Abstract

Inequalities in access and health services for BPJS users include not all medicines being covered, difficulty in checking or receiving treatment, difficulty in getting a room, and several other complaints. The aim of this research is to determine the IKEP model Problem Identification, Confirmation, Evaluation and Improvement) for implementers and administrators of BPJS Health at RSUAD A. Yani, Metro City. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with descriptive, explanatory and prescriptive approaches. Data collection methods consist of literature and documentation of observations and interviews. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis method. The results of the research conducted by researchers found in the field that problems occurred in the facilities and infrastructure as well as BPJS services related to the online system, both in registration and in the referral system. Another problem also occurs in the HR system which is lacking and less professional in providing services. Therefore, researchers offer suggestions in the form of an IKEP MODEL at RSUD A Yani, Metro City to help organize services better, including with leadership, organizational culture, institutions, SOPs, management of public complaints, control and evaluation and human resources.

Abstract

Seorang pemimpin harus memiliki kemampuan untuk mengarahkan semua anggotanya untuk meraih tujuan dari sebuah organisasi. Begitu juga didalam organisasi perusahaan seorang pemimpin harus mempunyai kemampuan untuk bisa menjadikan perusahaan yang dipimpinnya mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan. Etika seorang pemimpin dibutuhkan untuk memimpin sebuah perusahaan. Pemimpin yang memiliki etika yang baik akan mampu menciptakan budaya organisasi yang sehat, membangun kepercayaan dari semua anggota, dan juga bisa membuat perusahaan mendapatkan tujuan perusahaan sesuai visi dan misi perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengexplorasi bagaimana etika dari seorang pemimpin untuk mempengaruhi keberhasilan organisasi perusahaan dengan tetap berpedoman pada visi dan misi perusahaan. Etika pemimpin ini juga berpengaruh terhadap bagaimana cara seorang pemimpin dalam mengelola pengambilan keputusan dan mengelola hubungan baik dengan anggota karyawan lainnya.

Abstract

Permasalahan kasus korupsi yang tengah marak di Indonesia, bukan hanya menjadi beban negara untuk menyelesaikannya. Mahasiswa sebagai agen perubahan dan pengawasan/ pengontrol kehidupan sosial dalam hal ini memiliki potensi yang besar untuk mengurai permasalahan korupsi, salah satunya dengan kesiapan praktik pendisiplinan tubuh yang anti korupsi. Realitanya, pendidikan anti korupsi yang telah diberlakukan pada perguruan tinggi, mendapati tantangan dominan berupa sengkarut perilaku korupsi immaterial yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa memaknai pengalamannya tentang pendidikan anti korupsi dan wujud implementasi perilakunya. Para informan dipilih secara purposive sampling, sebanyak 8 mahasiswa di Kabupaten Jember. Mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan yang bertanggung jawab, namun sebaliknya juga dapat berperilaku korupsi secara immaterial. Sengkarut praktik korupsi immaterial, berupa datang terlambat, tidak disiplin waktu dalam pengumpulan tugas, memanipulasi presensi atau menitipkan presensi kehadiran perkuliahan pada temannya, memanipulasi surat keterangan sakit dari dokter, plagiasi tugas, dan mencontek pada saat ujian. Pendisiplinan tubuh untuk berperilaku anti korupsi yang dijalankan oleh kontrol sosial dengan pemberian norma dan sanksi perkuliahan, nyatanya dianggap sebagai alat yang menjadikan mahasiswa patuh, namun sebaliknya juga membuat mahasiswa menciptakan pelanggaran yang berlebih lagi. Pendidikan anti korupsi pada mahasiswa nyatanya menjadi paradoks antara pendisiplinan tubuh dan tantangan sengkarut perilaku.

Abstract

In fact, villages are miniature government administrations in the daily lives of the community. Regional development problems are ultimately at the village level, encompassing issues such as citizen skills education, public services, community creativity, and innovation. This article was written to provide a research-based village model concept as a recommendation for a miniature village government administration. This study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology, which aims to comprehensively describe everyday phenomena by providing an accurate summary of the research object. Data collection was conducted through interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), observation, and documentation studies. The location of this research is in the villages around Rawa Pening in Semarang Regency. The research analysis technique focuses on analyzing, describing, and summarizing qualitative data to gain a deep understanding of a phenomenon or social condition. The model of village and community governance is expected to generate resources, opportunities, knowledge, potential, and skills, thereby determining the future of development in their villages. Community empowerment continues to develop well with the synergy and collaboration of various stakeholders. Village empowerment is implemented in the innovation of the Research-Based Village concept; 1) compiling the history and potential of local village wisdom, 2) encouraging clean government and good governance in village governments, 3) encouraging the implementation of an Integrated Agricultural System, 4) providing support for the development of MSMEs, and 5) providing support for the Development of the Creative Economy and Circular Economy. The research-based village model is recommended for implementation in Central Java Province and Indonesia, taking into account the potential and local wisdom of each village, with the support of the local Regional Government.

Abstract

Kompetensi yang  dimiliki oleh seseorang dan dilaksanakan dalam lingkungan kerja dapat mendukung tercapainya tujuan organisasi. Pegawai akan memperlihatkan kinerja yang baik dan menunjukkan kontribusi bagi institusi tempat bekerja. Dinas Pengairan Lampung Tengah ialah salah satu Dinas di kabupaten  Lampung Tengah yang merupakan tempat penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap  kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Lampung Tengah sebagai parsial maupun sebagai simultan. Belum maksimalnya kinerja pegawai sebagai kajian permasalahan dalam penelitian ini.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 pegawai beserta sampel seluruh populasi menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menerapkan angket dengana analisis data dan analisis regresi sederhana serta regresi ganda. Perolehan analisis data memperlihatkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial, diperoleh F hitung > F tabel yaitu 7,845 >  1,694 (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara parsial. Diperoleh F hitung > F tabel yaitu 4,783 >  1,694. dan (3) secara simultan kompetensi  dan lingkungan kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diperoleh F hitung ≥ F tabel adalah (77,478≥ 3,29). Oleh sebab itu, untuk menumbuhkan kinerja pegawai, harus mencermati kompetensi  pegawai dalam pendelegasian tugas serta meningkatkan fasilitas lingkungan kerja sehingga pegawai merasa nyaman dan dapat berkontribusi optimal dalam bekerja.     Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

Indonesian government has launched a community plantation forests program that would be beneficial for remedying shortage in domestic demand for teak wood every year. This program needs to be supported by the availability of quality seeds resources and quality seedlings utilizing polyploid teak (Tectona grandis). Our study aimed to examine the effectiveness of colchicine and oryzalin to modify diploid into polyploid T. grandis based on growth response, morphological, anatomical and cytological alteration, as well as the acclimatization ability of polyploid plantlets. The materials used were aseptic lateral shoots consisting of nodal segments which were immersed in antimitotic agents at the concentration of 0, 15 and 30 μM for 5 days, then cultured on regeneration medium until the 8 weeks and followed by acclimatization. The results showed that colchicine at the concentration of 30 μM was the most effective to induce polyploidy of plantlets in the parameter of high growth rate, the length of internodes, the number of leaf plantlets and increase the leaf surface area and the significant chlorophyll index content compared to the control. Anatomical analysis of polyploid was characterized by increasing the leaf thickness, stomata size, decreased stomatal density and increased chloroplast content in guard cells. Based on cytological examination on polyploidy plantlet, there was an increased in the number of chromosomes in the cell nucleus. The acclimatization of polyploid successfully induced rooting and a 100% survival rate of grown plantlets. Polyploid seedlings were able to grow and well adapted to the new environment of acclimatization

Abstract

This study examines the resilience and solidarity of the Kemiri Village community in the aftermath of natural disasters, viewed through a sociological lens. The research seeks to understand how social structures, collective values, and cultural mechanisms have shaped community responses to crisis situations, particularly in rebuilding livelihoods and restoring social cohesion. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving community leaders, disaster survivors, and local institutions. The analysis draws upon theories of social resilience and collective solidarity to interpret patterns of adaptation, cooperation, and mutual aid among residents. The findings reveal that community resilience in Kemiri Village is deeply rooted in traditional social networks, kinship systems, and religious values that encourage mutual support and collective problem-solving. Social capital plays a pivotal role in mobilizing resources, rebuilding infrastructure, and ensuring the equitable distribution of aid. Furthermore, local leadership and informal institutions such as community prayer groups and neighborhood associations acted as mediating agents that strengthened coordination between residents and external relief organizations. Solidarity was expressed through “gotong royong” (mutual cooperation), communal labor, and emotional support, which helped alleviate psychological trauma and fostered a sense of belonging. The study concludes that resilience in Kemiri Village is not merely a product of material recovery but also of cultural endurance and moral unity. Strengthening participatory governance, promoting inclusive disaster education, and preserving traditional values of solidarity are essential to enhancing long-term resilience in rural communities facing recurring natural hazards.
