Abstract

 The digitalization of academic systems enhances efficiency and reliability, particularly in language competency testing. This study develops an advanced multilingual online exam system integrated with face and voice recognition technologies at Universitas Nurul Jadid. Employing the Waterfall model, the system was designed, programmed, tested, and maintained to address challenges such as network instability and delayed scoring. The system supports English, Arabic, and Mandarin language exams and includes automatic certificate generation. Developed using Laravel 11 and TensorFlow for face detection, the system improves the reliability and security of online exams while maintaining functionality under low network conditions. Testing revealed significant improvements in efficiency and accuracy, although enhancements to user interface responsiveness and scalability for handling high test-taker volumes remain necessary. This research provides a scalable framework for other institutions aiming to modernize academic evaluations.

Abstract

ETOS co working space, one of the workspaces located in Yogyakarta that carries a simple concept, but is still in demand by the public. Manyhave emerged co-working spaces with attractive concepts and are in demand by many people. ETOS still carries the concept of "real co-working space" and competes with its competitors, and in less than a year ETOS has already received regular clients and customers every day. With the title "The Analysis of the Implementation Public Relations to Develop The Effort of The Brand Image Co working space" with the formulation of the problem of how to use the role of public relations in an effort to increase the brand image of the ETOS co working space in Yogyakarta with the aim of research, namely to determine the use of the role of public relations in an effort to improve brand image co working space ETOS. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research process focuses on utilizing the role of public relations in an effort to increase the brand image of the co-working space at ETOS. By using several data analysis techniques such as data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing / verification. For data validation, this study used triangulation techniques. Based on the research results obtained in the field, it is concluded that in an effort to improve the brand image of the ETOS co working space , ETOS Public Relations takes advantage of the role of public relations , namely, expert prescribe, communication facilitator, problem solving facilitator, and communication technician. ETOS PR also implements management public relations in this case planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh review produk dan affiliate marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pengguna shopee di Kota Sorong dengan minat beli sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini kuesioner dengan teknik accidental sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah konsumen pengguna shopee di Kota Sorong dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 Responden. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan sofware Smartpls versi 4.1.0.2. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Review produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Affiliate marketing berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Review produk berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, 4) Affiliate marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat beli, 5) minat beli berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 6) minat beli mampu memediasi pengaruh review produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, 7) minat beli mampu memediasi pengaruh affiliate marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of product reviews and affiliate marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of Shopee users in Sorong City with purchase interest as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Data collection in this research was a questionnaire with accidental sampling technique used to collect data. The population in the study were Shopee consumers in Sorong City with a sample size of 85 respondents. The research data analysis technique uses Smartpls software version 4.1.0.2. The results of this research are: 1) Product reviews have no effect on purchasing decisions, 2) Affiliate marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions, 3) Product reviews have an effect on buying interest, 4) Affiliate marketing has an effect on buying interest, 5) Buying interest has an effect on decisions purchasing, 6) purchasing interest is able to mediate the influence of product reviews on purchasing decisions, 7) purchasing interest is able to mediate the influence of affiliate marketing on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Gastritis is one of the most common digestive disorders, often referred to as heartburn. This condition is characterized by inflammation of the gastric mucosa due to irritation or infection, which can lead to stomach damage if it persists. Gastritis is typically diagnosed based on clinical symptoms without histopathological examination. One non-pharmacological approach to alleviating pain caused by gastritis is Guided Imagery, a relaxation technique involving guided imagination to create positive mental images perceived by various senses. This technique aims to provide a calming effect and help reduce pain perception. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of Guided Imagery in reducing pain intensity among patients with gastritis. The implementation of Guided Imagery was carried out as part of nursing interventions for patients with gastritis. The results showed that this technique effectively reduced pain levels, as indicated by a decrease in pain intensity and a reduction in expressions of discomfort, such as the absence of grimacing. Additionally, patients reported feeling more relaxed and comfortable after the therapy. In conclusion, Guided Imagery has proven to be an effective non-pharmacological method for reducing pain in gastritis patients. Given its benefits, this therapy can be recommended as part of a holistic approach to pain management for gastritis patients, particularly for those seeking to avoid or complement pharmacological treatments.

Abstract

This research constitute action research brazes (Classroom Action Research) one that intent to increase mathematics studying result via implemented model learning search, solve, create, and share on classes educative participant VIII.2 SMP is Country 2 Suppa. Subject is this research is participant teach to braze VIII.2 SMP is Country 2 Suppa that total 22 person. This research is done in two cycle which on cycle I consisting of thrice meet learning process and once appointment is done essays cycle whereas on cycle II consisting of thrice meet learning process and once appointment essays cycle. Data collecting tech that is utilized in this research which is data about studying result took by gives essay each cycle final, meanwhile data about teacher activity and participant activity teach by use of been taken observation sheet upon happens it learning process at within class. Base observational result and study up to two cycles, therefore gets to be concluded that mathematicses learned result participant be taught by class VIII.2 SMP is Country 2 Suppa experiences step-ups of cycles I go to cycles II. It pointed out by: (1) increases it average usufructs participant mathematics studying be taught which is 55 on cycle I as 82,68 on cycle II; (2) increases it average participant activity percentage is taught suitably learning which is 32,24% on cycle I to increase becomes 43,07% on cycle II and increases it average ability percentage learns in activity learning of cycle I goes to cycle II which is 2,71% worked up as 3,09% and (3) increases it participant percentage are taught that complete learned which is 31,8% on cycle I as 90,9% on cycle II.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh spiritual marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Toko Madinah di Kota Kupang dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang diisi oleh 100 konsumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritual marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai spiritual dapat meningkatkan keterikatan dan kesetiaan pelanggan terhadap Toko Madinah di Kota Kupang

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Remaja adalah kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap berbagai masalah kesehatan, terutama kesehatan reproduksi. Ini adalah masa transisi penting dalam perubahan fisik dan emosi. Tidak memahami kesehatan reproduksi remaja dapat menyebabkan perilaku beresiko, pernikahan dini, dan masalah kesehatan. Maka diperlukan pendekatan edukasi yang efektif, salah satunya melalui bimbingan kelompok metode homeroom yang bersifat partisipatif dan membangun interaksi yang positif. Tujuan: Mengetahui efektivitas penerapan bimbingan metode homeroom untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quaisi eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test one group design. Jenis data Primer dan Populasi berjumlah 150 orang kelas X dan XI. Sampel dengan Tehnik Random Sampling yaitu 60 orang. Tekhnik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan Analitik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 25. Analisis data deskriptif digunakan untuk melihat distribusi data pretest – posttest kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Sedangkan Analisis data Analitik menggunakan Uji t Dua Sampel Berpasangan (Paired Sample t Test) dengan nilai signifikan Pvalue < 0,05. Hasil: Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode homeroom dalam bimbingan kelompok secara signifikan meningkatkan pemahaman remaja mengenai kesehatan reproduksi. Nilai Pvalue 0,038 < 0,05. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan skor tidak terjadi secara kebetulan melainkan benar – benar terkait dengan intervensi metode homeroom. Kesimpulan: Bimbingan kelompok metode homeroom efektif sebagai strategi edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman remaja terkait kesehatan reproduksi. Disarankan penerapan secara rutin di sekolah dan lembaga pendidikan lainnya, serta penelitian lanjutan dengan desain kontrol yang lebih kuat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sistem dan prosedur penempatan tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis terhadap berbagai sumber literatur relevan seperti buku dan artikel jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penempatan tenaga kerja yang tepat, berdasarkan prinsip “the right man on the right place”, berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja individu dan produktivitas organisasi. Penempatan yang efektif harus melalui prosedur sistematis mulai dari analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja hingga penetapan resmi. Selain itu, penempatan yang mempertimbangkan kecocokan kepribadian, kompetensi, dan pengalaman kerja mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, meningkatkan motivasi, dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan lembaga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study uses a survey approach that involves theory, empirical evidence, facts and existing facts with an emphasis on finding a structural model (path) of the relationship between the variables studied. The type of research used is field research (field research). With 100 owners of UKM Makassar City as respondents.The results of this study found that financial management and the use of p2p lending had a significant effect on business capital. However, financial management and the use of p2p lending have no significant effect on financial performance because of the mediating business capital. Thus, it can be concluded that financial management and the use of p2p lending affect the financial performance of SMEs with fully mediated venture capital.Keywords: Financial management, p2p lending, venture capital, financial performance and UMKM.
