Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan strategi bersaing didunia usaha kepada santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui kegiatan ceramah, bimbingan teknis dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan tentang cara berwirausaha melalui proses perencanaan sumber daya manusia. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah Santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi paham pentingnya perencanaan sumber daya manusia untuk menentukan jumlah dan jenis manusia yang dibutuhkan dalam berwirausaha diwaktu dan tempat yang tepat, serta mampu melakukan perencanaan sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Keberlanjutan PKM ini akan memunculkan berbagai strategi bersaing, khususnya strategi di bidang sumber daya manusia, dalam berwirausaha dengan melakukan kolaborasi antara pihak pengelola panti asuhan dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

PKM ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pentingnya menumbuhkan ide kreatif dalam menganalisis peluang usaha baru pada santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember. Pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui kegiatan ceramah, bimbingan teknis dan diskusi. Materi yang disampaikan tentang cara berwirausaha melalui kemampuan menganalisis peluang usaha baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi paham pentingnya menjalankan bisnis yang akan mereka dirikan dengan menumbuhkan ide kreatif dalam menganalisis peluang usaha baru. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah semua santriwati di Panti Asuhan Putri Aisyiyah Jember. Hasil kegiatan PKM adalah santriwati di panti asuhan putri Aisyiyah Jember menjadi lebih paham tentang pentingnya berwirausaha dengan menumbuhkan ide kreatif dalam menganalisis peluang usaha baru. Keberlanjutan PKM ini akan memunculkan ide kreatif bagi santriwati untuk mampu menganalisis peluang usaha baru sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Diharapkan terjalin kolaborasi yang baik antara pihak pengelola panti asuhan dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini akan memfokuskan pada bagaimana penerapan konsep Sustainability Green HRM ini dapat menguatkan Capacity Building pariwisata yang berkelanjutan dan untuk bidang pengabdian akan memberikan pendampingan mengenai implementasi management system yang berbasis Sustainability Green HRM yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya Green HRM dalam pariwisata. Populasi penelitian dan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku Wisata Bahari Puger di Kabupaten Jember sebagai informan. Untuk menentukan responden yang akan dijadikan sebagai nara sumber dalam penelitian ini, metode snowball sampling (bola salju) akan digunakan serta focus group dicussion. Tahapan penelitian ini yang dilakukan pertama adalah melakukan observasi terkait Wisata Bahari Puger yang ada di Kabupaten Jember. Tahap kedua yaitu melakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pelaku Wisata Bahari Puger. Konsep Sustainability Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) berkembang sebagai respons terhadap meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya penyelamatan lingkungan dari kerusakan. Penerapan GHRM memberikan dampak positif dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, yang tercermin melalui perilaku kerja ramah lingkungan, penyediaan sarana berkelanjutan, dan komitmen terhadap etika lingkungan. Dalam konteks pengembangan wisata, program pendampingan wisata bahari berkelanjutan di Puger melalui capacity building berbasis GHRM memerlukan kolaborasi antara mitra lokal, akademisi, dan pemerintah. Strategi penguatan kapasitas tersebut perlu difokuskan pada pengembangan SDM, penguatan organisasi, serta reformasi kelembagaan guna mendukung keberlanjutan wisata bahari secara terpadu.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pengaruh budaya dalam setting bisnis memiliki kepemimpinan dan produktivitas karyawan sebagai subjeknya, dengan fokus pada PT. Maju Bersama Selamanya Surabaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui analisis survei dan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Sebanyak 130 responden disurvei dan dari jumlah ini, sebagian besar menunjukkan respons positif yang kuat bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara langsung dan positif. Selain itu, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan melacak kinerja melalui motivasi kerja yang diartikan dalam konteks ini sebagai variabel intervening. Ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berperan sebagai penguat penting dalam hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen. Implikasi dari hal di atas menyarankan penguatan kebijakan budaya berbasis nilai di samping kerangka kerja gaya partisipatif yang efektif dalam manajemen yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas sumber daya manusia di perusahaan logistik seperti PT Maju Bersama Selamanya Surabaya. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pengembangan kebijakan strategi SDM sebagai panduan kerangka formulasi.

Abstract

The research was aims to determine the influence of religiosity, brand image and marketing mix on the buying interest of Wardah beauty cosmetics. The sample of this research is amounted to 100 respondents who were female of Probolinggo’s society, aged 15 to 67 years and had purchased Wardah beauty products. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression, using the SPSS 26 program with the value of research variables using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that religiosity has no significant on the buying interest of Wardah beauty cosmetics, while brand image and the marketing mix have significant on the buying interest of Wardah beauty cosmetics. The implications of this research can provide an overview regarding interest in buying Wardah beauty products is buying interest of Wardah cosmetics on Probolinggo not based on the religiosity because every consumer has different level of religiosity.

Abstract

This research aims to tes and analyze service features, security and partial complant handling on customer satisfaction and loyalty of users of the BSI mobile gen-Z  Students at  Jember University. This research is in the form of explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with accidental sampling as the sample technique. The population in this study were all BSI mobile gen-Z users students at the University of Jember and the sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses path analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results of this study indicate that service features have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, security does not affect customer satisfaction, and complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service features do not affect customer loyalty, security does not affect customer loyalty, complaint handling has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction does not affect the loyalty of BSI mobile application users among Generation Z students at the University of Jember

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of talent management, work life balance, and organizational culture on employees’ performance in the HRGA Department at PT Bumi Suksesindo Banyuwangi. This study is classified as explanatory research, using quantitative data obtained through questionnaires and literature review. The research sample was selected using the total sampling method, meaning that the entire population of 72 employees in the HRGA Department at PT BSI Banyuwangi was included as the research sample. The data analysis method used was the multiple linear regression with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics software. The research finding reveals that talent management, work life balance, and organizational culture have a partially significant impact on employees’ performance in the HRGA Department at PT Bumi Suksesindo Banyuwangi.

Abstract

Humans are the main axis in the company's progress, so good and qualified human resources are needed to achieve an agency's vision, mission and goals. Based on the observations, several phenomena were found related to job performance in the research object, namely the Jember Regency Public Sector Government, and several variables were considered influential. This research aims to determine and analyse whether transformational leadership and self-efficacy influence job performance through employee engagement (Case Study in the Public Sector of Jember Regency Government). This research design is explanatory research. The population in this study was 213 employees. The data sources used are primary data obtained directly in the field, such as interviews, observations and questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from literature studies through journals and documentation. The data analysis method in this research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research show that 1) transformational leadership influences employee engagement, 2) self-efficacy influences employee engagement, 3) transformational leadership influences job performance, 4) self-efficacy influences employee job performance, 5) employee engagement influences employee job performance, 6) transformational leadership influences employee job performance through employee engagement, 7) self-efficacy influences employee job performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had influenced the global economy, including Indonesia"™s tourism industry. The inability to mitigate these challenges had substantially jeopardized the sustainability of tourism, with social and economic consequences. This present study examines a case study of marine tourism in the eastern salient of Java, one of the most popular places in Java Island, to determine the relationship between fear of COVID-19, travel anxiety, and risk attitude toward travel intention. This study employed a quantitative method. The data was collected through surveys distributed online via google form and was analyzed using structural equation modeling "“ partial least square (SEM-PLS) in SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that the fear of COVID-19 has a positive impact on the travel anxiety, but not on the risk attitude; the travel anxiety has a positive impact on both the risk attitude and travel intention; the risk attitude has a positive impact on the travel intention, but the fear of COVID-19 does not.  The travel anxiety has a significant impact on the risk attitude and travel intention, while the travel anxiety has no significant impact on the risk attitude and travel intention. These findings suggest the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia need to evaluate and monitor the operation of tourism destinations, as well as continuing to disseminate information about safe travel during the new normal era.JEL: Z33, M31.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business development strategy implemented by the furniture industry community in Probolinggo using the balanced scorecard (BSC) method. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method by conducting interviews, observations, and data documentation in collecting the necessary data. Interviews were conducted on 12 informants consisting of 5 informants from business owners in Jorongan Village, Probolinggo, 3 informants from employees, and 4 from consumers. The results of the study based on the Balanced Scorecard through 4 measurement perspectives show that the financial perspective has decreased in ROI, current ratio , and operating ratio. The growth and learning perspective lacks training for employees and does not utilize technology in the form of social media in its marketing process. The company's readiness in implementing BSC must pay attention to the implementation of a BSC-based performance measurement system by first evaluating the suitability of the characteristics and readiness of the company in implementing BSC. Things that must be prepared are evaluating performance so that it can reflect activities in the company in accordance with the vision, mission, strategy, and objectives that have been set.
