting data in this study is documentation. The technique in analyzing this research data uses a descriptive analytical type. The results of this study are that this organizational culture theory is a theory that has an important influence on theory and research in the field of organizational communication. The behavior of each individual in the organization is directed at the desired goals. So a behavior in the organization and the ability of leaders to lead an organization, especially in educational institutions.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat (Pema) merupakan wujud nyata dari tugas dosen dan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yakni aspek pengabdian. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat desa Bah Butong II maka terjadi sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dengan masyarakat sebagai wujud partisipasi terhadap masyarakat desa Bah Butong II. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat setempat tentang pentingnya pendidikan dan melestarikan budaya-budaya yang ada di desa Bah Butong guna membantu pemerintah desa dalam mencerdaskan masyarakat serta anak-anak penerus bangsa. Pengabdian dilakukan melalui kegiatan: Edukasi, mengajar, sosialisasi, gotong royong dan menyemarakkan pesta kemerdekaan. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan semangat dan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terutama guru dan orang tua tentang pendidikan, sosial, budaya guna melahirkan generasi penerus yang memiliki pemahaman spritual dan intelektual.

Abstract

Kemajuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam dunia pendidikan membuka peluang besar bagi guru untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, seperti Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik (e-LKPD) yang interaktif, adaptif, dan personal. Namun, pemanfaatan AI masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan pemahaman, minimnya pelatihan, serta dukungan infrastruktur yang belum optimal. Workshop pemanfaatan AI di SMAN 1 Padang Sago, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, diselenggarakan sebagai kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam mengintegrasikan AI ke dalam pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis deep learning. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis AI, penyusunan modul ajar deep learning, serta pengembangan e-LKPD interaktif menggunakan Liveworksheet. Guru dibekali pemahaman etika penggunaan AI serta pemanfaatan platform seperti ChatGPT, Microsoft Word, dan Gamma.ai. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan persepsi guru terhadap AI cenderung positif, meskipun terdapat penurunan pada kategori “sangat setuju” akibat kesadaran terhadap kompleksitas teknis, khususnya pada guru senior. Luaran kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran berbasis AI serta menghasilkan bahan ajar digital yang lebih interaktif, sekaligus mendukung penguatan ekosistem pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dan pencapaian IKU perguruan tinggi.
