Abstract

The background to the problems faced in society, especially the Malang area, East Java, is that several natural disasters have occurred which have resulted in victims. Therefore, education is needed from an early age in order to minimize the number of victims of natural disasters. The aim of this research is to develop a disaster mitigation book for disaster education in elementary schools. The development of learning media in the form of disaster mitigation books is very necessary so that elementary school students have readiness, both knowledge and skills related to the threat of disasters around them and can behave well when a disaster occurs. The research method used is development research with the ADDIE model. Activities are carried out in the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The research subjects involved were material experts and media experts for elementary school education. Data analysis uses percentage techniques and descriptions of research results. The research procedure starts from initial analysis, product design, product development, product application, and product evaluation. The research results show that the book developed received a positive response from validators. Based on the assessment of material expert validators, the product obtained results of 93.75%. Based on the assessment of media experts, the book product received a score of 98%. These results prove that the product developed can be categorized as a very valid product based on the results of expert validator assessments and can be said to be suitable for elementary school students.

Abstract

Kawasan Agrowisata Dillem-Willis potensi pertanian dan sejarah masa lalu berupa bangunan perusahaan kopi sejak zaman belanda dan panorama kawasan perbukitan, Selain terdapat potensi juga terdapat permasalahan yang muncul terkait pengembangan dan pengelolaan agrowisata adalah 1) terdapat kerentanan bencana longsor dan kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap pengurangan resiko 2) pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap agrowisata yang masih rendah 3) keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pengembangan dan pengelolaan agrowisata masih rendah 4) Belum ada informasi mencukupi terkait layanan agrowisata. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan pendampingan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan agrowisata berbasis green sustainable tourism di Kawasan Dillem-Willis Trenggalek. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap pelaksananan, yaitu 1) survei 2) kegiatan pengabdian meliputi penyuluhan, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan participatory mapping serta 3) evaluasi kegiatan. Keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini adalah dilihat dari produk yang dihasilkan melalui pendampingan berupa infografis wisata Kawasan Dilem-Wilis dan respon masyarakat yang postif terhadap kegiatan ini.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of education, traditional teaching approaches are increasingly inadequate for preparing students with the skills required in the 21st century. Collaborative learning models have emerged as a vital strategy to drive educational innovation by fostering active engagement, critical thinking, and the development of essential interpersonal skills. This paper explores the theoretical foundations, practical applications, and challenges of implementing collaborative learning across diverse educational settings. Findings indicate that collaborative learning not only enhances academic achievement but also transforms the role of educators and integrates effectively with digital technologies to expand learning opportunities. Despite challenges such as unequal participation and technological barriers, best practices including structured tasks and reflective assessment contribute to successful outcomes. Ultimately, collaborative learning offers a powerful framework for creating more inclusive, relevant, and future-ready educational experiences.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the problematics or learning problems in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. This research is descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Undaan Turen which is located at Jl. Cemara No. 5 Undaan, Turen District, Malang Regency The data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collection instruments used were interview sheets, documentation sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis used in this research is through the stages of data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the problems in the planning aspect included the difficulty of managing lesson plans, learning media, preparation of learning materials, and preparation of methods. Problems in the implementation aspect include uneven internet facilities, most students cannot read and write, and limited teacher space in monitoring students. Meanwhile, problems in the evaluation aspect are that some students do not do their assignments and the assignments are not done by the students themselves.

Abstract

Abstract: Learning environmental character education is a process of organizing the environment around students in the learning prosess that can be done inside and outside classroom. The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata program and environmental care characters that appear to have been carried out by students as well as the role of the Adiwiyata program in learning environmental chacarter education at SDN Bunulrejo 2 Malang City. This research use qualitative descriptive approach. Sources of data in this research are the principal, teachers, and students. Data collection tehniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis of the research carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion recall. The results showed that the role of the Adiwiyata program in learning character education at SDN Bunulrejo 2 Malang City can develop the character of protecting the environment, cooperation, responsibility, and discipline in the school environment. The implementation of the Adiwiyata program at SDN Bunulrejo 2 Malang City was carried out using four components: (1) School policies with an environmental perspective, (2) Implementation of an environment-based curriculum, (3) Participatory based environmental activities, (4) Management of environmentally friendly. Chacarter cares the environment that looks conducted by students at SDN Bunulrejo 2 Malang City is to protect environment, cooperation, responsibility, and discipline.

Abstract

The landscape appearance of Srigonco Village is unique. This uniqueness can be used as a means of learning geography. This study aims to analyze the tourism potential and landscape appearance of Srigonco Village as a means of supporting geography learning. The method used is a field survey by making a working map which is then used to identify tourism potential and landscape appearances. Analysis of natural tourism potential was carried out using neighborhood analysis and analysis of landscape appearance using qualitative descriptive. The study's findings indicate that the tourism potential of Srigonco village is dispersed, with clusters of caves and ponor in the center, an elongated area to the south with beaches, and scattered springs around the community. In addition, the research location has fluvial, karst, and marine landscape elements such as caves, rivers, beaches, waterfalls, and biodiversity preservation, can also be utilised for natural tourism. Srigonco Village's topography can be utilized to teach geography, particularly in the study of geomorphology, hydrology, biogeography, disasters, tourism, and socio-culture. The application of geography learning can be carried out through field activities, research, or project-based learning to provide students with the opportunity to learn directly from the environment.

Abstract

Abstract: All regions in the world are at risk of disaster. As part of the world, Indonesia is also an archipelagic country that is prone to disasters. One of the areas that is the focus of this research and development is the Malang area in East Java province. This area is one of the areas that recently experienced disasters in the form of volcanic eruptions, floods, and landslides in 2021-2023. The purpose of this study is to produce a geological and climatological natural disaster hazard map for learning in elementary schools. The research method used is the ADDIE research and development model which has 5 steps, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research techniques and instruments that will be used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses quantitative analysis with percentage techniques and qualitative analysis with a description of the product manufacturing and testing process. The results of the study showed that the geological and climatological natural disaster hazard map developed was declared valid by material experts and media experts with a percentage of 95% and 92%. After being tested in elementary schools, it received a 100% appeal rating from students. Student learning outcomes also show that 50% of students are included in the high category of learning outcomes improvement and 50% of students are in the medium category. These results indicate that the product can improve the quality of student learning. Abstrak: Seluruh wilayah di dunia mempunyai ancaman bencana. Sebagai bagian dari dunia, Indonesia juga merupakan negara kepulauan yang rawan terhadap bencana. Salah satu daerah yang menjadi fokus penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah daerah Malang provinsi Jawa Timur. Daerah ini merupakan salah satu daerah yang baru-baru ini pada tahun 2021-2023 mengalami bencana berupa gunung meletus, banjir, dan tanah longsor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan peta bahaya bencana alam geologi dan klimatologi untuk pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model penelitian dan pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki 5 langkah yaitu Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Evaluasi. Teknik dan instrumen penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dengan teknik persentase dan juga kualitatif dengan deskripsi proses pembuatan dan pengujian produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peta rawan bencana alam geologi dan klimatologi yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid oleh ahli materi dan ahli media dengan persentase 95% dan 92%. Setelah diuji coba di SD mendapat penilaian daya tarik 100% dari siswa. Hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan bahwa 50% siswa termasuk pada peningkatan hasil belajar kategori tinggi dan 50% siswa pada kategori sedang. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa produk dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of national insight and motivation on the relationship between national insight on the achievements of PGSD students. The design used in this study is quantitative research. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The research done in East Java, Malang and Jember. There were 432 respondents who were spread from state and private universities in East Java. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the students' knowledge related to national outlook did not affect the achievements of PGSD students. But motivation has been proven to influence the relationship between national insight and PGSD student achievement. The results showed that the existence of motivation (moderating variable) would be able to strengthen the relationship of national insight to student achievement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh wawasan kebangsaan serta motivasi terhadap hubungan antara wawasan kebangsaan dengan prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Instrument penelitian berupa angket. Penelitian dilakukan di Jawa Timur, yaitu Malang dan Jember. Terdapat 432 responden yang tersebar di perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta di Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, didapatkan hasil bahwa pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait wawasan kebangsaan tidak memengaruhi prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Namun motivasi terbukti memengaruhi hubungan antara wawasan kebangsaan dan prestasi mahasiswa PGSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya motivasi (variabel moderating) akan dapat memperkuat hubungan wawasan kebangsaan terhadap prestasi mahasiswa.

Abstract

Abstract: This survey study was intended to describe the students’ understanding of the values of the Pancasila in the life of the nation. The samples of the study were all active students of 2015/2016 academic year. The data was collected by using questionnaire and was analyzed by using percentage technique. The results of the study showed that the students’ understanding of the values of the Pancasila in their national life was fulfilled the criteria of good enough. The students had not fully understood the implementation of the values of Pancasila in the daily life. Abstrak: Penelitian survey ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa angkatan 2015/2016 dari seluruh mahasiswa aktif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan teknik persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa termasuk kriteria cukup baik. Mahasiswa belum sepenuhnya memahami pelaksanaan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
