Abstract

This study was undertaken in order to ascertain the opinions of ODGPZ and to introduce narcotics rehabilitation policies to them, so that the information provided to respondents can provide insight into the world of rehabilitation, particularly in terms of narcotics rehabilitation rules and regulations. The topic of this study is quite sensitive and has a private personality, which makes it difficult to find informants ready to share their stories, particularly about narcotics. The authors used a descriptive qualitative method in this study and were able to collect 4 (four) respondents using the snowball sampling methodology. The findings of this study show that respondents lacked information about narcotics rehabilitation policies, causing them to be unaware of the contents of these rules. The authors then goes on to explain the key points of the rehabilitation policy, concluding that the policy is an effort or form of the government to protect abusers from becoming addicted to narcotics.

Abstract

Al-Quran is the word of Allah SWT, which contains various rules and guidelines for human beings that regulate every aspect of life, including children's personalities. One of the letters about children's personalities is the letter al-A'raf, verses 31-33. In that verse, Allah SWT gives a picture to the believers of how to dress, eat, drink, and do vile things. With regard to the verse, the Qur'an provides an in-depth understanding and understanding of the way of dressing, eating, and drinking that the Sharia permits. This discussion aims to find out the interpretation of surah al-A'raf verses 31-33 related to personality and to know the values ​​of education emphasized in verse. Data collection techniques using literature studies. A child's personality is determined by Islamic education in the family by nurturing and guiding because children are born in a state of nature that requires guidance and direction to awaken a child's potential.

Abstract

Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) merupakan manifestasi konsep baru di dunia perguruan tinggi yang memberikan keleluasaan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar selama tiga semester di luar program studinya. Tren belajar seperti ini dianggap lebih fleksibel, otonom, dan relevan di zaman sekarang. Ini dianut dengan maksud membantu mahasiswa agar lebih mantap dalam ancang-ancang memasuki dunia kerja. Namun begitu, kebijakan yang tergolong baru ini memunculkan banyak polemik dalam benak mahasiswa, terutama bersinggungan dengan prasyarat, prosedur, dan benefit mengikutinya. Adapun magang atau praktik kerja merupakan salah satu item dari kebijakan MBKM tersebut yang menjadi bahasan khusus dalam artikel ini. Berakar dari masalah yang telah diuraikan, maka penulis memandang krusial untuk mengadakan pengabdian ini. Tujuan pelaksanaannya adalah membantu mahasiswa khususnya Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi, Univesitas Teuku Umar untuk lebih paham secara totalitas menyangkut berbagai ihwal yang masih mengganjal. Diseminasi dan dialog interaktif menjadi metode utama dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, sehingga diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1). Minat dan keingintahuan mahasiswa terhadap magang tinggi; dan (2). Banyak mahasiswa masih minim pengetahuan tentang prasyarat, prosedur, dan benefit magang, sehingga banyak dari mereka sangsi antara lebih baik memilih magang atau tidak. Merespons temuan ini, maka para pembicara menjelaskan secara detail tentang apa yang dianggap penting dan apa yang ingin diketahui oleh peserta diseminasi dengan mengacu pada buku panduan. Selanjutnya, alternatif tambahan untuk mewanti-wanti jika masih ada hal urgen yang belum tuntas tersampaikan, maka pembicara mengarahkan mahasiswa untuk mencari jawabannya melalui buku panduan yang telah disusun dan diunggah di web Prodi yang dapat diakses siapa saja, kapan saja, dan dimana saja.

Abstract

Effective communication carried out by parents and teachers can be an approach to prevent bullying behavior that occurs in the school environment. Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection Article 76 C which states that everyone is prohibited from placed, allowing, doing, instructing or participating in violence against children expressly affirms that bullying behavior experienced by children is protected by law. This awareness underlies this community service activity with socialization methods and discussions on how effective communication can prevent bullying behavior in the school environment. The service activities carried out have the purpose of providing understanding to students and teachers that good communication between students and parents, parents and the school, teachers and students can increase the sense of security and comfort to everyone who is pursuing education. The sense of security and comfort felt by the students will keep them respectful and respectful of each other. The results of PKM activities are expected to make parents, teachers, schools, school committees, and the general public in the future pay more attention to building communication with children or students and schools will always establish partnerships with other schools, the government and other institutions that focus on child development.

Abstract

Today's work climate has metamorphosed very dynamically, the human resources produced have also skyrocketed, but it does not match the available job vacancy. This becomes a problem every year as if there is no common ground. The implementation of Community Service facilitated by Assalam radio is directed to answer the above problems by providing enlightenment to prospective students, prospective alumni, and alumni of Communication Studies to be aware and ready for the realities of the existing job opportunities. Community Service was delivered in a talk show format, guided directly by Assalam practitioners. The initiators who also fill the program are two lecturers, one from Communication Studies, Teuku Umar University and the other from Islamic Communication and Broadcasting, State Islamic University Ar-Raniry. The results and conclusions that can be conveyed are that community service that was initiated runs smoothly with the support of complete broadcast media. Then the author views that dissemination or socialization in various formats is very important to be initiated for prospective students, prospective alumni, and alumni of Communication Studies so that they better understand the direction and job situation of the major taken. Because many of them are still pessimistic and confused about the majors that they have or are currently pursuing, whether they will get a job or not, there are great opportunities or not, promising or not, will become practitioners or academics, and other issues.

Abstract

One of the important hard skills to learn in the current Society 5.0 era is the ability to operate computer devices with software and features such as Adobe Photoshop which can facilitate photo editing. Photo editing skills are worth learning by students because they can bring benefits and value. To make it easier for students to understand the material, the team used a training method with the Think Pair Share (TPS) technique combined with pre-test and post-test instruments as a measuring tool to review and assess the development or changes in students' knowledge and understanding before and after dedication is carried out. The final results obtained from the pre-test and post-test show that after the students participated in this activity their knowledge increased regarding graphic design in general and photo editing in particular. Abstract

Kegiatan penngabidan kepada masayarakat dilatarbelakangi dari beberapa fenomena yang terjadi seperti abstain dalam pemilih Pemilahan umum, money poitic sehingga bertentangan dengan asas penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum. Berdasarakan data, 55% pemilih pada pemilu tahun 2024 didominiasi oleh generasi muda, salah satu kategori generasi muda merupakan pemilih pemula dengan usia 17 Tahun. Jika dikalkulasikan dari segi usia, status pemilih pemula merupakan pelajar jenjang sekolah menengah atas atau sederajat serta mahasiswa . Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pelajar tentang pentingnya partisipasi dalam pemilihan pada Pemilu. Kegiatan diusung melalui sosiaslisasi dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Adapun sasaran kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu pelajar SMA kelas 12 (Dua belas). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian dibagi dalam dua sesi, sesi pertama pre-test pata tahapan ini siswa telah mengetahui arti dari pemilu akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa siswa yang tidak memberikan tanggapan terkait pentingnya partisipasi pemilih pada pemilu mendatang. Pada sesi yang sama dilanjutkan dengan penyampaian materi terkait pemilu dan pentingnya partisipasi dalam pemilu. tahapan kedua meliputi kegiatan diskusi dan kesimpulan materi. Berdasarakan hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa terhadap materi pemilu dan pentingnya partisipasi dalam pemilihan umum. Kegiatan penguatan seperti ini perlu dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan mengigat pada tahun 2024 akan ada dua pesta demokrasi yang dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan Napza merupakan permasalahan urgent dan kompleks yang dihadapi oleh negara Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil riset yang dikeluarkan BNN menyatakan penyalahguna Napza jika dilihat dari jenjang pendidikan didominiasi oleh tingkat sekolah menengah atas dan perguruan tinggi dengan usia 15-19 tahun, fase tersebut merupakan fase remaja dan mayoritas remaja tersebut berstatus sebagai pelajar. Sebagai upaya preventif dalam penyelamatan generarsi bangsa maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan sosialisasi penguatan terhadap ancaman bahaya penyalahgunaan Napza bagi Pelajar. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah dan diskusi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan sosialisasi dibagi dalam dua tahapan, tahapan pertama meliputi pre-test dan penyampaian materi, tahap selanjutnya berisi post-test dan tanya jawab. Adapun hasil kegiatan sosialisasi pada tahap pre-test secara umum menunjukkan pelajar telah mengetahui jenis-jenis narkotika tetapi belum mengetahui secara khusus terkait dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penyalahgunaan Napza. Sementara, dari hasil post-test peserta dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan meliputi jenis-jenis narkotika, ciri-ciri pengguna narkotika, dampak dari penyalahguna narkotika.

Abstract

The increase in cases of violence against women and children in Nagan Raya Regency over the past few years has led to a mission to establish a women-friendly and child-caring environment through various efforts. One of them is through the implementation of the Family Learning Center Program (PUSPAGA) as a forum for the prevention and resolution of cases that occur within the family. This study uses a qualitative method by collecting data on PUSPAGA at the district and village levels, which aims to see the obstacles and barriers to implementation that occur in the field. The results of the study show that implementation constraints lie in the aspects of insufficient budget and human resources, lack of promotion of program introduction to the community and overlapping responsibilities of the village PUSPAGA implementers. Follow-up on these obstacles can be resolved through determining the right priority management by the district and village PUSPAGA implementers in optimizing program implementation.
