Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan implementasi digitalasi, implementasi digitalisasi proses pembelajaran, implementasi digitalisasi manajemen sekolah, dan implementasi digitalisasi cara kerja terhadap efektivitas sekolah secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasional dengan responden sebanyak 560 orang yang ditentukan secara acak sederhana. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji validiras, reabilitas, uji prasyarat, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan dan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara varibel bebas terhadap variable terikat, secara sendiri-sendiri maupun secara simultan. Hubungan antar variable termasuk kategori lemah dan pengaruhnya rendah. Agar memiliki pengaruh kuat disarankan untuk meningkatkan sarana digital sekolah, memberikan pelatihan digital kepada guru dan kepala sekolah, serta adanya dukungan kebijakan dari pihak berwenang.

Abstract

Factories usually have several machines to carry out the production process. When working, the machine usually makes a sound due to the use of a bandsaw machine. The aims of this study were to measure the intensity of bandsaw noise, to analyze the effect of bandsaw noise on the concentration level of sawmill workers, and to analyze the effect of noise on workers’ perceptions of sawmills at PT. Erika Mila Bersama, North Sumatra. Measurements were made on 2 bandsaw machines while operating to determine the noise intensity. The concentration test was carried out using a nonparametric test, namely the Wilcoxon test to determine the effect of engine noise on the respondent’s concentration level when using ear protection and without ear protection. Perception test was analyzed using the Linkert scale to determine perception. The results showed that the bandsaw machine noise intensity on machine A and B were 103.22 dB and 104.93 dB respectively. The noise of the band saw machine showed a significant effect on the concentration level of the respondents in the operator of the band saw machine with the two treatments given, while the non-operator respondents showed that the noise had no significant effect on the two treatments given. Perceptions of operators and non-machine operators on noise without ear protection are the same, namely very noisy. After using the earmuff, the machine operator’s perception becomes less noisy and the non-operator’s perception becomes quite noisy. Then when using the earplug the machine operator’s perception is quite noisy and the non-operator’s perception is noisy. The benefit of this research is that it can provide information regarding occupational health and safety regarding the level of concentration of workers on noise and the influence of workers’ perceptions of noise levels and used as evaluation material for companies in carrying out noise control measures at PT. Erika Mila Bersama, North Sumatra.

Abstract

Advancements in science and technology have reshaped societal perspectives, leading to significant social changes, including expanded career opportunities for women. As wives and mothers increasingly enter the workforce, their dual roles influence family resilience. This study examines the role of career women in supporting family resilience in Tulung District, Klaten Regency. Using a field research approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Milles Huberman interactive analysis method. Findings reveal that women in Tulung District engage in diverse professions while balancing responsibilities in both domestic and public spheres. Their ability to maintain family resilience depends on effective communication and decision-making with their spouses. The study highlights that career women contribute to family resilience across multiple dimensions, including physical, economic, psychological, and socio-cultural aspects. The division of responsibilities between husband and wife reflects mutual cooperation, guided by principles such as mītsāqan ghalīẓan, zawāj, mu’āsharah bil ma’rūf, mushāwarah, and tarāḍin min humaā. These principles align with the fulfillment of the eight core family functions, reinforcing family stability and well-being.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to consider the impact of the pandemic on the teaching-learning process from the perspective of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. Not many studies have examined the effects of the pandemic on the teaching process with children, even at the PAUD level. This paper aims to gain a deeper understanding of the realization of the teaching and learning process during an emergency due to Covid-19 in Banjarbaru City, which came as a consequence of an unfavorable epidemiological situation. Teachers, children, and parents are recognized in this paper as the main determinants of the quality of education. The results of the attitude assessment of 40 teachers in the city of Banjarbaru there are important aspects of the educational process during an emergency. The data takes place, based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the level of adaptability of teachers is considered capable enough to deal with new situations and is decreasing as it continues to be extended. face-to-face learning emergency. The results explain a high positive attitude in terms of cooperation between teachers and parents, which indicates that there is a lot of room to improve the quality of education in the future through blended learning. Abstract

Dalam dua dasawarsa terakhir ini, kita dihadapkan pada kenyataan bahwa lingkungan di negeri ini mengalami kerusakan yang semakin parah. Banjir, tanah longsor, dan kerusakan hutan menjadi masalah yang semakin luas dan dialami oleh banyak daerah di negeri ini. Berbagai bencana yang menimpa pendudukan baik desa maupun kota silih berganti terjadi. Semua itu menyisakan problem kemanusiaan yang mendalam, mulai dari ambruknya tempat tinggal, terhentinya aktivitas perekonomian, penyebaran penyakit menular yang cepat meluas, dan korban jiwa yang tidak saja dalam jumlah puluhan, ratusan bahkan ribuan. Memperhatikan berbagai fakta bencana yang terjadi, ternyata kenestapaan tersebut tidak melulu murni bencana alam seperti gunung meletus atau sunami, tetapi bencana yang muncul akibat perusakan alam yang dilakukan oleh manusia serakah yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Mempertimbangkan hal ini, langkah kuratif yang dilakukan pemerintah maupun pihak yang yang peduli tidak bisa tidak harus diikuti dengan langkah antisipatif lewat pendekatan budaya. Pendekatan budaya ini kurang lebihnya disetting dalam upaya internalisasi nilai-nilai sadar lingkungan lewat proses pendidikan. Tulisan ini bermaksud menguraikan konsep dasar persoalan ini dari arah pembelajaran PAI sebagai sarananya.Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran, PAI, Lingkungan

Abstract

This study aims to identify the opportunities and challenges in integrating AI into PAI learning and to formulate effective strategies for its utilization. The research employs a literature review method with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results reveal that AI offers opportunities such as personalized learning, increased accessibility, support for students with special needs, and professional development for teachers. However, challenges also arise, such as the potential erosion of spiritual values, technological dependency, and limited digital literacy among educators and students. Therefore, a wise integration strategy is required so that the use of AI is not only technically effective but also aligned with Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation success of the Pusaka application, which was developed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Indonesia. This application is part of a digital transformation initiative that provides public access to religious services such as hajj registration, marriage, and religious education. The DeLone and McLean Information System Success Model is used as the foundational framework to measure system quality, information quality, use, and user satisfaction. This research tests and validates a pre-formulated model and its hypotheses. The testing is based on primary data collected through an online survey administered to State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Muaro Jambi Regency's Ministry of Religious Affairs Office. From the distributed questionnaires, a total of 349 responses were declared valid and suitable for further analysis. The quantitative data in this study were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the aid of SmartPLS V3 software. The analysis stages included testing the measurement model and the structural model. Based on the data analysis, the results indicate the role of the Pusaka application's utilization in supporting the digital transformation of public services at the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Abstract

Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami istri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (rumah tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Pada dasarnya menurut pendapat sebagian ulama asal hukum melakukan perkawinan adalah sunnah. Namun perkawinan sebagai syarat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan jasmani sering kali dilewati. Kenyataan yang ada saat ini, semakin maraknya hubungan seks pranikah yang diakibatkan oleh pergaulan yang terlampau bebas. Pergaulan bebas menjadi salah satu bentuk perilaku menyimpang yang melewati batas kewajiban, tuntutan, aturan, syarat, dan perasaan malu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkompilasikan hukum Islam pengaturan mengenai nikah hamil dalam BAB VIII Pasal 53 ayat 1,2,3. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif analitis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Mayoritas ulama cenderung membolehkannya nikah hamil, dan sebagian ulama menolak nikah hamil. Perbedaan pendapat tersebut timbul karena perbedaan dalam memahami ayat wa hurrima zalika alal mu’minin apakah dlamir (kata ganti) zalika menunjuk kepada zina atau nikah.

Abstract

Currently, the global economy is shaken by the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the preliminary study at the partner's location, it has economic limitations, including the availability of food supply which has an impact on non-productive communities, including farmers and tenant farmers around Taman Asoka Asri Housing, Tanjung Selamet, Medan Tuntungan, Medan, North Sumatra. All activities that will be carried out by the USU PPM proposing team will of course follow and pay attention to the Covid-19 prevention protocol. The implementation of this community service is carried out in the vicinity of the Taman Asoka Asri Housing, so the activity plan that will be carried out is the use of rice fields for farmers and cultivators in the environment around the Taman Asoka Asri Housing. The area of ​​paddy rice fields managed by smallholders around the Taman Asoka Asri Complex, Tanjung Selamet, Medan Tuntung, Medan an average of 2,725 m2 (0.2725 ha). Rice field management areas that have been successfully managed by partners have become productive areas that can increase income and profits for smallholders.

Abstract

Furniture industry is experiencing a shift towards multifunctional furniture products due to additional flexibility, functionality and smaller sizes. The output target to be achieved from this community service activity is the achievement of community independence and technology transfer in producing furniture in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang. Utilization and allocation of wood processing machines for furniture will affect productivity and work performance in furniture manufacturing at UD Jaya Bersama in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang. Using sawmills at UD Jaya Bersama, the average productivity is 3 days higher than the labor-intensive system, which is 5 days to manufacture a set of tables and chairs. This shows that the use of wood processing machines at UD Jaya Bersama is more efficient. The products produced at UD Jaya Bersama in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang are sills, doors, windows, cupboards, LCD cases, tables and chairs. Manufacture and sale of products is still based on consumer orders. Product pricing at UD Jaya Bersama in Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang depends on the raw material used, namely the type of wood. The raw materials used come from Intsia spp., Agathis dammara, and Shorea spp.
