Abstract

E-modul merupakan bahan ajar yang dikemas lebih fleskibel sehingga dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun oleh siswa.  Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul memililiki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, kemampuan berpikir kritis serta meningkatkan prestasi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Desa Kayen tentang jenis dan pemanfaatan tumbuhan obat oleh masyarakat Desa Kayen, hasil penelitian dapat diimplementasikan menjadi e-modul pembelajaran pada KD 3.2 kelas X SMA. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah e-modul sebagai implementasi hasil penelitian layak atau tidak dijadikan sebagai e-modul pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskripsi kuantitatif sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil validasi pada 19 kriteria dari 3 sub bab validasi yaitu validasi materi, validasi kebahasaan dan validasi kegrafikan, maka didapatkan skor 69 dan 49. Adapun hasil rata-rata dari akumulasi skor kedua validator adalah 59. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul sebagai implementasi hasil penelitian “layak” dijadikan sebagai e-modul pembelajaran kelas X SMA.

Abstract

Abstrak : Keefektifan Model Pembelajaran Time Token Terhadap Hasil Belajar Subtema Keseimbangan Ekosistem Siswa Kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Candi 03 Semarang pada kelas V yang berjumlah 30 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data penelitian setelah mendapatkan perlakuan menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar pada pembelajaran subtema 3 keseimbangan ekosistem menggunakan model Time Token dapat meningkat. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji t diperoleh nilai thitung = 12,835 dengan taraf signifikan 5% didapat nilai ttabel = 2,001, karena thitung (12,835) > ttabel (2,001),Kata Kunci : Model Time Token, Hasil Belajar, Keseimbangan Ekosistem

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad-21 diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan siswa menguasai berbagai keterampilan, sehingga menjadi pribadi yang sukses. Penerapan strategi metakognitif penting untuk membantu siswa dalam merencanakan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif, memantau proses pembelajaran mereka, dan menilai keadaan pemahaman mereka sehingga dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X SMAN 2 Mranggen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive random sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 36 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam bentuk tes tertulis mengacu pada indikator berpikir kritis yang dikembangkan oleh Ennis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes tertulis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi tertinggi kemampuan berpikir kritis terdapat pada indikator memberikan penjelasan sederhana dengan rata-rata kemampuan siswa sebesar 82,85. Sementara kontribusi terendah terdapat pada indikator mengatur strategi dan teknik dengan kemampuan siswa sebesar 55,71%. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menurut skor masing-masing siswa menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas X MIPA SMAN 2 Mranggen mempunyai nilai rata-rata keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam kategori rendah. Abstract. 21st century learning is expected to prepare students to master various skills, so that they become successful individuals. The application of metacognitive strategies is important to assist students in planning effective learning strategies, monitoring their learning process, and assessing their state of understanding so as to cultivate critical thinking skills. This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of class X students of SMAN 2 Mranggen. Sampling using purposive random sampling with a total sample of 36 students. The instrument used in the form of a written test refers to critical thinking indicators developed by Ennis. Data collection techniques used were observation and written tests. The results showed that in general the critical thinking skills of students at SMAN 2 Mranggen were in the low category with an average score of 61.83 out of 5 indicators. The highest contribution of critical thinking skills is in the indicator of giving simple explanations with an average student ability of 82.85. While the lowest contribution is found in the indicators of managing strategies and techniques with a student's ability of 55.71%. Conclusions based on research results and data analysis according to each student's score show that class X MIPA students of SMAN 2 Mranggen have an average score of critical thinking skills in the low category. The results of the research are used as material for developing metacognitive-based teaching modules on the concept of environmental change to improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

During the pandemic, nutraceuticals are needed to boost immunity. Indonesia is one of the countries that has the potential to produce nutraceutical goods based on rhizomes like ginger, turmeric, temulawak, and other types of rhizomes. These rhizomes have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of years. This refresher contains significant health-promoting effects. Turmeric contains several components of active compounds that can act as antioxidant compounds and increase body immunity. Effervescent tablets are one sort of food product that could be made utilizing turmeric as an ingredient. The purpose of this study was to develop a formula for effervescent tablets that make use of turmeric extract and are mixed with vitamin C, which is known also to aid increase body immunity and other bodily health functions. The design is a Complete Randomized Design (RAL) Factorial pattern employing two factors: turmeric extract (30 40 %b/b) and vitamin C (5, 10, 15 %b/b). The experimental responses that were used were the solubility time, the pH value of the solution, and the antioxidant capacity (IC50 value). An increase in vitamin C concentration is associated with a corresponding rise in solution pH, which, according to SPSS analysis, reaches a maximum value of 3.96. Effervescent tablets with 40% turmeric extract and 15% vitamin C have the lowest IC50 value (0.89 mg/ml). The result represents the product's antioxidant potential to ward off free radicals in a reasonable level. This formula also has the quickest solubility time when compared to other formulae for the fabrication of effervescent tablets, with a time range of 190 seconds for 1 tablet (± 3 grams).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential for the implementation of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in science learning for students at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Mranggen, Demak Regency. The research used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques by interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analysis model for further conclusions to be obtained. The results showed the potential of ESD implemented in science learning at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Mranggen. The data is seen through: (a) teachers' understanding of ESD, (b) integrating the values ??of ESD perspectives in KI and KD in Science subjects by analyzing KI and KD for Science Learning in class VII, and (c) potential implementation of ESD which allows it to be implemented in MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Mranggen. The results of the integration of data on aspects of integration in the three perspectives of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) KI and KD class VII in science learning show that the values ??of ESD (socio-cultural, environmental and economic perspectives) have the potential to be applied in science learning at MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Mranggen Demak Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences between male and female students’s problem solving abilities in environmental change topic based on ESD. This study used pre-experimental method with one group pretest – post test design. This study located at MA Darul Muqorrobin with subjects  30 students of class X who selected using a purposive sampling technique. Generally, female students’s problem solving ability is higher than male student’s, with a final value of 77.7 for male students and 82.3 for female students. Male students have an average total score higher than female students on the problem understanding indicator, namely 7.7 for male students and 7.4 for female students. In the problem-solving design indicator, female students have a higher average total score than male students, namely 6.1 for male students and 6.5 for female students. Female students have an average total score higher than male students on the indicator of carrying out problem solving, namely 5.8 for male students and 6.4 for female students. In the indicators evaluating problem solving, female students have an average total score higher than male students, namely 5.3 for male students and 5.9 for female students. The high female students’s problem solving ability due to the structure of woman’s corpus collasum which thicker than the men’s. Testosterone hormone causes men prefer learning that hands-on. The preoptic region in the men’s hypothalamus is larger than women’s so men can understand problem better than women. The interpretation of the N-Gain value is sufficient, so the learning of environmental change topic based on ESD is effective to improve problem solving ability in both students.

Abstract

Tofu industrial waste has the potential to become contaminant when it is not maximum processed, so it needs appropriate treatment to minimize the occurrence of pollution. β-Glucans can be produced from the yeast cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.As a feed supplement, β-Glucans have been used for an immunostimulant because it can increase the immune system. This study aimed to establish a suitable technology to produce β-Glucans fromSaccharomyces cerevisiae by utilize tofu waste as feed supplement. The Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model was used in the experimental method. This study used an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) model.The treatment given wereP1: 1kg of tofu waste + 1kg of bran +0.2 kg fish meal + 0.2 lt molasses + 5.5 gSaccharomyces cerevisiae; P2: 1kg of tofu waste + 1kg of bran +0.2 kg fish meal + 0.2 lt molasses + 6.5 g Saccharomyces cerevisiae; P3: 1kg of tofu waste + 1kg bran + 0.2 kg fish meal +0.2 lt molasses + 7.5 g Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, and fermented for five days.The results found that P1 by Saccharomyces cerevisiae 5.5 g was the best formulation to produced crude β-Glucans by weight of 25.9 g/kg of waste. Production of β-Glucans as an animal feed supplement is a waste-based feed technology development which is expected to increase livestock production both in quality and quantity.

Abstract

Sayuran hijau pada umumnya kaya akan sumber gizi yang penting bagi manusia. Salah satunya adalah sayuran pakcoy (Brassica rappa L). Permintaan pakcoy semakin meningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya penduduk di Indonesia. Permintaan yang tinggi harus diimbangi dengan produksi lokal yang tinggi pula. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian eco enzyme terhadap intensitas hama tanaman pakcoy. Metode yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial 3x3 dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 pengulangan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Penyemprotan eco enzym dengan konsentrasi 2 ml/L dapat menolak kehadiran hama pada tanaman pakcoy. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SD Negeri Tendas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari kepala sekolah, pembina pramuka dan 10 peserta didik kelas 5. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pendidikan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab melalui kegiatan pramuka dengan cara praktek langsung melalui keteladanan dan pembiasaan dengan cara memberikan contoh nyata disiplin dan tanggung jawab pada kegiatan pramuka, dengan materi pembacaan dasa dharma yang dapat dipahami setiap maknanya, baris berbaris, dan SKU. Proses pelaksanaannya untuk meningkatkan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab dengan cara kegiatan pramuka rutin setiap minggunya, kegiatan persami dan kegiatan jelajah alam.Kata Kunci: Karakter disiplin, tanggung jawab, pramuka

Abstract

Salah satu komoditas tanaman dalam budidaya secara hidroponik adalah tanaman Pakcoy. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pembudidaya tanaman Pakcoy antara lain adalah harga pupuk cenderung mahal, kurangnya suplai nutrisi karena pengurangan penggunaan dosis pupuk sehingga memperlambat pertumbuhan tanaman Pakcoy. Perlu  adanya alternatif bahan ramah lingkungan yang bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai suplai nutrisi tanaman yaitu eco enzyme. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun terhadap pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy pada sistem hidroponik. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok 1 faktor dengan 3 taraf perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yaitu P0 (tidak diberikan eco enzyme), P1 (pemberian eco enzyme 1 ml/L air), P2 (pemberian eco enzyme 2 ml/L air). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy. Pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan 2 (pemberian eco enzyme 2 ml/L air) dengan panjang daun 21,5cm, lebar daun 11,57 cm, jumlah daun 20,87 helai dan bobot basah 188,07 g yang secara signifikan berbeda dengan perlakuan P0 (tidak diberikan eco enzyme) dan P1 (pemberian eco enzyme 1 ml/L air). Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pemberian eco enzyme melalui teknik spray daun dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan bobot basah tanaman Pakcoy.
