Abstract

Pengembangan self-awareness pada siswa SMP sangat penting untuk mendukung kemampuan adaptasi dan pembentukan karakter yang sehat. Namun, efektivitas bimbingan kelompok berbasis experiential learning dalam meningkatkan self-awareness masih perlu diuji lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh intervensi bimbingan kelompok experiential learning terhadap peningkatan self-awareness siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group, melibatkan 64 siswa kelas VII dan VIII yang dipilih menggunakan simple random sampling dan rumus Yamane dengan margin kesalahan 10%. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket self-awareness yang valid dan reliabel, kemudian dianalisis dengan uji independent t-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen dibanding kelompok kontrol (p = 0,001). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berbasis experiential learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran diri siswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi metode tersebut dalam program bimbingan konseling di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki Tradisi Ngunjung Buyut Nyi Mas Ratu Ayu Kawunganten yang merupakan bagian penting dari warisan budaya Desa Kedoakanbunder, Kecamatan Kedokanbunder, Kabupaten Indramayu. Tradisi ini berakar dari penghormatan kepada leluhur, khususnya Nyi Mas Ratu Ayu Kawunganten, istri Sunan Gunung Jati, yang berperan penting dalam sejarah pembentukan desa. Sebagai ritual tahunan, tradisi ini melibatkan kegiatan ziarah, doa bersama (tahlil), sedekah bumi, pertunjukan tari topeng, dan wayang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode etnografi, penelitian ini akan mendalami dalam memahami asal-usul, praktik implementasi, serta makna dan peran tradisi ini dalam kehidupan masyarakat lokal. Data akan dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dengan para pengunjung, dan studi dokumentasi untuk memberikan wawasan yang lebih komprehensif tentang tradisi ini dan menjelaskan bagaimana tradisi ini terus dilestarikan oleh generasi muda di tengah modernisasi dan perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman nilai-nilai budaya dan keberlanjutan tradisi lokal di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profile of senior year students at the end of class 2015 that have been studied for 4 years or undergraduate students (S1). This descriptive study was conducted to 10 study programs (S1) at the University of Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya with a sample number of 142 students. Measuring instrument employed in the form of a questionnaire multiple choice that refers to the grand theory of Pury (Lopez, 2009), which was designed by the researcher in 2019. The results revealed that the persistence of 2015 students was in high category with a percentage of 77.33%. The number of final-level students in the high category of 85% or 121 students, in addition there were 14% or 20 students who belonged to the medium category and 1% or 1 student was in the low category. This indicates that in general, the senior students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya have demonstrated maximum persistence in each dimension, including having high desire and awareness to pursue their goals, doing hard effort sustainably, instilling persistent character in resolving the problems, as well as the students can survive and move forward despite the challenges and difficulties in achieving their objectives.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe a profile of self-awareness among students in junior high school in the city of Tasikmalaya. Research grounded by the similarities in the tendency of the problems that occur about excessive anxiety among students. The data analysis technique in this study used inferential statistics with random sampling and a total population of 262 students. The results showed that the self-awareness of subject research was in the high category with an average of 75.47%. This shows that most of the subject research have achieved maximum self-awareness in several aspects and indicators, including the achievement of student self-awareness, namely having an understanding of strengths and weaknesses, being able to develop themselves for the desired achievement and have the confidence to voice their opinions.

Abstract

Liquid waste and solid waste are products of tofu and tempeh processing. Solid waste, the end product of the sieving and coagulation process, is then used as flour, tofu biscuits, and animal feed. Liquid waste is the end result of the washing, boiling, pressing, and molding processes. Food businesses in Indonesia are often found in rivers or residential areas, which have a negative impact on the environment, resulting in ugly buildings, and reducing environmental degradation, all of which can contribute to habitat degradation. The tofu, tempeh, and tapioca industries, as well as other food sectors, are among the food industries that produce large environmental impacts. This research was conducted at the Anisah tofu and tempeh factory in Konda District. This research uses a participatory education approach to increase the knowledge of tofu and tempeh factory actors in waste management. The approach method used is the extension and interview method. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the owner of the Anisah tofu and tempeh factory, it is known that there are 3 types of waste produced by the factory, namely liquid waste, solid waste and gas waste. It is expected that the owners of the tofu and tempeh factory industry are advised to start implementing simple and environmentally friendly waste processing methods. Supervision from related agencies also needs to be strengthened so that waste management is carried out consistently and responsibly

Abstract

Waste from processing salted fish in Batu Be Lubang Village, Pangkalan Baru District, Central Bangka Regency, can be dried into fish bran as raw material for aquaculture fish feed and other animal feed. The bran has economic value, and can be sold for IDR 4,000/kg. The purpose of Community Service (PkM) activities is to help traditional fishermen get a side business from processing fish waste into fish bran/flour with high economic value. The implementation of PkM is participatory or involves the community in the PkM stage which is focused on two areas, namely socialization and implementation of activities. The stages of processing fish waste as bran include: Boiling fish, taking fish stew waste sediment, drying and winnowing.

Abstract

The current era of Society 5.0 and high accessibility has an impact on the dynamics of academic life in higher education, namely the increasingly diverse characters and backgrounds of students’ lives. Cultural competency for students in conditions like this becomes a necessity. This research aims to reveal the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence in East Priangan, including in terms of gender differences.  Apart from that, another aim of this research is also to formulate counseling services to facilitate the optimization of students’ cultural intelligence. A cross-sectional study was used to reveal the cultural intelligence characteristics of 417 students in East Priangan. Accidental sampling was used in this research. Data collection uses the Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS). The analysis technique uses a central symptom measure to describe the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence and Pearson correlation to measure the relationship between its aspects. Independent t test analysis was used to compare the characteristics of students' cultural intelligence based on gender. The result of the analysis are alpha 0,05; F=0,405; p =0,715.  The results of the research show that the cultural intelligence of East Priangan students is moderate and there is no significant difference between male and female students. Recommendations for a counseling framework to facilitate the cultural intelligence of students in East Priangan which can be formulated based on the original values of stusdent life in East Priangan as well as multicultural competence for counselors who will use this framework.

Abstract

Asset data management at SMPIT Putra Cendekia is currently still being done manually. Recording and storage is written in long books, and data is stored in archive form, so there is a high possibility of loss of archive books, exposure to rain, burns, and others. The amount of data that is large and not fixed makes the administration and operators take a long time to find archived data if at any time the archive data wants to be used. Therefore, an information system for managing school asset data is needed, so as to facilitate the administration and operators in managing accurate data and data collection. In this study, researchers used one type of qualitative method, namely the grounded theory method by collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. This application is made using React JS as Front-end and PHP with XAMPP as Back-end in making RestAPI. To facilitate work in the form of input, expenditure, and reporting as well as to prevent errors that often occur today.
