Abstract

Public health is very important and affects the quality of life of individuals and society as a whole. Community health outcomes refer to individual and population health outcomes that can be measured in various dimensions such as mortality rates, morbidity rates, quality of life, and so on. Studies on community health outcomes are very important because they can provide an overview of the health of a population and the factors that influence it. In Indonesia, BPJS Health is a health insurance program that all citizens must have. This program aims to ensure that all Indonesian citizens can access affordable and quality health services. The aim of this study is to measure how important the role of BPJS Kesehatan is in improving the health outcomes of people in Serang City. The research method used in this research is a survey method specifically designed to obtain information about the results or impact of health interventions or medical care on individuals or populations as measured in the form of changes in health status, whether clinical, functional or quality of life. The survey was conducted using a modified questionnaire from the US Health and Retirement Study (HRS). The sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the selected respondents focused on people who were over 45 years old and had been BPJS Health participants for more than 2 years. The results of the study explain that the role of BPJS Health on SRH Selft Rated Health, the number of diseases, the number of limitations in daily activities, and the number of difficulties in daily instrumental activities have a significant effect. This research shows that BPJS Health has an important role in improving public health in Serang City.

Abstract

Every company is obliged to carry out efficiency strategies in every business process in order to continue to exist in today's increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the OEE value and the dominant factors from the six big losses analysis which is used as a proposal for improvements to the cutting machine at PT ABC. The method used is Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Rate of Product Quality as basic elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses and analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Calculation results for the period September 2023 to February 2024 obtained an OEE value of 82.58% with the largest contributor to losses being the idling and minor stoppages and Reduce Speed ​​factors. To overcome this, it is necessary to increase skills in identifying and repairing machines, implementing clear standard operating procedures, operator skills in conveying information about machine damage, as well as standard material for parts used by machines.

Abstract

In this modern era, eating disorders in children are receiving increasing attention due to their significant impact on physical health, mental well-being, and overall development. Diagnosing eating disorders in children is often complicated due to the varying symptoms and the difficulty children have in articulating or understanding their conditions. Additionally, traditional diagnostic approaches often rely on subjective assessments and clinical expertise, which can lead to misdiagnosis or delays in appropriate intervention. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing eating disorders in children using Dempster-Shafer Theory as the primary inference engine. This approach is chosen for its strengths in handling uncertainty and incomplete information, allowing the system to make diagnostic inferences based on observed symptoms, even when the information is ambiguous or incomplete. The system is designed to leverage computational algorithms and medical knowledge, providing reliable and consistent results. From tests conducted on a sample of 30 randomly selected cases, the system achieved an accuracy rate of 93.33%, demonstrating that this approach is highly effective in diagnosing eating disorders in children. The developed expert system, web-based, is equipped with key features that enable diagnosis based on symptoms and provide diagnostic results along with recommendations for appropriate medical actions.

Abstract

The aim of this training is to increase the knowledge and skills of partners, in this case the group of opak craftsmen, farmer groups and teenagers from the Al-Barokah Mosque, located in the Waqf Village, Sukaratu Village, Majasari Pandeglang District, Banten, in implementing marketing of opak products using information technology-based marketing. online (e-commerce). The methods used in this training are: socialization, application of information technology, online-based marketing training and assistance (e-commerce), evaluation and monitoring. The results of this training show that the target partners: opak craftsmen groups, farmer groups and mosque youth, 50% can implement online marketing (e-commerce) through social media (WA, Facebook, Instagram), waqf opak websites and increase opak sales by around 50% - 80 %

Abstract

Community service activities in the national combination program were conducted in Waqf Village, Sukaratu Village, and Majasari Pandeglang District, targeting partner groups of opak food craftsmen and waqf farmer groups. The problem with fostered partners is that no one needs to be able to implement business management, online marketing, or apply innovative technology in standard production processes. Community service in the national service program aims to increase the knowledge and skills of fostered partners in implementing business management, online-based marketing, and technological innovation in the production process. Activity methods include the socialization of national programs, the application of technology in the production process, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity show that the two fostered partners can apply business management, online marketing (e-commerce), and the application of packaging technology with nitrogen injection as well as the application of production with solar dome dryers to dry opaque patches, which is very helpful during the rainy season, can still production. There was an increase in the business of the two fostered partners to reach 80%.

Abstract

Management information system (SIM) is management that uses an information system basis in running a system. This SIM is widely used in various sectors with the aim of making it easier for an organization to be effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to determine the mapping of Management Information Systems in coffee shops in Indonesia from various published journals. The method of this research is a literature study from journals related to coffee shop Management Information Systems. The results of this qualitative research show that Management Information Systems in coffee shops are still dominated by website-based systems, the rest are Android-based with various methods, one of which is the waterfall method. Abstract

This community service activity focuses on the Segara Biru Mangrove Forest Farmers Group (KTH) community, Lontar Village in an effort to increase awareness of the use of natural resources, namely mangrove forests. The distribution of mangrove forests on the coast of Lontar Village, Tirtayasa District, Serang Regency, Banten Province has experienced an increase in 2018 and 2022. The recorded mangrove area in 2018 was 32.94 ha. Then the mangrove area will increase in 2022 by 39.12 ha. There has been an increase in area of ​​6.18 ha due to routine planting, perhaps in 2024 it will reach more than 42 ha. The aim of this service is for KTH members to have abilities or skills in the fields of production, management and marketing, and technology in processing mangrove fruit coffee. The method of this activity is holding technopreneur training, training to improve product quality and quantity, management and marketing training, as well as training to introduce the use of grinding machines, roasting machines, cutting machines and plastic packaging sealers. The results and discussion of the implementation of the activity are that the members of KTH Mangrove Segara Biru are able to process and produce mangrove fruit into mangrove coffee, are able to manage and market mangrove coffee both offline and online.

Abstract

In dynamic and complex business environments, effective management is crucial, particularly in the use of business and financial applications. However, the plethora of available applications makes selecting the right one a complicated and time-consuming process. Users must review each application before making a decision, which is often difficult and lengthy due to a lack of comprehensive understanding of all available options. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method to facilitate the selection of ideal business and financial management applications and streamline the decision-making process. The WASPAS method is chosen for its ability to evaluate various alternatives by combining weighted sum and weighted product approaches, resulting in a more balanced and objective evaluation. This research produces a system capable of performing automatic calculations using the WASPAS method and presenting the best alternative recommendations in the form of rankings. Additionally, the DSS developed achieved an average usability score of 91.25%, indicating that the system is user-friendly and suitable for implementation

Abstract

This research explores the factors that affect tourist satisfaction in halal tourism, with a particular emphasis on Banten Province. The results indicate that although halal accommodations are necessary, they are seen more as a fundamental requirement than a significant driver of satisfaction. Conversely, the presence and quality of halal facilities and services are key to elevating the overall tourist experience. Additionally, the attitudes and behaviors of residents, as well as the destination's ability to provide a break from daily life, greatly influence tourist satisfaction. Religiosity stands out as a crucial moderating factor, enhancing the positive impact of halal accommodations and facilities on satisfaction. For tourists with strong religious beliefs, the adherence of services to Islamic principles is vital. This study highlights the importance of incorporating religiosity into the development and marketing of tourism products to maximize the potential of halal tourism, especially in areas like Banten Province. By focusing on comprehensive travel experiences that address both spiritual and practical needs, destinations can increase tourist satisfaction, foster loyalty, and encourage positive word-of-mouth, thereby supporting sustainable growth in the halal tourism industry.
