Abstract

Abstract :This research is about development of associative picture card katakana to overcome the dificullties in memorizing katakana latters .The learning media of katakana letters which is development is suitable for beginners. The assosiative picture card media used a tehcnique based on a picture , so it is easy to understand as Levie a& Levie in Arsyad (1996: 9) states that learning through picture stimulus and later stimulus can make learning outcome be better for memorizing ,identifying, recalling, and connecting facty and concept. This research use a “ research and development “.The method of this development and research is use a Sugiyono design, but this research and development only adapted five sugiono’s Model research and development Among others : 1) incorporation data, 2) planning, 3)basic product development, 4) validation (validator), 5) basic step product revision. The incorporation data method used is with distributing necessity questionnaire validation and The result of the validation of expert declared to be used as a presentation media with an average of 87,5 %, validation of subject matter expert 1 declared valid to be used as a presentation an average of 79,5 %, and the validation research by the subject matter expert 2 got a presentation 75 %. From the research of the validation all of the expert and subject matter expert it can be conclude that it was visible to be used in learning katakana.Key words : Associative Picture Card , Research And Development, Katakana

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explain how the formation of Wakamono Kotoba is a type of abbreviation that appears in LINE JAPAN on Youtube. Wakamono Kotoba is said to be a variety of languages created by a particular group or society, used in daily communication processes with meanings that are only known to that group. The implementation of Wakamono Kotoba takes place in real and virtual life, such as digital advertising. Advertising is one type of persuasive discourse that aims to influence listeners or readers, one of which is the LINE JAPAN on Youtube which promotes application digital products in the form of video shows. The method used by researchers in collecting data in this study is the note-taking method. Researchers downloaded 140 LINE JAPAN on Youtube first, then searched, listened and recorded the data found. After that, it is described in the form of a description. The results obtained from this study are that in 140 LINE JAPAN on Youtube, 31 Wakamono Kotoba form of abbreviation.Key Words: Wakamono Kotoba, Abbreviation, LINE JAPAN Commercial

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the stylistics analysis on novel Kaze no uta o kike by Haruki Murakami. The purpose of this study was to knowing the figures of speech especially simile in this novel, to knowing lexical meaning and stylistics meaning. The object of research is figures in the novel Kaze no uta o kike was written Haruki Murakami. This study is qualitative descriptive by interpreting the object under study based on the theory of stylistics meaning proposed by Djajasudarma (2013). Data obtained by noted the figures simile sentence in the novel, to analyze it was in terms of the lexical meaning and stylistics meaning. From the result of research, in the novel Kaze no uta o kike there are 11 sentence that show figure of speech simile. Stylistics meaning contained in this simile figure of speech, tells about the social conditions that occurred around 1970 in Japan. At that time, Japan was getting a great influence on the American. Both in terms of industry, economy, patterns of life, or habits in daily life.Key Word: Stylistics, simile

Abstract

Abstract: this research was aimed at finding out the understanding of Japanese loanwords of students of Japanese Department Universitas Riau. This research is descriptive qualitative, to obtain data, the instrument used in this research is written test. The number of the samples is 40 of the third-semester students of Japanese Department Universitas Riau . This study found that r-obtained is 46,1. In other words students understanding of the loanwords is still low.Keywords: Comprehension, Loanwords

Abstract

Abstrak: This study discusses about the Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning Method Type Jigsaw On Material Choukai III For Javanese Deparment Student FKIP UR. The purpose of this study is to know how the result of learning student in class before and after using in cooperative learning method type Jigsaw material of Choukai III, and how the student interaction in class before and after using in learning cooperative method type Jigsaw in Choukai material. The object of this study is the Javanese Deparment Student FKIP UR at grade II. In this study the writer used research design weak eksperimen is designed with pretest before doing the test and posttest after doing the test. Data accumulation technique have been done by giving the test and observing. The result test in this pretest and posttest used statistic test t- by using manual test for knowing some big level of result significance student learning when used learning Jigsaw type. Based on statistic data processing t-by manual test is got = 8 and = 2.1 (standart significance 5%) > so is unaccepted and accepted. It’s means that there is significance contrast to ward effectiveness of coorperatif learning method type Jigsaw on material Choukai III at student grade II in academic 2016/2017 Javanese FKIP Riau University.Key Words: Kooperatif Learning Method Type Jigsaw, Choukai III, Weak Eksperimen

Abstract

Abstract: the aim of this study is to see reading comprehension skills Dokkai after using the method of Students Teams Achivement Divisions (STAD). In this study using weak experiment with one group pretest posttest design type. The object number of samples in this are 23 students from B class Department of Japanese Language Education Riau University academic year 2017. Sampling technique is using purposive sampling. In this study two tests were applied, there are pretest and posttest. The result of the pretest and posttest were processed using by Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test on SPSS 24 softwere. The average pretest value obtained by students increased to 78. Therefore, STAD type learning method is effectively used in improving reading comprehension skills Dokkai on B class student Departement of Japanese Language Education Riau university academic 2017.Key Words: Dokkai, Cooperative Learning type STAD, Reading Comprehension

Abstract

Abstract: The level of student satisfaction is a student's positive attitude towards educational services in higher education because there is a match between the expectations of the service compared to the reality it receives. This study discusses how the level of student satisfaction in distance learning in the Hyouki course. The purpose of this study was to explain the level of student satisfaction in distance learning for the Hyouki course. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. quantitative descriptive is a type of research used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is. Abstract

Abstract: This research is a weak experiment study with the design of one group one pretest-posttest which is characterized by the absence of a comparison class. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of Cooperative learning method type Two Stay Two Stray in improving reading comprehension in study Dokkai 3. There are several obstacles that make it difficult for students to read and understand Japanese reading texts (dokkai). These difficulties occur because of the limited vocabulary that is owned, the sentence patterns that are not understood and many of written or kanji used so that learners find it difficult and bored in following the study Dokkai and learning objectives are not achieved. To overcome some of the difficulties learners, a learning method is given, namely Cooperative Learning Method type Two Stay Two Stray. Based on the results of research that has been done, there is an increase in scores obtained by students, especially in understanding the contents of the text reading (dokkai). This is supported by the results of statistical tests on the pretest and posttest data that have been done.Key Word : Dokkai, Two Stray Two Stay, Student

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the equivalence of irai modalities in Japanese One Piece comics and Indonesian One Piece comics. The purpose of this research is to explore the correspondence form and equivalent meaning of irai modality in One Piece comic. This study uses the Newmark (1988) translation procedure as a reference to identify the translation techniques that is being used. The classification of Indonesian modalities by Alwi (1992) is used to reference Indonesian modalities while for irregular modalities the irrigation classifications are used by Nitta. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis method. The data used came from Japanese One Piece comics volumes 1,2,3 and 4. It has been found that there were 51 forms of irai modality in total. Those forms are ~ shite, ~ te kure, ~ te kudasai, ~ te hoshii, ~ te kureruka, and ~ te kurenaika. Based on the data, the modality markers of the form of te te, shite, kudasai, kureruka and kurenaika have the meaning of requests to do, whereas the markers of form te te hoshi have the meaning of a statement of desire.Key Words: Translation, Modality, Comic, Equivalent Meaning

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                This study about function of shuujoshi yo and ne. Author is used comic Doraemon volume 12, 13 and 14 as data. Which aims to find out the function of shuujoshi yo and shuujoshi ne and what function is always using in conversation. The methods used in this research is descriptive method. In analyzing the data, the author analyze every sentence which added with shuujoshi yo or shuujoshi ne.         The results showed the function of shuujoshi yo had 9 functions, and shuujoshi ne had 9 functions. All of this functions the most sentences which always being added with shuujoshi is when speaker want to show the expression or feeling. Keywords : joshi, shuujoshi yo, shuujoshi ne, analyze, sentence function, doraemon
