Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of religious facilitation program at MTs YMI Wonopringgo Pekalongan using CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method and case study approach. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews, observations and surveys. The research findings show that the program has been successful in achieving its goals, but some aspects still need improvement. Recommendations for program development include enriching learning materials, providing ongoing training for teachers, developing extracurricular activities, and increasing cooperation with the local community.

Abstract

The present study aims to elucidate the construction of the values of the Qur’an ​​as the basis for the Islamic education development based on Abdullah Saeed’s thought. The concept of a hierarchy of values initiated by Abdullah Saeed is a continuation of Rahman’s general principles, proposing a new way of looking at the ethico-legal verses in the Qur’an, so that this concept is very pivotal in contemporary Qur’anic studies. Framed in a library research with a content analysis, this study constructed a basic framework from the values ​​of the Qur’an. Abdullah Saeed’s book entitled “Interpreting the Qur’an: Towards a Contemporary Approach” became the primary source in obtaining the data. Study findings reveal that the construction of the Qur’anic values comprises obligatory, fundamental, protective, implementation, and instructional values. The construction ​​can be adopted as the basis for Islamic education development regarding the institution, courses, values ​​and culture. This study also demonstrates that Qur’anic values-based Islamic education is completely projected to produce qualified and competitive human resources in the globalized age.

Abstract

Proses pengumpulan dan pengolahan data untuk menentukan kebutuhan, perkembangan, dan pencapaian hasil belajar siswa dikenal sebagai evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggabungkan asesmen formatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang aqidah akhlak dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mereka di MTs Agung Alim Blado. Instrumen asesmen formatif ini dirancang untuk membantu guru menemukan masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam memecahkan masalah tentang subjek aqidah akhlak dan memberikan umpan balik yang tepat waktu dan berguna untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah mereka. Asesmen formatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dan pemahaman mereka tentang aqidah akhlak di MTs Agung Alim Blado dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambahkan asesmen formatif ke dalam pelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the effectiveness of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in the Kambangan Batang Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Salafiyah Unit. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of the AKMI Policy in Madarasah Ibtidaiyah has been regulated in detail in the Standard Operating Procedures (POS) for the Implementation of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in 2021 and 2022 which includes 17 (seventeen) points. The seventeen points are explained in detail from the introductory points to monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the implementation of AKMI. Next, evaluate the effectiveness of the Indonesian Madrasah Competency Assessment (AKMI) in measuring student achievement at MI Islamiyah Kambangan, namely all teachers so they can improve student competence by trying and finding new breakthroughs when learning. Madrasas still need improvement and other efforts to increase student competency. The level of assessment or competency status of students at AKMI and the aim of implementing AKMI is to measure madrasah students' competency in reading literacy, numeracy, science and socio-culture (Religious Moderation) as diagnostic data for follow-up actions to improve learning in madrasas.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the evaluation of the Discovery Learning learning model in improving student learning outcomes in the Al-Quran Hadith subject, in this research using the classroom action research method or PTK. Observations were carried out to determine the learning process using the Discovery Learning model, student learning motivation, and student learning outcomes. The research results show that the learning process with Discovery Learning includes asking questions, formulating hypotheses, designing and making observations, collecting data, analyzing data, and making conclusions. There were improvements in implementation from cycle 1 to cycle 2. Student motivation increased from the initial conditions to the first cycle and the second cycle. The percentage of students with low motivation decreased from 40% (initial condition) to 17.90% (cycle 1) and 0% (cycle 2). Motivation is decreasing from 50% (initial condition) to 42.90% (first cycle) and 13.58% (second cycle). High motivation increased from 10% (initial condition) to 39.20% (first cycle) and 86.31% (second cycle). Student learning outcomes also increased. The percentage of students who had not yet completed decreased from 50% (first cycle) to 8.33% (second cycle). Students who completed and exceeded the KKM increased from 50% (cycle 1) to 91.67% (cycle 2). The indicator of the success of this classroom action research is the percentage of students completing at least 80%, which has been achieved at 91.67%. So, this PTK was declared successful.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjabarkan secara deskriptif bagaimana manajemen penilaian formatif dalam pembelajaran SKI di MA Fatkhul Qowim Wonokerto, respon feedback dan tindakan lanjutan yang diberikan dalam proses pembelajaran SKI di MA Fatkhul Qowim Wonokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa manajemen tes formatif dalam proses pembelajaran SKI diimplementasikan dengan baik mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengolahan, dan pelaporan. Hambatan yang dihadapi antara lain berasal dari segi fasilitas pembelajaran, perbedaan karakteristik, dan kurangnya kemampuan peserta didik dalam mencerna materi yang diberikan. Adapun umpan balik yang diberikan berbentuk lisan baik dari pendidik maupun peserta didik, dengan mengandung unsur perhatian, pujian, klarifikasi, dan saran. Secara proses, umpan balik dilakukan sudah cukup efektif karena telah berfokus pada tujuan, tepat waktu, secara spesifik, dan dilakukan secara professional, tetapi belum sepenuhnya memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the use of the exambro application as an evaluation of PAI learning at MTs Al-Istiqomah Banyuputih. The method used in this research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with the type of field research. The research objects were teachers and students of MTs Al-Istiqomah Banyuputih. The research results show that the Exambro application is very effective as a medium for assessing and evaluating PAI learning at MTs Al-Istiqomah Banyuputih. The Exambro application was developed to assist in learning evaluation activities. This application has high security features to prevent cheating in the exam. During the exam, students cannot browse, search on the internet, chat on WhatsApp and anything related to social media, students also cannot open other applications during the exam. Assessments using the Exambro application are more effective than conventional assessments that use paper. Assessments using paper require greater costs, but the quality of the writing is sometimes unclear and blurry. Meanwhile, assessment using the Exambro application is more effective in terms of costs and energy and efficient in terms of time. The weakness of using the Exambro application is that when signal problems occur, this application cannot be used properly

Abstract

The spiritual quotient (SQ) has a vital role in humans because it serves as the foundation of other intelligence. This study aims to present new insight on the taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes for students, namely from the tasawwuf perspective. Using a qualitative meta-synthesis approach to explore various sources related to the taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes through interpretative process, the study found that, in general, the SQ helps a person develop into a complete human being through the inclusion of the sense of worship in every action and thought. The taxonomy of the SQ learning outcomes includes the dimensions of taubat, wara’, zuhud, tawakal, zikr, khalwat, ikhlas, and ridla. If implemented in Islamic education, the said taxonomy will help students know their God, prioritize their conscience to solve problems in life and the learning activity, live life more meaningfully, and be motivated to benefit themselves and others in their learning process. Taken together, these findings strengthen the view that the spiritual quotient can make other intelligence function more optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the correlation between mathematical resilience and academic science emotion and provides new insights into this association through the application of canonical correlation analysis. The study involved a sample of 191 students from a state university in Central Java, Indonesia. Participants completed self-report measures to assess their levels of mathematical resilience and academic science emotion. Data was collected by randomly distributing questionnaires to students, evaluating five indicators of academic resilience (self-efficacy, planning, control, low anxiety, persistence) and three indicators of science emotions (class-related emotions, learning-related emotions, test emotions). Canonical correlation analysis was conducted to examine the multidimensional relationship between these variables and identify underlying patterns and associations. The analysis, conducted using R programming, yielded canonical correlation coefficients of 0.785, 0.396, and 0.119, indicating a significant positive linear relationship between the analyzed variables. These findings provide insight for educators and policymakers to design interventions that enhance both mathematical resilience and emotional well-being in science education
