Abstract

This study was motivated by the low numeracy skills of students in economic subjects at SMA 2 Kuningan which was known through pre-research conducted. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using educational game-based technology learning media on students' numeracy skills in economic subjects in class XII SMAN 2 Kuningan Regency. The method used in this research is experimental method. The number of respondents in each class was 32 students each. Data processing methodology begins with instrument testing (including validity and reliability tests) followed by prerequisite assessment in the form of normality and homogeneity tests. Hypothesis testing using t-test and n-gain. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, there are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who utilize technology-based educational games and students who do not utilize technology-based educational games. These results indicate a difference in learning outcomes and numeracy skills between students who use technology-based educational games and those who do not. The results showed that the average normalized gain score of the experimental class of 76.76% was included in the effective category based on the interpretation of the effectiveness gain index. Therefore, it can be concluded that the integration of technology-based educational games is efficacious in improving students' numeracy skills in class XII economics subjects at SMAN 2 Kuningan

improving the quality of education. Field observations indicate that many students have not yet reached the expected standards, making this a fundamental issue that needs to be addressed with appropriate learning strategies. In addition, student learning outcomes have not met the criteria for achieving learning objectives. Contributing factors include the limited availability of media and instructional materials suited to students’ characteristics, resulting in monotonous and less engaging learning that hinders active participation in the learning process. Therefore, this study aims to develop a Social Studies e-module based on differentiated learning to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. The research employed the ADDIE development design, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and tests. Expert validation results indicated that the developed e-module was highly feasible. A limited trial using an independent t-test obtained a significant value of 0.001, indicating a difference in post-test results between the experimental and control classes. A broader trial using One-Way ANOVA yielded a significant value of 0.898, suggesting no significant differences between schools. The study concludes that the Social Studies e-module based on differentiated learning is valid, interactive, flexible, student-centered, and effective in improving students’ critical thinking skills. Abstract

Workshop Penerapan Lesson Study untuk mengembangkan budaya refleksi pada implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan untuk mendorong praktik Lesson Study sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah yang menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum Merdeka diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kebebasan kepada sekolah dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal dan karakteristik siswa. Urgensinya terletak pada kebutuhan untuk mengadaptasi pendekatan pembelajaran yang efektif dan relevan dengan konteks pendidikan saat ini. Budaya refleksi adalah kunci dalam meningkatkan praktik pembelajaran yang berkualitas. Melalui Lesson Study, para guru dapat berkolaborasi, merencanakan, mengamati, dan merefleksikan praktik pengajaran mereka secara berkala. Tujuan dari workshop ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pendidik dalam menerapkan Lesson Study sebagai pendekatan yang sistematis untuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Workshop ini juga bertujuan memperkuat budaya kolaborasi dan refleksi di antara para guru, sehingga mereka dapat secara efektif menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Luaran yang ditargetkan dari workshop ini adalah peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui Lesson Study. Adapun hasil Workshop ini yaitu telah berhasil memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik kepada guru tentang pentingnya penerapan Lesson Study untuk membangun budaya refleksi dalam pembelajaran, khususnya dalam konteks implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola bisnis dan ekonomi global, termasuk di tingkat desa. Masyarakat Desa Geresik, Kecamatan Ciawigebang, memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk pengembangan usaha. Minimnya pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam kewirausahaan digital menjadi hambatan utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha lokal. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat Desa Geresik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pendekatan partisipatif, yaitu penyampaian materi interaktif, praktik langsung, serta diskusi kelompok untuk memahami strategi pemasaran digital, penggunaan media sosial, dan manajemen bisnis online. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola usaha secara digital. Peserta mampu mengoptimalkan platform digital untuk promosi, transaksi, serta pengelolaan usaha berbasis teknologi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesiapan masyarakat Desa Geresik dalam menghadapi era digital. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berupa publikasi artikel, peningkatan jumlah pelaku usaha digital, serta rencana pendampingan lanjutan guna memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi keterampilan yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

Academic literacy constitutes the foundational scientific competency of university students in higher education; however, a substantial proportion of final-year students continue to experience significant difficulties in composing research proposals that conform to established academic standards. This community service initiative represents the outcome of a collaborative endeavour between Taman Pelangi of Bayuning Village and the Economic Education Student Association of Universitas Kuningan, materialised in the form of a Research Proposal Writing Training programme. This activity constitutes part of Activity-17 of Taman Pelangi, which aims to enhance students' academic literacy competencies through an intensive training approach grounded in peer-review mechanisms and direct mentorship. The implementation methodology encompassed two sessions: an offline session comprising interactive face-to-face instruction and an online session involving guided assignments for proposal refinement. The programme was attended by 12 participants drawn from students in the fifth and seventh semesters. The outcomes of the activity demonstrated a significant improvement in the quality of proposal manuscripts, as evidenced by the participants' ability to formulate problem backgrounds grounded in research gaps, construct measurable research questions, and select methodologically appropriate approaches. The peer-review mechanism was demonstrated to effectively cultivate a culture of critical and collaborative thinking. This activity recommends the cross-institutional collaboration model as an effective paradigm for community service initiatives aimed at strengthening students' academic capacities.
