Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji human trafficking dalam perspektif QS. Al-Nur ayat 33 yang secara tegas melarang praktik perdagangan manusia, khususnya perempuan. Melalui pendekatan asbāb al-nuzūl, kajian ini menelaah konteks historis turunnya ayat tersebut serta relevansinya dengan fenomena perdagangan manusia modern, yang kini lebih condong pada eksploitasi seksual dan prostitusi. Analisis literatur dilakukan terhadap berbagai tafsir, termasuk pandangan Sayyid Quthb dalam Fi Zilal al-Qur’an dan Buya Hamka dalam Tafsir al-Azhar, yang keduanya menegaskan pelarangan keras terhadap segala bentuk eksploitasi manusia. Penelitian ini juga menampilkan perbedaan interpretasi yang muncul dari ragam periwayatan asbāb al-nuzūl, sehingga memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang solusi al-Qur’an terhadap problem human trafficking dalam konteks historis dan kontemporer.

Abstract

The development of technology has changed all aspects of human life, including the way of learning and accessing information. At the elementary school level, the integration of technology in Islamic Religious Education learning is still rarely done. Therefore, this study aims to explore a form of Islamic Religious Education learning innovation by integrating technology in the form of e-discovery learning and flipped classroom at the elementary school level. This study is a type of library research that collects data using literature studies and is analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-discovery learning applications with flipped classroom strategies in Islamic Religious Education learning in elementary schools is relevant to overcoming learning problems in the classroom in the form of limited time and learning resources.

Abstract

Mind Mapping is a learning approach that is suitable to be applied at the elementary school level because it is in line with the characteristics of students who like active and enjoyable learning activities. In Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects, Mind Mapping-based cooperative strategies play a role in increasing students' focus and concentration in learning. This study aims to analyze cooperative strategies in increasing students' concentration at SD TAQUMA Surabaya. The method used is a qualitative approach through literature review with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that application of Mind Mapping-based cooperative strategies in PAI learning can increase student involvement actively, while fostering values of cooperation, solidarity, and responsibility in groups. The subjects of study were students of SD TAQUMA Surabaya. This approach also has a positive impact on learning motivation, because students feel more involved and active in the learning process. Overall, this strategy not only strengthens students' understanding of religious material but also contributes to the formation of religious characters, noble morals, and is able to apply religious values in everyday life.

Abstract

Transformasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar menjadi kebutuhan mendesak seiring tuntutan era pembelajaran abad 21 yang menekankan keterlibatan aktif dan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian desain pembelajaran PAI di SD Siti Amina dengan model ASSURE, mengidentifikasi kendala keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa, serta merumuskan model pembelajaran alternatif berbasis temuan lapangan dan teori. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap 1 guru PAI, 1 kepala sekolah, dan 8 siswa melalui teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran yang diterapkan belum sepenuhnya mengikuti tahapan sistematis model ASSURE, serta ditemukan hambatan pada aspek keterlibatan dan motivasi siswa yang berkaitan erat dengan minimnya pendekatan kontekstual dan partisipatif. Dengan mengacu pada Teori Belajar Sosial dan Konstruktivisme, penelitian ini mengembangkan model pembelajaran alternatif bernama ASSURE-K (Kontekstual) yang menekankan pada personalisasi media, keterlibatan sosial, dan integrasi refleksi belajar siswa. Model ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI yang lebih adaptif dan bermakna di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The learning process of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level is often faced with the challenge of low student engagement and the lack of learning media that is in accordance with the developmental characteristics of early grade students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Many students have difficulty understanding abstract material because the learning approach is less interactive and monotonous. This study aims to explore the optimization of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning through the use of Sort and Paste Worksheet developed with the Dick and Carey learning design model and activated in a cooperative learning strategy of Think-Pair-Share type. This collaboration between media and methods is designed to improve the competence of grade 2 students at MI Sayyid Abdurrahman I. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a field research method to investigate the implementation of the media in the learning process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, direct observation of learning activities in the classroom, as well as analysis of documents and student work. The results showed that the use of Sort and Paste Worksheet significantly improved students' learning experience through increased active engagement, retention of material understanding, and development of fine motor skills. In addition, this method also aroused students' enthusiasm for PAI subjects, making them more interesting and contextualized. Thus, this study concludes that integrating Sort and Paste Worksheet into cooperative learning strategies greatly facilitates the implementation of the scientific approach through the stages of observing, questioning, trying, reasoning, and is effective for optimizing PAI learning, especially in building a strong religious foundation for early grade students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of Ammar Puzzle as a gamification-based innovation in Shalat Akhlak learning at SD ICP Al-Falah Darussalam Tropodo. This study employs a a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach.. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that: 1) “Ammar Puzzle” is designed to enhance students' motivation and engagement through visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches; 2) The implementation of this media effectively improves students' focus and understanding of Shalat Akhlak through interactive and collaborative learning methods; 3) The challenges in using Ammar Puzzle include limited instructional time and varying levels of student comprehension, while the supporting factors consist of teacher support and students’ enthusiasm for game-based learning. Additionally, the application of this media contributes to improving students' social skills and teamwork in understanding Islamic values. Thus, Ammar Puzzle serves as an innovative alternative that can be applied in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) to create a more engaging, interactive, and meaningful learning experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyoroti permasalahan umum dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), termasuk kurangnya dinamika dan semangat belajar siswa di era digital. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis bagaimana penerapan ice breaking dapat menjadi pendekatan inovatif untuk meningkatkan kedua aspek tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, mensintesis temuan dari berbagai penelitian terdahulu mengenai efektivitas ice breaking dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya PAI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ice breaking memiliki korelasi positif dengan peningkatan motivasi, keterlibatan, konsentrasi, dan penciptaan suasana belajar yang positif, yang secara keseluruhan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap dinamika dan semangat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penerapan ice breaking didukung oleh teori belajar aktif dan prinsip-prinsip konstruktivisme sosial. Meskipun terdapat beberapa keterbatasan dalam implementasinya, ice breaking terbukti menjadi strategi yang efektif untuk mengatasi tantangan dalam pembelajaran PAI.This research highlights the common issues in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, including the lack of dynamics and student enthusiasm in the digital age. The research aims to analyze how the application of ice breaking can be an innovative approach to enhance both of these aspects. The research method used is a literature review, synthesizing findings from various previous studies on the effectiveness of ice breaking in educational contexts, particularly PAI. The results indicate that ice breaking has a positive correlation with increased motivation, engagement, concentration, and the creation of a positive learning atmosphere, which collectively contribute significantly to students' learning dynamics and enthusiasm in PAI learning. The application of ice breaking is supported by active learning theory and the principles of social constructivism. Despite some limitations in its implementation, ice breaking proves to be an effective strategy for addressing challenges in PAI learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Di SMP Panglima Sudirman, pembelajaran PAI masih mengandalkan metode tradisional yang membuat siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi secara mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan platform Canva for Education dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi PAI serta untuk mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang dalam implementasi teknologi ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan analisis kualitatif terhadap literatur terkait pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, PAI, dan pendekatan deep learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Canva efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dengan cara memvisualisasikan konsep-konsep agama yang abstrak menjadi lebih konkret dan menarik. Selain itu, penggunaan Canva meningkatkan motivasi belajar, kreativitas, dan keterlibatan siswa. Meskipun demikian, tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan literasi digital, akses teknologi yang tidak merata, dan kurangnya pelatihan untuk guru. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pembelajaran PAI yang lebih inovatif dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi.The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has driven significant transformations in the field of education, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). At SMP Panglima Sudirman, PAI instruction still relies on traditional methods, making it challenging for students to gain a deep understanding of the material. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using the Canva for Education platform to enhance students' understanding of PAI content and identify the challenges and opportunities in implementing this technology. The research method employed is a literature review with qualitative analysis of relevant sources related to technology-based learning, PAI, and deep learning approaches. The findings indicate that the use of Canva is effective in improving students' understanding by visualizing abstract religious concepts in a more concrete and engaging manner. Furthermore, Canva enhances student motivation, creativity, and engagement. However, challenges include limited digital literacy, uneven access to technology, and the lack of teacher training. This research contributes to the development of more innovative and adaptive PAI teaching methods in response to technological advancements

Abstract

Islamic studies in Indonesia continue to grow alongside increasingly complex social, political, and technological changes. Yet this development presents challenges that cannot be resolved with purely normative and textual perspectives. This study identifies key issues in contemporary Islamic scholarship, critiques the limitations of traditional methods, and highlights the urgency of interdisciplinary approaches. Through a qualitative literature review, data were drawn from journals, books, and research reports. The findings indicate three major challenges: the enduring influence of Orientalism, declining interest in religious disciplines compared to general sciences, and global competition that requires stronger academic performance. Conventional approaches fall short when dealing with modern themes such as gender justice, environmental concerns, and digital transformation. As a result, integrating Islamic texts with social sciences, humanities, and scientific disciplines becomes essential. This paradigm shift has been adopted by institutions like UIN Sunan Kalijaga, UIN Jakarta, and UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, supported by Ministry of Religious Affairs research programs. Interdisciplinary methodologies ultimately strengthen the relevance and competitiveness of Islamic studies in addressing contemporary challenges.
