Abstract

As a majority Muslim population in the country of Indonesia, of course, it takes an existence from the Muslim community itself to be able to participate in the life of the nation and state. To participate, it requires a procedure or rules that must be studied first, one of which is through Islamic education. Islamic education has a goal so that the next generation can learn, understand, and apply the Islamic values contained therein. Through Islamic education, it is hoped that later the Muslim population can participate in the life of the nation and state in a polite, polite manner, and not to damage the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation. Through this research, the author wants to find out how the Muslim population can place a strategic position in the life of the nation and state through the principles in the Qur'an and Hadith

Abstract

Education is basically a medium to build the nation's next generation of higher quality, both in terms of intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence. In Islam itself, education is not only held to provide an understanding of the teachings of the Islamic religion, but also to foster and develop individual character. However, based on previous research, it can be seen that the level of emotional intelligence of junior high school students in several schools in Indonesia is still at a low and moderate level. This indicates the need to re-evaluate the existing curriculum to see its relevance to the development of students' emotional intelligence. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and is then analyzed and presented through a descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate the relevance of the Islamic religious education curriculum that can develop emotional intelligence through 5 indicators, namely self awareness, self management, self motivation, social awareness, and relationship management. This shows the need for curriculum development that can further hone student relationship management as an indicator of emotional intelligence that has not been accommodated.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan hasil dokumen perencanaan perkuliahan Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Pendidikan Bela Negara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan. Dari hasil analisis data sekunder yang berupa dokumen Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Bela Negara menunjukkan bahwa penguatan moderasi beragama dan bela negara dalam kurikulum Mata Kuliah Wajib Universitas, telah dilakukan melalui Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Bela Negara. Dalam rencana pembelajaran semester tersebut, mengajarkan sekaligus menanamkan moderasi beragama dan nilai-nilai bela negara kepada mahasiswa. Penguatan moderasi beragama dan bela negara yang dimaksud adalah berfokus kepada aspek integritas, solidaritas, cintah tanah air, rela berkorban, memiliki kemampuan awal bela negara, sadar berbangsa dan bernegara, serta meyakini Pancasila sebagai dasar negara.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah rendahnya indeks literasi keuangan Syariah dari masyarakat sekitar masjid. Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil riset OJK yang menemukan bahwa indeks literasi keuangan Syariah di Indonesia baru mencapai angka 8,93%. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan literasi ekonomi dan keuangan syariah masyarakat sekitar Masjid An-Nur Villa Cassablanca Sawangan Depok dan Masjid Al-Mughirah Ciputat Tangerang Selatan agar terhindar dari praktik investasi ilegal dan bodong yang dewasa ini meresahkan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi dan penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah agama (khutbah Jum’at) yang disampaikan kepada para jamaah kedua masjid tersebut. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan indeks Literasi Keuangan Syariah di lingkungan masyarakat Sawangan Depok dan Ciputat Tangerang Selatan. Selain itu, peserta kegiatan ini juga mendapatkan acuan dalam mengakses mengelola keuangannya berdasarkan prinsip Syariah sehingga terhindar dari praktik investasi ilegal dan bodong.

Abstract

This community service uses the lecture, counseling, and discussion methods titled "Anti-Corruption Education Against Generation Alpha Using the State Defense Approach." The long-term goal of this service, the anti-corruption education program, is to be able to provide a sense of awareness and understanding of the notion of corruption, types of corruption, factors causing corruption, and prevention of corruption as a form of implementation of state defense that is adapted to the context of grade 5 school students. The specific target is the alpha generation, which is well educated regarding the understanding, types, causal factors, and prevention of corruption as well as the implementation of state defense. Kegiatan was carried out in the hall at Rawa Barat 05 State Elementary School, which had previously been coordinated with the principal, class teachers, and school stakeholder groups. The main purpose of this service is to implement the values of defending the state against the alpha generation in the spirit of anti-corruption in the future. This activity begins with a Pre test to determine how far the participants' knowledge is related to the theme, then education is given in accordance with the context of the 5th grade students, and the activity ends with a Post test.

Abstract

One important aspect that can encourage the optimization of the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia is good corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance). The reality on the ground, in the sharia financial sector, cases of law violations are still found. As an effort to encourage the implementation of Good Corporate Governance which is intended for sharia business managers in Indonesia, the KNKG issued guidelines for Good Governance for Sharia Business (GGBS). In this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative approach to the literature study method. The samples or objects that are the source of data in this study are Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) in Indonesia which publish annual reports for the 2020 period. The results of the analysis of disclosure and assessment using the self-assessment system show that 2 BUS have earned the title very good, 8 BUS received a good predicate, and 3 BUS received a pretty good predicate. However, even though in general the results of the GCG self-assessment were in the good category, violations of the law were still found. Thus, the implementation of GCG in accordance with the GGBS guidelines must be continuously improved, especially in efforts to optimize the Islamic finance industry in Indonesia

Abstract

Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) adalah kejahatan terhadap martabat kemanusian, oleh karenanya korban KDRT harus mendapatkan perlindungan dari Negara dan masyarakat. Pada kenyataannya banyak terjadi KDRT pada perempuan dan anak-anak yang mengalami kekerasan atau ancaman kekerasan, dan perlakuan yang merendahkan derajat dan martabat kemanusian berupa cacian dan penghinaan. Kejadian ini juga terjadi di Desa Cibogo Sebrang, Ciseeng Parung.Karenanya, perlu mendapatkan perlindungan secara hukum bagi mereka yang mengalami KDRT tersebut. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan pemahaman kepada warga Desa Cibogo Sebrang terhadap tindakan-tindakan yang dapat dikatagorikan sebagai KDRT dan bagaimana melindungi dirinya dari tindakan KDRT tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode dialog, presentasi, dan diskusi kepada para warga masyarakat Desa Cibogo Sebrang, Ciseeng Parung. Adapun tahapan yang dilakukan tim pengabdi adalah sebagai berikut yaitu tahapan persiapan, tahapan proses perizinan, tahapan pelaksanaan dan tahapan pelaporan hasil pelaksanaan. Sedangkan sasaran dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah perempuan yang telah berumah tangga. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah ternyata di Desa Cibogo Sebrang, Ciseeng Parung juga banyak terjadi KDRT terutama pada wanita, tetapi mereka tidak mengerti dan paham bahwa memang tindakan kasar yang dilakukan oleh suaminya berupa dimaki dengan nada kasar dan kotor serta tidak diberikan uang belanja atau kebutuhan rumah tangga itu juga termasuk dalam KDRT. Hasil kegiatan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah KDRT yang terjadi pada warga di Desa Cibogo serbang karena disebabkan faktor perkawinan di usia muda dan juga faktor ekonomi yang dialami oleh warga Cibogo Sebrang, sehingga mereka sudah mengetahui bahwa KDRT adalah suatu perbuatan pidana dan pelakunya dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana.Oleh kerananya, Kegiatan sosialisasi terhadap warga Desa Cibogo Sebrang, Ciseeng terkait dengan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga (KDRT) perlu dilaksanakan pada tingkat yang lebih luas lagi yaitu tingkat Desa yang terdiri dari beberapa rukun warga.

Abstract

Nowadays, early age-marriage mostly happen in Indonesia because of married by accident, demands of customs, parents, and others. Indonesia is the 2nd country in Asia with the highest rate of early marriage and 37th in the world in 2007 (According to the United Nations Development Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) in 2010). In this study, researchers have more interest in exploring the phenomenon of early marriage that is rife by focusing on studying and knowing about early marriage as a solution or controversy to avoid an act of adultery. According to the view of Islam, customary law, and other laws. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods with data collection using a questionnaire. Although Islam does not determine the age for marriage, there are many factors that cause a negative impact if early marriage is not carried out with a good preparation. This thing will affect the psychological, physiological, social, economic, and other factors that lead to disadvantage. Therefore, it is better to prepared marriage more maturely before making a decision, because marriage in Islam is a worship and sacred thing.

Abstract

Time and space are quantities determined by mass and speed. Atom is the smallest material that can not be divided again. The quantum revolution begins with the existence of a wave that has dualistic properties, then discusses micro-objects and their constituents. This has something to do with the comparison of time and the afterlife which is explained through science and the source of truth, namely the Qur'an. The method used is the library research method which focuses on analysis by connecting with the Al-Qur'an. The results of the analysis found that the comparison of the time of the world and the hereafter is explained in the Al-Qur'an in Al-Hajj verse 47 and Al-Baqarah verse 80, it is explained that the world time is faster than the time of the Hereafter which is associated with quantum physics is the assumption that this world is like an atom and the next world is a large dimension, so the time in the two will be very clearly different. The afterlife will slow down because the calculation of world time will be much faster because the world is small like an atom. Atom itself is explained in the letter Al-Zalzalah verses 7-8, the letter Yunus verse 61, and the letter An-Nisa verse 40.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the challenges that exist in educating millennial Muslims in this era of development that is always changing, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 with the hope of creating a modern Islamic Education environment. This industrial revolution brings many positive opportunities in everyday life, but in reality there are millennials who are not able to deal with this well. Many millennials are deviating, be it a moral crisis and also a social crisis. This research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. Primary and secondary data sources used are obtained through literature study research by looking for books or writings relevant to this research. To educate the millennial Muslim generation in the era of revolution 4.0 by creating a modern Islamic education environment, to develop and implement Islamic Education in the environment must be a strong collaboration and become a shared responsibility, between the family environment, schools, communities, and also the existing government. This is done in the hope that it can be a guideline for millennials in utilizing developments that were originally a challenge and become opportunities that always lead to positive things.
