Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing motivation of broiler breeders in partnering and problems in partnership with PT. Pelita Trikencana Bersinar in Kampar Kiri Tengah District, Kampar Regency. Type of research is a descriptive study using quantitative data and qualitative. Data collection was done through interviews with the help of questionnaires. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics analysis tool factors. Descriptive analysis results indicate a partnership is a partnership that is run plasma core system, with the system and partner acceptance procedures are clearly specified in the letter of agreement. In addition, the contract price of feed, DOC, and live shicken price agreed in the contract signed by each production period. The result of factor analysis showed 7 variables qualify resulting in 2 motivation formations. Motivation formation named the main motivation and motivational support. Motivation that encourages breeders in partnership is the main motivation consists of variable control (X2), working conditions (X5), achievement (X6), employment (X8), and material needs (X9). The main motivation have real influence is the motivation broiler breeders in prtnering. While supporting motivation consists of variable interpersonal relationships (X3), and compensation (X4). Motivational support has a role that is lower than the primary motivation. The results of descriptive analysis shows that the dominant problems occur is unilateral cooperation contract, the contract price is the determined unilaterlly sapronak and production, lack of clear quality standars sapronak sent the core, late harvest, the absence of an arbitration body, and the absence of institutional support. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of Rural Agribussines Development Program (PUAP) towards the member of Gapoktan farmer income as donation assist receiver and identify the problem which appear from usage of donation program in Pagaran Tapah Darussalam District. Sample is take by using purposive sampling method among 28 respondent. Data analysis used t-test pair analyst. Based on the result of this research, the member of Gapoktan farmer income have been growth amount 32,56%, which the average of palm oil farmer income before gettig assist of PUAP amount Rp. 26.956.846,- and after getting assist of PUAP has been increased become Rp. 35.733.200. this analyst is taken by t test pair analyst and find the result that volume of t is bigger than t table (7,824 > 2,052) it means that  H0 accepted and H1 is rejected. PUAP program also give real effect toward farmer respondent income that has been seen from value significant which obtained more little from significant coefficient (0,00 < 0,01). After using PUAP program, almost all the problem that the farmer faced are about time and amount of realisasi loan donation (68,86%) which received by member o farmers did not exist with the farmer ask, it also about acces or method in doing donation loan PUAP (57,14%), where the farmer have to make RUA (Bussines Plan Member) firstly. Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1).To determine the implementation of agricultural extension in the village of Igal; (2).To determine the role of education and the empowerment of farmers in the coconut farm self pattern; (3) To analyze the relationship counseling role towards the empowerment of farmers. This research was conducted in the village of Igal District of Mandah Indragiri Hilr. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method with consideration that the location of its extension activities and the active oil production areas. 30 self-help coconut farmers were taken as respondents. Analyzing the validity and reliability of measuring instruments. Analysis of the data to answer the first goal is to use descriptive qualitative, the second destination using a Likert scale. On the third goal using Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed: (1).In the implementation of the extension such as the elements of counseling in the village of Igal quite done well. (2). The average role of counseling in the Village Igal Subdistrict Mandah Indragiri Hilir Regency already "Role". Where the activities "Role" there are 11 indicators of 21 existing indicators. While the"Quite Simply" there are 10 indicators of 21 existing indicators. The rest of the activities do not get the category"Very Less Action"or"Less Action". This shows that the extension activities in Igal Village,Mandah Sub District have been good for the coconut farmers in Igal village (3). Abstract

This research aims to 1) determine the characteristics of the business and a partnership PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals, 2) analyze the level of satisfaction of broiler breeders in partnership with PT. Mitra Anugerah Animals. The research was conducted in January in District Lubuk In Siak Regency penilayan type is descriptive using quantitative data. Data analysis was performed by descriptive, analytical Costomer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). executed partnership is the core plasma model Contract Farming. The partnership pattern PT. Animal Anugerah Mitra is a closed partnership, farmers are not allowed to sell crops or supply of livestock production facilities of the other party. Company helps the plasma in terms of capital by providing the means of production. This study used seven variables to determine the level of satisfaction of the farmer, After calculation using the Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Satisfaction IndexI known value is 76.18%. This value is based on the satisfaction index of plasma ranch, then Customer Satifaction Index PT. Mitra Anugerah reached 0.76 Animals are in the range of 0.66 to 0.80 in general level of satisfaction of the farmer are the criteria are satisfied. analysis Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) variable quality of the means of production of livestock is in quadrant I (highest priority) that have low performance, variable price contracts sapronak, the role of technical service, and bonuses are in quadrant II (keep achievement) and variable admission procedures partners , delivery schedule and harvesting sapronak broilers are in quadrant IV (redundant). Abstract

Mie Musbar an agroindustrial enterprises households the first introduced in Pekanbaru wet noodle products since 1962. This study conducted in June 2014 through the month of August 2014. The method used survey with purposive sampling and non-probability sampling by sample selection was based on the meaning that the sampling is not random with consideration of consumers buying more than 2 times, and satisfaction analysis method using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and loyality analysis using Switcher Buyer, Habitual Buyer, Satisfied Buyer, Liking The Brand, and Committed Buyer. The results of satisfaction analysis (IPA), Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and loyality analysis, it can be concluded that consumers Mie Musbar “satisfied” and “loyal” to the product attributes of Mie Musbar. Abstract

The purpose of this researchare : (1) to determine the organizing of extension  oil  palm  plantation in Sari Galuh Village Tapung Sub-District of Kampar. (2) to determineThe Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES) farmers perceptions about the importance the role of extension on oil palm plantations. Research method was survey, while 48 farmers were itnterviewed as respondent, in term of analysis, Scale Likert's Summated Rating (SLR) was used to answer the objective of this research. The  resultshowed that organizing  of  extension has been running well according the element of extension.The NES farmers perceive that the role of extension is quite important to be implemented, it can be seen from : (1)Facility  process  study  atquite important category; (2)Amenity access  atquite important category; (3)Ability of leadership atquite important category;(4)Developing organizational atquite important category;(5)Analysing and solving problem at important category;(6)  Developing  awareness  at  important category;(7)Institutionalizing cultural values atquite important category;(8)Supervision or construction at quite important category;(9)Evaluation atquite important category.   Keywords:Perception, The Nucleus Estate Smallholder (NES) farmers,  roleof extension, oil palm plantation.

Abstract

This study aims to identifying the influence of production factor to mustard production and to analyze the allocation efficiency of the production factor watermelon farm. The estimated result with Cobb-Douglass production function and Efficiency analysis. The results showed simultaneously all the independen variables (X) obvious effect the dependent variable (Y). Partial fertilizer ZA, SP-36 and Gandasil significantly effect the production of watermelon in the District Tampan City Pekanbaru, sig value 0,000 < 0,01 in level 95%. The NPM/Px value for organic fertilizer, ZA, SP-36, antracol, tupermin, dupont, seprint,EM-4 and labour usage is ≥ 1, it means the usage both of that factors can be increased. The value of NPM/Px for seed, fertilizer NPK and KCL is not important to reach economic efficiency condition and get the maximum benefit Keyword :Efficiency, Production Factor, District Tampan, Watermelon, Farm

Abstract

The purpose of this research to analyze partnership implementation which has ran by PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Analyze the level of satisfaction plasma farmer on the implementation of partnership PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Research sites in the District of Kampar Kiri Tengah, Kampar Regensy. Interpretation sample method is usedpurposive sampling method which partnership minimal 3 periods who made respondents. There are 18 farmers who partnered on the PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima. Type of research is descriptive using quantitative and qualitative data. To collect data was done through interviews by questionnaires. Data analysis is descriptive used(Customer Satisfaction Index) CSI and (importance performance analysis) IPA. Result shows of the analysis partnership was indicated partnership pattern run of PT. Gemilang Unggas Prima is the plasma core system with the modelcontact farming bi-part, between companies and farmers are concerned with the letter of cooperation agreement, which in there are provisions of the right and obligation that must be meet by the companies and farmers. Other than, that the contract price of feed, DOC, and live chickens agreed in contract price determined by company. Result shows of the analysis satisfaction index of farmers(Customer Satisfaction Index) obtained 81, 20 % it means farmers are very satisfied with the performing of PT. Gemilang UnggasPrima. Based on the analysis (importance performance analysis) are variable that should be improved in performance company is the quality of variable fowl tools production.   Keywords :Satisfaction level, partnership, contract farming, broiler.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was done at PT. Ramah Tamah Indah in Pekanbaru City, this research aim to know companies system and concept of partnership, implementation conception of partnership, and knowing comparison mount the breeder earnings. This research was done during eight month, from Sept to November 2009. Technique of intake sampel is method of purposive sampling where breeder taken as responder is breeder with the scale criterion of effort ? 10.000 tail of chicken broiler. From entire/all breeder population taken 5 breeder which have partner with the division system of result of pursuant to Index Produce (IP) and 5 breeder which have partner with the system of sharing holder 50:50. The result show the partnership concept that could be realized are conservancy fee range, medium produce the livestock provided by a company, gift insentive, technical aid from the company, marketing guarantee, and election of system of result division agreed on by both parties. Average of net earning of effort livestock of chicken of broiler system of index production (IP) is Rp 5.891.662,- and for the system of sharing holder 50:50 is Rp 8.466.241,-. And seen from result the T test obtained conclusion that at this period, earnings of breeder of system of sharing holder 50:50 bigger than system breeder of index production (IP)Keywords: broiler’s farm, partnership, income, two kinds of partner pattern
