Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of managerial ownership, institution ownership, Leverage on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This research was conducted in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 until 2014 with 21 sample obtained using questionare method. The analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the managerial ownership, institusional ownwrship, leverage simultaneously affected the disclosure of CSR at 0.154. Furthermore, the results of research partially showing the managerial ownership and leverage had no significant influence on CSR, and the institution ownership had significant influence on CSR.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Managerial Ownership, Institution Ownership, Leverage

Abstract

Abstract: Research on profit-sharing financing and profitability levels has been largely undertaken by previous researchers, but the results have not been consistent, ie some have influence and some have no influence. Thus, the researcher is interested to re-examine the profit-sharing financing and profitability level. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profit sharing financing to the level of profitability. The population of this study is the Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia which has the required data for the period 2011-2015 with a period of observation of 60 periods. The type of data from this study is secondary data sourced from the website of Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id). Data analysis using simple regression. The results showed that financing for the results have a positive effect on the level of profitability.Keywords: Profit Sharing Financing, Level Of Profitability

Abstract

Abstrack: This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve learning outcomes by implementing IPS cooperative learning model Example non example. The subjects were students of class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016, which amounted to 20 people with a level of academic ability heterogeneous. This study was conducted by two cycles and at the end of each cycle conducted daily tests. Data collected through observation and tests in the form of sheets daily tests. Results of research on the observation sheet shows the activity of teachers and students have done well after doing the action. Most students seemed excited and actively participate in the learning process is carried out, as in doing step by step learning, presenting worksheets or questions and respond to his presentation. Students are also trying to solve problems that teachers provide well. The action is said to be successful if the number of students who reach KKM increase in daily tests daily tests I and II. The number of students who reach KKM on a base score, daily test I (first cycle), daily test II (second cycle) respectively was 65.35%, 68.75% and 83.75%. Improving student learning outcomes from a base score to the first cycle increased by 34%, while the second cycle increased by 10%. The results of this study indicate that cooperative learning Example non example can improve student learning outcomes in social studies class VI SDN 028 Sintong in the second semester of the academic year 2015/2016.Keywords: Learning Outcomes IPS , Non Cooperative Learning Example Example , Classroom Action Research

Abstract

Penelitian mengenai ownership  structure (foreign ownership, government ownership dan public ownership), corporate performance dan firm value telah banyak dilakukan oleh peneliti, tetapi hasilnya belum konsisten, yaitu ada yang berpengaruh positif dan ada pula yang berpengaruh negatif. Dengan demikian peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti ulang mengenai ownership structure (foreign ownership, government ownership dan public ownershihp) dan corporate performance serta pengaruhnya terhadap firm value. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji  dan menganalisis pengaruh ownership structure (foreign ownership, government ownership dan public ownershihp) dan corporate performance terhadap firm value. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang memiliki data yang lengkap tentang foreign ownership, government ownership, public ownership dan corporate performance serta firm value untuk enam tahun berturut-turut (2008-2013). Jenis data dari variabel penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi yang bersumber dari ICMD. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa foreign ownership, government ownership dan public ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm value dan corporate performance berpengaruh positif terhadap firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji kembali dan menganalisis pengaruh blockholders ownership, firm size dan leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor manufaktur yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang berjumlah 131 perusahaan (ICMD, 2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan tahun pengamatan 2008-2012 dan yang memiliki data lengkap sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian adalah berjumlah 30 tahun pengamatan. Bentuk data dari penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan teknik dokumentasi yang bersumber dari ICMD. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan paket program SPSS.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa blockholders ownership, firm size dan leverage memiliki pengaruh yang negative tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi: (1) Manager dalam membuat keputusan keuangan dengan memperhatikan financial leverage untuk memaksimalkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan; (2) Investor, dengan menggunakan suara yang dimiliki untuk mengawasi manajemen dalam membuat kebijakan keuangan agar kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat lebih optimal; (3) Regulator, dalam membuat kebijakan tentang ketentuan jumlah kepemilikan saham minimal dan kepemilikan saham maksimal

Abstract

In the late 2000s, the bankruptcy of giant corporations was due to accounting manipulation or called as discretionary accruals, has made accounting experts increasing attention to corporate governance that consist of (1) board of directors and (2) audit committee. This study purposes to obtain clarity empirical from the influence of its corporate governance to discretionary accruals. The population of this research is the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 31 companies and has been scrutinized. Mean while, the collection of data method use secondary data which obtained through each company’s annual report and whereas the data anlysis method uses path analysis with SPSS. As a reseach result, this study found influences of corporate governance, that are (1) board of directors and (2) audit committee on discretionary accruals either simultaneously or partially in the banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange has proven to be exist and working effectively

Abstract

Character education is aimed to shape people with strong integrity, good conduct,outstanding morale, being dynamic, competitive, science and technology skills oriented as wellas believing in the One Supreme God. The implementation of character education should besupported by all sides including SMA Islam Terpadu Bangkinang, Kampar District. The purposeof this study was to describe the implementation of character education management at SMAIslam Terpadu Bangkinang covering planning process, implementation and evaluation. The studyemployed qualitative method with triangulation. The validity of the data were checked trhoughreliability, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The data were analyzed using flowmodel of Miles and Huberman and the results of the study showed that the planning processcovered (a) planning conducive school condition, (b) designing explicit character educationcurriculum, (c) creating integrated character curriculum, (d) classroom management, and (e)outside-class environmental management. The implementation stage covered (a) theimplementation of character education in the teaching and learning process, (b) theimplementation of character education in extra-curricular activities, and (c) the implementationof character education in daily life. Finally, evaluation stage focused on (a) the collaborationwith the students’ parents, and (b) the strict control towards good conduct.

Abstract

This research is described the implementation of National QualificationFramework at Universal Skill Course in Pekanbaru about the curriculum concept and theregistration of new students process, educational processes, competence exams until the receivesof the certificates. This research used the qualitative approach, the data of research got by theleader of Universal Skill course, tutor, admission, and students. The data collectives got bytriangulation technique through observation, interviews, and documentations research. The reportof the research shows some indicators, they are 1) the new students’ registration processes atlevel 2 of Accountant Junior Technician Assistance is in roles of NQF that is the students haveto graduate of Senior High School level. 2) The Education processes at Universal Skill hasused SKKNI thus suitable with KKNI curriculum, besides Universal Skill has got theAccreditation of BAN PNF with score “B”, it shows that implementation of KKNI at UniversalSkill is very good. 3) The students’ study achievement at Universal Skill are 100%, it measuredby the SKL achievement has match as the SKKNI procedure. The SKL achievement provedby the students’ score reports on certificate around 80 – 90. 4) The influence of successfulfactors in implementing of KKNI at level 2 of Accountant Junior Technician Assistance asfollows; The curriculum which is used refers to the SKKNI thus the output of the courseproduce the workers whom ready to work and compete in business world; the other factor isthe tutor recruited from practitioners in his/ her own fields so that in learning processes thetutors discuss about some cases which are influences the successful of implementation ofKKNI at Universal Skill course is the certificates of Universal Skill prints in English languageso that comes the advantages to compete with the foreigner and also in next MEA. Meanwhiles the barrier factors of the implementation of KKNI at Universal Skill is the late ofdistribute the certificates from the government.

Abstract

Environmental education is one of important policy that isssued by the governmentas the effort of delivering education at whole schools by Adiwiyata programme. This researchwas aimed to obtain the description of the implementation environtmental education policy ofSMP Negeri 1 Bagan Sinembah. The approach of the research used qualitative descriptive.Data collection was done by the researchers themselves as a key instrument, whereas todetermine the source of human data using snowball sampling technique. Data was collectedby means of; (1) in-depth interviews; (2) The participant observation; and (3) study thedocumentation. For data analysis using descriptive techniques whose application is done inthree flow of activities, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification.The result showed that, first, the understanding of school people about the concept, goal andprinciple of Adiwiyata Mandiri was good. Second, the commitment of school people about theenvironment education policy was quite good eventhough some school people showed nospirit and unready attitude to run the Adiwiyata programme. Third, The programmes of AdiwiyataMandiri were socializaiton to the candidate of next adiwiyata school, environmental educationand Clean Saturday programme. The programmes runs quite well. Fourth, the implementorand financial source in implementing the environmental education policy at SMP Negeri 1Bagan Sinembah was not adequate. The results can be taken into consideration for otherschools in making their schools as Adiwiyata mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the headmaster’s participation and school committee participation towards eduaction quality on public junior high schools (SMPNs) in Rokan Hilir district. The research was conducted at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir. the study was conducted over three months, from September 2015 to November 2015. The results show that there is a positive relationship between headmaster’s participation and quality of education. Partially, the headmaster’s participation affects 90.0% of the value quality of education at Junior High School in Rokan Hilir, meaning the better headmaster’s participation will increase the quality of education. There is a positive relationship between school committee participation with the quality of education. Partially, school committee participation affects 58.3% of the value of the quality of education at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir, meaning the better school committee participation will increase the quality of education. There is a positive relationship between the headmaster’s participation and school committee participation together with the quality of education. Headmaster’s participation and t school committee participation jointly affect the 90.4% value of the quality of education at the Junior High School in Rokan Hilir.
