Abstract

Abstrak: This study discusses about the Effectiveness of Cooperative Learning Method Type Jigsaw On Material Choukai III For Javanese Deparment Student FKIP UR. The purpose of this study is to know how the result of learning student in class before and after using in cooperative learning method type Jigsaw material of Choukai III, and how the student interaction in class before and after using in learning cooperative method type Jigsaw in Choukai material. The object of this study is the Javanese Deparment Student FKIP UR at grade II. In this study the writer used research design weak eksperimen is designed with pretest before doing the test and posttest after doing the test. Data accumulation technique have been done by giving the test and observing. The result test in this pretest and posttest used statistic test t- by using manual test for knowing some big level of result significance student learning when used learning Jigsaw type. Based on statistic data processing t-by manual test is got = 8 and = 2.1 (standart significance 5%) > so is unaccepted and accepted. It’s means that there is significance contrast to ward effectiveness of coorperatif learning method type Jigsaw on material Choukai III at student grade II in academic 2016/2017 Javanese FKIP Riau University.Key Words: Kooperatif Learning Method Type Jigsaw, Choukai III, Weak Eksperimen

Abstract

ABSTRACTBecause of there are many meaning of taihen, totemo, nakanaka and hijouni in Japanese make the foreign language students have difficulty to differ the situation to use those fukushi. That is the background that make writer research what kind of meaning those fukushi had and to know if that fukushi to replace each other.From the results of research that being conducted by writer concluded that taihen means a word that shows emphasize to some condition added with exaggrated and neighborly element. Totemo emphasize againt some condition based on reality. Nakanaka used to emphasizing againts judgement that outside speaker’s expectation. Hijou ni is emphasize the changes that happened on certain circumstance followed with something that can become a benchmark which tell something changes. Next, those fukushi can replace each other but must be followed with certain situation and condition.keyword : analysis the meaning behavior, advervia taihen, totemo, nakanaka and hijou ni.

Abstract

Abstract: The frequency of use of Japanese is defined as the level of frequency or infrequentness of language activities or language activities of students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program in the form of listening, speaking, reading and writing activities indicated by adverbs of frequency, such as always, often, rarely, and never. The purpose of this study was to find out how high the frequency of using Japanese by students of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, Riau University. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Quantitative descriptive is a type of research that is used to explain a phenomenon as it is by using numbers that describe the characteristics of the subject. The results showed that the level of frequency of using Japanese is in the category of rarely and never using Japanese. Factors causing linguistic input are less quantity, teaching and learning strategy factors applied by lecturers do not encourage students to use Japanese more, environmental factors do not stimulate the growing need for Japanese.Key Words: frequency, use of Japanese, causative factor

Abstract

Abstract: This research aimed to describe the effect of online learning on the level of student understanding of the and sentence patterns なくてはならない/いけない、なくてもかまわない、dan なくちゃ/なきゃ {いけない}. This research uses correlational method with a quantitative approach. The population and sampel of this study were student of the class of 2019 Japanese Language Education Study Program. The sample selected by using the census method. Data collextion in this study used a questionnaire and test instrument which was responded to by 32 respondents. The data in this study were processed with the help of IBM SPSS 25.0 by means of correlation analysis and regression analysis. From the result of the research obtained, it shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between online learning and the level of understanding of student in the class of 2019 of 31% with moderate correlation.Key Word: The effect, Online Learning, The comprehension of student

Abstract

Abstract : This study discusses the game sugoroku (snakes and ladders) in learning Japanese vocabulary to vocational students KANSAI Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine significant differences between the vocabulary of students who use the games sugoroku and who do not use sugoroku games, as well as how the vocabulary before and after implementation of sugoroku game.The object of research is a class XII student of SMK KANSAI Pekanbaru first semester, 2016/2017 academic year consisting of two classes, namely class XII and XII Tekhknik Accounting Information. This study is a quasi-experimental research.A quasi-experimental design used in this study is a pretest-posttest design, committed against two classes, namely class experimental and control classes.Results of the study found that the game sugoroku (snakes and ladders) can improve learning outcomes Japanese vocabulary compared with the results of student learning vocabulary with the conventional method (memorizing). It can be seen from the results of the evaluation and the difference between pretest and posstets experimental class (class treatment) are also increasing, with 82.75 to the average value in the experimental class and 60 in the control class.Keywords : Learning Vocabulary, Games Sugoroku, SMK Students KANSAI Pekanbaru.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research is about English code-mixing in the 1990’s and 2000’sJapanese popular songs lyrics. The question which the study attempts to find answersfor are the following: 1)What is the function of English code-mixing in the 1990’s and2000’s Japanese popular songs lyrics? 2)What is the subject lyrics and song genreeffection the language choice used in the lyrics? This study uses descriptive methodand the applied theory is the English code-mixing function theory of J-pop songlyrics.The result of this study indicates that the main functions of the Englishcode-mixing is intended for prestise and message affirmation conveyed throughrepetition by the singer. Furthermore, it serves to adjust/arrangement of the rhythmtone in the lyrics. Finally it is use to offering alternatives to language use. This studyconcludes the lyrics and genre of the songs have no significant effection the languagechoice used in the lyrics.Keywords: Japanese pop song, code mixing function

Abstract:Keigo is a honorific terms in Japanese language, grammar and the concept of its use is quite complicated so it becomes a challenge for students to master it well.However, the function of the various keigoin Japanese society is very wide, especially in the occupations where there is a relationship between superiors and subordinates.Therefore, as a Japanese language learner, mastering keigo is an important thing.There are two problems of formulations in this study, there are how is the miscomprehension of the forms of Keigo on Juniors (3rd year students) of the Japanese Department of Education (FKIP) Riau University, and Few of Factors that influencing the miscomprehension of the forms of keigo by Juniors of FKIP Riau University.The data of this study were taken from the results of tests and questionnaires from Juniors of Japanese language students.The results of the data are collected, checked, calculated, compiling in the form of tables and compiling frequency and presentation of test answers and questionnaires, then analyzed.Through this research, it is known that the level of ability of Juniors of Japanese language students in the use of keigo is very low.These results are stronglybecause the understanding and mastery of keigo that is not optimal both in terms of grammar and application in daily conversation.The lack of comprehending and rarely usage of the language are ones of the influenced factors that make students forgetting the structures and leading them to miscomprehension.KeyWords:Error Analysis, Japanese Language, Keigo

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the meaning of Japanese verbs of motion or idoudoushi. The background of this study is the chosen title for sugiru verb and tooru verb often used in Japanese leasson and two verbs that have similar meanings is past, so that confusing its use in a sentence for Japanese learners.The method used in this study is descriptive method. The data is taken from the dictionary Koujien by Izuru, Shinmura (1991). The results of this study indicate that there are differences and similarities between sugiru verb and tooru verb.Keywords: idoudoushi, lexical meaning, meaning expansion

Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the method of improving peer learning to improve the learning process of dokkai in Japanese Language Education class of 2017 at the University of Riau. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the peer learning method is effective to improve the learning process of dokkai. In this research, researchers used a weak experiment design with evidence of no class as a comparison. The technique of collecting data is done by giving a test. Test results on the pretest and posttest had increased, on the pretest the average test score was 64.75 while the post-test rises to 89. The test results are processed using a statistical test called ‘t-test’ manually to acknowledge how significant the impact in student learning outcomes when using peer learning methods. Based on the processing of statistical test data there is the to = 6.2 and tt = 2.10 (significant level of 5%), if to > tt then H0 is declined and Ha is accepted, which means there is a significant effect on the use of peer learning methods to improve the learning process dokkai on Japanese Language Education class of 2017 at Riau University.Key Words: Peer Learning, Dokkai

Abstract

Abstract: This study is aimed to determine the performance of Japanese language teachers of SMA in Pekanbaru as the implementation ofCurriculum2013 in the process of learning based on the perception of Japanese teachers and the school. Respondents in this study were 7 Japanese language teachers and 4 representatives of the school curriculum. Sampling technique used in this this research was Saturated Sampling. This technique used in order to determine the sample when all members of the population used as the sample. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research method used was descriptive quantitative. This method was done by processing data and presented through percentage calculation and the answer. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the overall data on the performance of Japanese teachers based on the perception of teachers were in good category (51% -100%), with a percentage of 59.4%. The data obtained about the performance of Japanese teacher of SMA in Pekanbaru as the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in the learning process based on the perception of the school were in good category (51% -100%), with the acquisition of percentage was equal to 68,7%. Further researchers are expected to involve students to be part of this study.Key Words: Curriculum 2013, Teachers’ Perfomance
