Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to create and develop a form of exercise therapy after ankle injury that can help recovery. Activities that have been carried out using the RND method will produce a product in the form of a model of exercise therapy after ankle injury. Subjects who were targeted in research on the development of post-injury exercise therapy models for KBTC club taekwondo athletes. Of the ten steps of Sugiyono's research model, this research only reaches the sixth stage, namely: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) initial product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) Product trial. The results of this action research will produce a complete exercise therapy design product that is more specific to the sport of taekwondo. In this study, researchers collaborated with experts in the field of physiotherapy, experts in injury management as expert judgment. The validation test used in this study used an expert justification test, where the exercise therapy model after ankle injury used 14 validated models. This post-ankle injury exercise therapy model can also be used as reference material for other researchers in post-ankle injury exercise therapy in KBTC club athletes. The results of this research can be concluded that after going through validation tests with expert justification, 14 models of post-ankle injury training therapy models were produced for KBTC club taekwondo athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to help solve the weaknesses in kicking skill training Dwi Chagi. It can also provide theoretical benefits in kicking exercises Dwi Chagi and practical benefits for researchers, institutions, coaches, athletes, and general readers. Researchers in this paper are working on model development, trying to create and innovate on the design of reaction rate-based training models for electronic body reactions, existing or new, to solve a problem. As with kick training Dwi Chagi, research and development (Research & Development) will produce a reaction speed-based training model product electronic body reaction on kicking skill training Dwi Chagi for taekwondo athletes aged 14-16 years. This research is intended to produce a new and valuable addition to the advancement of science in Taekwondo, especially in exercise, biomechanics, and physiology. This study uses the ADDIE method; in ADDIE, research has five stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The research results produced a product in the form of a kick reaction speed training model, a Dwi Chagi-based electronic body reaction. For 14-16 years of taekwondo athletes, it was carried out with 30 male and female athletes. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation activities. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The research results are in the form of a model book for kick reaction speed training Dwi Chagi-based electronic body reaction. The study's results prove that the training model is quite effective in applying and developing kicking techniques Dwi Chagi.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the ideal physical profile of water ski and wakeboard athletes in the preparation of the DKI Jakarta contingent to face the XXI Aceh-North Sumatra National Sports Week (PON) 2024. Water ski and wakeboarding are water sports that require a combination of physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to support optimal performance. Therefore, understanding the ideal physical components is very important in supporting the success of athletes in national competitions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method involving 20 water ski and wakeboard athletes from DKI Jakarta. Physical measurements were carried out using standardized instruments, including anthropometric measurements (height, weight, BMI, chest circumference, waist, and body fat percentage), muscle strength (dynamometer and push up), cardiovascular endurance (Cooper test), flexibility (sit and reach test), and speed and agility (shuttle run and 30-meter sprint). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively to determine the mean, standard deviation, and distribution of each physical component measured. The results show that water skiers and wakeboards have a distinctive physical profile, where arm and leg muscle strength, good cardiovascular endurance, and high flexibility are the main factors that support their performance. The average BMI of athletes is in the ideal category, with a low percentage of body fat. Flexibility and speed are also important components that play a role in the success of athletes when maneuvering on water.

Abstract

This test tool can help coaches and players measure the level of accuracy, speed, and power of their passing. With this test tool, players can track the development of their passing skills over time, making it possible to make necessary training adjustments to improve their game performance. The purpose of the tool is to determine the quality of the accuracy of the player's passing, with a signal of lights on, sound and a timer that runs backwards from 90 seconds. From the results obtained and processed, in the validity test the significance level used 5% so that the rtable used was 0.514. The comparison value of r count and r table can be seen in the table below. If r count > r table means the question is valid, then all 10 questions are stated to be valid. The main hypothesis is if the Cronch's Alpha value is > 0.801 then the questionnaire is reliable, and vice versa if Cronch's Alpha < 0.801 then the questionnaire is not reliable. The Cronch's Alpha value of the questionnaire for testing the effectiveness of the 4 (four) sides (front, back, right and left) football passing test tools in the reliability test was 0.960, so the questionnaire for testing the effectiveness of the 4 (four) sides (front, back, right and left) football passing test tools was declared reliable. The pre-test average was 12.73 and the post-test was 15.20 with a standard deviation of 2.017 and 2.077. It is found in the t-test table with a significance level of 0.05 having Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. The p-value result Sig. (2 - Sided) <0.05, then the football passing test tools can significantly improve the results of the passing test accuracy. This proves that the football passing test tool created is an effective effort to improve the results of passing accuracy in the sport of football.
