Abstract

Peningkatan konsumsi sayuran hidroponik memberikan peluang besar bagi usaha sayuran hidroponik menjadi bidang bisnis yang berkembang pesat. Unit usaha Puji Hidroponik adalah salah satu unit usaha yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi sayuran hidroponik yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengelolaan informasi yang terjadi di Puji Hidroponik belum berjalan secara optimal dan belum terintegrasi secara menyeluruh. Dalam mengumpulkan informasi, Puji Hidroponik masih melakukan cara manual dengan menghubungi satu persatu supplier terkait ketersediaan bahan baku. Hal ini menyebabkan ketidakpastian terhadap ketersediaan bahan baku dan menghambat proses produksi sayuran hidroponik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem yang tepat untuk unitusaha Puji Hidroponik dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Rapid Application Develeopment (RAD). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah electronic supply chain yang memudahkan dalam mengambil kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan supplier dan pendistribusian sayuran kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

E-learning readiness (e-readiness) is used as a tool to measure the success rate of using ICT in the academic process. Until now, a lot of research on e-readiness has been collected in various regions, especially Java Island, but the data has not been grouped and visualized, so it is difficult to know the level of readiness. The purpose of this study is to group e-readiness data using clustering analysis, then create a GIS-based map of the distribution of e-readiness clusters. To obtain optimal clustering results, researchers used the K-means and PCA combination as a cluster optimization method. The total dataset used is 27 locations' data with 2 parameters selected based on the level of e-learning readiness. Based on the results of the performance analysis using the selected internal clustering validation metrics, specifically the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) and the average within centroid distance, each metric indicates the best cluster with values of 0.057 and 0.001, respectively. The most optimal cluster formed using the K-means and PCA methods, with a total of three clusters spread across various areas on the island of Java. As for the division of each cluster by its location point, namely, cluster 1 (amounting to 20 locations) for the ready level, cluster 2 (amounting to 4 locations) for the less ready level, and cluster 3 (amounting to 3 locations) for the very ready level.

Abstract

Cybercrime can be defined as illegal activities with computer intermediaries that can be carried out through global electronic networks. In computer networks such as the internet, the problem of crime is becoming increasingly complex due to its wide scope. The purpose of this study is to see what strategies are suitable for preventing cybercrime actions via cell phones based on the ITE Law in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is to use routine activity theory. Cohen and Felson's incidence that crime against crime is related to three variables, namely someone who is motivated, the target who is the target, and the absence of protection from the target (absence of a capable guard). The suggestion is that Gojek provides education about awareness in this fraud case. Gojek appeals to users on their social media to be more careful in trusting information. In addition, the government should not only give warnings to its users as a form of vigilance, but the government should be more optimal in giving more effort.Keywords: Cybercrime, ITE Law, Routine Activity Theory

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires schools to divert their learning in their respective homes simultaneously with government regulations related to large-scale social access (PSBB) which aim to avoid crowds and add new clusters in the educational environment. This is a challenge for schools that do not yet have a bold learning platform and for teachers who still cannot use technology to provide their learning boldly. The web-based e-learning platform is expected to be able to assist teachers and students in carrying out learning without any technical guidance on its use. By using Rapid Application Development (RAD) in its design, it is hoped that it can produce an e-learning platform that is easy to use by teachers and students from SMAN ABC. This research is only up to the Design Workshop.
