Abstract

Desa Puu Lawulo di Kabupaten Kolaka memiliki potensi alam yang mendukung pemanfaatan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA), namun masyarakat, khususnya komunitas perempuan, belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkannya. Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian komunitas perempuan dalam menanam, merawat, serta mengolah TOGA sebagai solusi kesehatan mandiri dan sumber pendapatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal untuk mengidentifikasi potensi lahan dan kebutuhan masyarakat, pelatihan budidaya TOGA, dan evaluasi berkala. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat memiliki pekarangan yang cocok untuk budidaya TOGA, namun pengetahuan teknis masih terbatas. Pelatihan berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam merawat TOGA, meskipun antusiasme masyarakat bervariasi. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tanaman tumbuh dengan baik, namun beberapa kendala dalam perawatan masih ditemukan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan TOGA tidak hanya meningkatkan kesehatan keluarga, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha berbasis produk herbal, berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan melalui TOGA berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, meski perlu dukungan berkelanjutan untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang serius di Indonesia, khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Desa Palewai di Kecamatan Tanggetada, Kabupaten Kolaka, merupakan salah satu wilayah yang menghadapi tantangan tinggi terkait angka stunting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas aparatur pemerintah desa dalam mencegah stunting melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, mulai dari observasi, identifikasi masalah, hingga pelatihan dan pendampingan aparat desa, diharapkan dapat memperkuat peran mereka dalam merancang dan melaksanakan program pencegahan stunting yang responsif terhadap masalah gizi dan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang stunting dan memperbaiki koordinasi lintas sektor, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada pengurangan prevalensi stunting di desa tersebut. Program ini juga memperlihatkan pentingnya kolaborasi antara sektor kesehatan, pendidikan, dan masyarakat dalam menciptakan desa yang bebas dari stunting. Kesimpulannya, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan desa melalui pelatihan dan penyusunan rencana aksi yang terintegrasi adalah langkah efektif dalam penanggulangan stunting, yang harus menjadi bagian dari strategi nasional untuk mencapainya.

Abstract

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Antam UBPN Kolaka is an essential part of the company's efforts to fulfill its social and environmental responsibilities in line with the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). However, challenges in applying GCG principles in the CSR program, such as transparency, accountability, independence, and fairness, still need further examination, particularly in the context of uneven program distribution. This study purposed to analyze the application of Good Corporate Governance principles in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility programs at Antam UBPN Kolaka. The main focus of this research was on the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness in CSR management. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with data analysis through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicated that Antam UBPN Kolaka has been consistently applying GCG principles in its CSR programs, with particular attention to community and government involvement, as well as fair and proportional distribution of benefits. The application of these principles reflects transparent and accountable governance, oriented toward social sustainability. This study concludes that Antam UBPN Kolaka has successfully built CSR governance that aligns with GCG principles, although there are still shortcomings in terms of the distribution gap, limited access to information for the community, and the influence of external pressures that may affect the objectivity of the CSR program.

Abstract

The concept of Public Private Partnership (PPP) provides efficiency and Effectiveness in providing public services to the community, as well as helping the government sector deal with limited budget and resources in developing the tourism sector. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) in tourism development in North Toraja Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and documentation study. Data processing techniques and data analysis were carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, presentation and conclusion drawing. The informants in this study were: (a) the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency; (b) Owner / Manager of Ke'te Kesu 'and Lempe Negeri Diatas Awan Tourism Object; (c) Visitors / Community. The results showed: (1) Equity shows the existence of a win-win solution in the distribution of cooperation which has an impact on receiving fees and tourism services; (2) The Effectiveness of this MoU (cooperation agreement) is seen to be effective in receiving revenue (retribution) and providing services to visitors or tourists; (3) The efficiency in this public-private collaboration shows that the use of resources in the development of tourist objects is proven to be more efficient with the involvement of the private sector; (4) Exportability shows the government gets a high risk of demand to meet the needs of tourist objects and compensation to communities affected by the construction of tourist attraction facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The tourism sector is a strategic and superior sector that is the focus of development in supporting the regional economy of Merauke Regency. The tourist attractions of Merauke Regency include natural tourism, cultural tourism and artificial tourism. The wealth of tourism owned can be the main capital in the economic development of Merauke Regency. In addition, its tourism wealth also places Merauke Regency in a strategic position in the tourism constellation of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. For this reason, the development of local community-based tourism is important to do so as to increase community participation and improve the economy. This study aims to explain the network of local community-based tourism development policies in Merauke Regency based on three institutional pillars (regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive). This study uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Data processing and analysis techniques were carried out with data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Determination of informants using purvosive sampling technique. The results of the study show that there is a regulatory synergy, namely the synergy of rules issued by the Merauke district government with the system of rules used in the life of indigenous peoples. Normative shows mentoring and community involvement around tourist sites for the development of skills and knowledge in tourism management, and cultural-cognitive shows the existence of shared knowledge and understanding related to developing economic aspects by creating production centers for the development of the potential of local communities in collaboration with the customs of indigenous peoples in producing their cultural products

Abstract

The transformation of digital tourism has become a crucial necessity in efforts to enhance the competitiveness of tourist destinations in the modern era. This research is based on the digital tourism model, specifically in the context of community-based tourism management using the AIDDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Decision, Action) model approach. The AIDDA model concept is an effective communication approach in the development of digital tourism, used to understand and influence the behavior of prospective tourists through digital tourism management aimed at increasing tourist interest. This study aims to analyze a suitable digital tourism model to be applied in Enrekang Regency using the AIDDA model approach. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Interactive Model Analysis technique. The research results show that the AIDDA model is effective in promoting tourism destinations in Enrekang Regency through five stages: (1) Awareness, where promotion through social media increases tourists' awareness of the uniqueness of the destination; (2) Interest, influenced by positive reviews from previous visitors and supporting facilities; (3) Desire, formed by repeated promotions about the comfort and beauty of the destination's nature; (4) Decision, influenced by easy accessibility and positive reviews; and (5) Action, where tourist visits generate positive feedback that strengthens the promotion cycle. The novelty of this research lies in the application of the AIDDA model in the context of community-based tourism management

Abstract

Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Sulawesi Tenggara 2024 menjadi momen penting dalam menentukan arah kepemimpinan daerah yang tidak hanya fokus pada pertumbuhan ekonomi, tetapi juga pada keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Green Leadership dalam visi dan misi calon kepala daerah di 16 kabupaten/kota di Sulawesi Tenggara. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi komitmen terhadap keberlanjutan lingkungan berdasarkan indikator Green Leadership. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas calon kepala daerah mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam kebijakan mereka, dengan fokus pada pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang ramah lingkungan, pembangunan infrastruktur berkelanjutan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan penguatan ekonomi hijau. Beberapa daerah juga menunjukkan komitmen terhadap inovasi dan kebijakan pro-lingkungan, serta pentingnya keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Green Leadership menjadi fokus utama dalam visi dan misi calon kepala daerah, yang diharapkan dapat mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

The application of information and communication technology (ICT) in public services provides significant opportunities for the development and advancement of rural areas. However, rural governments, as the frontliners in providing public services, face challenges due to a lack of human resources with skills and knowledge in ICT. Therefore, there is a need for continuous efforts to enhance the capacity of human resources through sustained community service activities. The objective of this Community Service Program (PKM) is to improve the quality of public services through the implementation of information and communication technology at the Palewai Village Office. The execution of this program is carried out through three stages of activities. The results of this community service effort include recommendations for using a website as a public information platform, harnessing ICT in public services, and allocating budget resources for infrastructure and facilities that support ICT implementation. This article is of great importance as a reference for carrying out community service activities, especially those related to enhancing the quality of public services through the utilization of ICT in rural governance.

Abstract

The development of the digital era in Indonesia has driven the implementation of e-government in governmental management and public services. The purpose of this article is to analyze the implementation of web-based information systems in public services in Tondowolio Village using three main indicators: support, capacity, and value. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on these three key indicators. The research subjects include village officials, website managers, and community members who use the website services, with informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through interviews, field observations, and document studies and then analyzed using the Interactive Model Analysis, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study's findings indicate that the support of village government, the availability of technological infrastructure, and adequate human resources are key factors in the success of e-government. However, challenges remain in the areas of regulation, socialization, and public understanding of web-based services. The implementation of e-government in this village has brought significant benefits in improving the efficiency and transparency of public services, although further efforts are needed to optimize its use by the entire community.

Abstract

This study examines the pivotal role of digital leadership in driving government transformation. By leveraging advanced data analytics, governments can formulate more predictive policies and anticipate future challenges. Digital services enhance efficiency, accessibility, and transparency, fostering trust in government institutions. However, successful digital transformation hinges on effective leadership. Digital leaders possess the skills to navigate complex digital environments, cultivate digital mindsets, and identify opportunities. This research explores the competencies required for digital leadership, including data analytics, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Furthermore, it investigates the impact of digital leadership on policy adoption, service delivery, and organizational culture. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study contributes to the understanding of how digital leadership can accelerate government modernization and improve public service delivery.
