Abstract

This is the underlying idea of of the research on the coorperation agreement in management between Sofyan Hotel and Saka Hotel with the problems as follows: how about the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved in the cooperaton agreement in management between Sofyan Hotel and Saka Hotel, and how about the settlemment of the legal dispute in the cooperation  agreement in management between Sofyan Hotel and Saka Hotel. The research applied the descriptive method with judicial empirical approach. This results showed that in the implementation of the cooperation agreement in the management of Sofyan Hotel and Saka Hotel Medan between Sofyan Hotel and Saka Hotel was made in underhanded contract and in standard form. In this case, one of the parties was weak and not in the position to bargaining. As to cooperation agreement, Sofyan Hotel is more profitable it is the one that makes the contract which is for its own sake. Meanwhile, when one of the parties defaults, a negotiation will be made for a good solution. However, in case a negotiation is not effective, a legal remedy is made by bringing the dispute to the central Basyarnas (National Sharia Arbitration Agency). Abstract

This paper aims to analyze Adventure Based Counseling (ABC) with a focus on the study of ABC application in group counseling and guidance services. Intensive literature review of the nature of ABC, the underlying theory of ABC, the positive implications of ABC in group counseling and guidance services in facilitating the counselee's personal development is the research methodology of this paper. Therefore, this paper is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of group counseling and guidance services.

Abstract

The long-term goal of this research is the implementation of the development of service guidelines to increase student learning commitment so that they are able to support the optimal development and learning process, and are ready to face various challenges in the life process in the future. The specific objective of this research is to get a real picture of the profile of the development of learning commitment of high school students in the Indihiang District of Tasikmalaya District and the effectiveness of experiential based counseling services to increase student learning commitment. This study uses a quantitative-qualitative approach and uses the quasi-experimental method with pretest-posttest design. Data collection using questionnaires revealed the achievement of student learning commitment which was analyzed by inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results of the study showed an increase of 5.28% commitment to study high school students after participating in the unit of experiential learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between achievement motivation and academic flow in students of SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya. Achievement motivation serves as a driving force that spurs students to strive for desired success and excel in competitive situations. While the concept of flow provides important support for student learning. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The subjects of this study were SMK Negeri 2 students in grades X, XI, and XII totaling 330 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling technique in the form of Simple Random Sampling. The research hypothesis test used the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique with the help of the SPSS 27.0 for windows program. The results showed: (1) in general, the achievement motivation of students of SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya is in the High category by 72% in the score of 54-72, (2) in general, the academic flow of students of SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya is in the Moderate category by 75% in the score of 45-66, (3) correlation analysis obtained a correlation coefficient rxy = 0.619 (significance 0.000 <0.05) which means that the researcher's hypothesis is accepted, namely there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation and academic flow in students of SMK Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Di era Teknologi 4.0 saat ini, mahasiswa perlu memasuki dunia industri nantinya dan siap menggunakan media digital yang semakin meningkat. Yang utama adalah mampu mengoptimalkan jejaring media internet yang banyak dipergunakan sebagai bahas referensi ilmu pengetahuan pada era teknologi saat ini. Sekarang, pengajar tidak lagi dianggap sebagai sumber referensi ilmu pengetahuan, akan tetapi dapat dilengkapi dan diperbanyak dengan memanfaatkan jejaring internet sebagai referensi ilmu yang baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menerangkan dan menjelaskan secara jelas tentang suatu permasalahan atau suatu kejadian, karena peneliti merasa bahwa permasalahan yang dikaji membutuhkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang google classroom sebagai media telekomunikasi mahasiswa dalam melakukan pembalajaran online. Google classroom juga berguna untuk memudahkan dosen maupun mahasiswanya dalam memberikan tugas dan juga mengumpulkan tugas. Google classroom juga berfungsi sebagai wada berinteraksi mahasiswa dan dosen dalam ruang kelas secara online akan tetapi membutuhkan internet yang memadai.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, particularly in the banking sector, innovations like ATMs and Mobile Banking have significantly evolved. However, there are accompanying challenges such as security vulnerabilities and network disruptions, which can lead to customer apprehension and dissatisfaction. This research aims to explore the impact of Digital Banking with Self-Service Technology (ATM and Mobile Banking) on Customer Satisfaction in Sharia Banks. The study employs a quantitative research approach with primary data collected through questionnaires from a sample of 50 respondents. Data analysis utilizes SPSS version 23. The findings indicate that both M-Banking and ATM services significantly influence customer satisfaction. Statistical tests, including partial and simultaneous tests, reveal significance levels < 0.05, underscoring the impact of M-Banking and ATM services on enhancing customer satisfaction. Implications from this research underscores the critical role of M-Banking and ATM services in shaping customer satisfaction within Sharia Banks. By addressing security concerns and optimizing network reliability, banks can enhance customer trust and loyalty. Insights from this study can guide banks in refining their digital strategies, improving service quality, and ultimately fostering stronger customer relationships in the digital banking era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the benefits of applying financial technology to the use of BTN Syariah mobile banking for BTN Syariah customers. It is known that BTN Syariah e-banking plays an important role in making it easier for customers to carry out transactions quickly and efficiently without having to go directly to the bank, just using a smartphone, customers can carry out transactions in banking. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to explain and describe clearly and in detail the existence of a problem that occurred. The writing method for this article also uses library research or literature research which takes sources or references through previous journal articles and also sources from the internet.

Abstract

Keberadaan Artificial Intelligence dianggap memudahkan profesi Public Relations dalam menjalankan tugas. Dapat diprediki bahwa ke depannya, teknologi akan digunakan dalam pembaruan sistem kerja Public Relations untuk melakukan kontrol, perencanaan, menjadwalkan, menjawab diagnosa dan pertanyaan pelanggan, serta pengenalan tulisan tangan, suara dan wajah. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi komunikasi Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Garut dalam memahami khalayak, menyusun pesan persuasif, memilih metode dan memilah media dalam upaya penyebaran informasi. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Public Relations Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika dari berbagai tenaga terampil maka diperoleh empat tenaga terampil Public Relations yang dapat mewakili lainnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu dari peneliti. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Garut menggunakan teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam proses pembuatan konten, pengunggahan konten dan analisis respon audiens.
