Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menghadirkan tantangan etika yang semakin kompleks, khususnya terkait privasi dan keamanan data di ruang siber. Fenomena kebocoran data dan penyalahgunaan informasi mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan etis dalam penggunaan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan merumuskan etika teknologi dalam perspektif Islam sebagai kerangka konseptual dalam merespons isu tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika teknologi dalam Islam dapat dipahami melalui empat prinsip utama, yaitu amanah, hifz al-‘irdh (perlindungan privasi), ‘adl (keadilan), dan maslahah (kemaslahatan umum). Prinsip-prinsip tersebut menunjukkan bahwa perlindungan data tidak hanya berkaitan dengan aspek teknis, tetapi juga memiliki dimensi etika dan tanggung jawab moral. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa nilai-nilai Islam berpotensi memberikan kerangka konseptual dalam menghadapi tantangan privasi dan keamanan data serta memperkuat literasi digital berbasis nilai etika dan spiritual.

Abstract

The phenomenon of low app ratings and technical complaints on the Google Play Store became the background of this main research to expand which service quality dimensions are able to maintain the user base. The method used is E-SERVQUAL which includes seven dimensions: Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, Contact, and Compensation. Data were collected through questionnaires from 405 respondents who use the SRIBU Mobile application and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling approach through SmartPLS software. The results showed that the aggregate service quality was assessed as good with an average value of 1.0379. The results of hypothesis testing confirmed that the dimensions of Efficiency, System Availability, Fulfillment, Privacy, Responsiveness, and Contact have a significant effect on user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction was proven to have a very strong positive and significant influence on loyalty behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.875. However, the Compensation dimension was found to have no significant influence on satisfaction. In addition, the Contact and Compensation dimensions showed poor values ​​indicating that there are aspects of the service that have not met user expectations. This study recommends that PT SRIBU Digital Kreatif prioritize improvements to customer support channels and compensation policies to minimize service failures and strengthen user loyalty amidst intense digital economic competition.

Abstract

The dominance of digital technology in contemporary society has led to a shift in human values. Technology no longer serves merely as a tool but has evolved into a crucial system shaping interaction, communication, and behavior. This study uses qualitative methods to examine how digital technology influences human values in modern society. For this purpose, a literature review was carried out, incorporating thematic analysis of relevant sources. According to this study, the prevalence of digital technology has significantly transformed many aspects of social life. This includes the transition from a user-centered paradigm to a more automated system-centered paradigm; the conversion of human identity into data representation in digital systems; as well as the move from in-person to online communication within social exchanges. These effects undermine the quality of social relationships, reduce empathy and interpersonal interaction, increase dependence on technology, and lead to dehumanization. Furthermore, changes in information perception have the potential to improve digital literacy but simultaneously reduce the quality of critical public reflection. Nevertheless, digital technology continues to offer advantages such as easier access to information and productivity gains. Therefore, strategic efforts are needed to improve user-centered technology, digital skills, and adaptable regulations.

Abstract

The growth of digital payment systems has increased the need for service mechanisms capable of ensuring the quality, security, and reliability of transactions on an ongoing basis. This study aims to analyze the correlation between Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees and user trust in adopting digital payment systems. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a PRISMA approach to literature discussing digital payments, service quality, information security, and technology adoption. The analysis was conducted through thematic synthesis to identify patterns of relationships between SLA dimensions and the formation of user trust. The findings indicate that data security, system reliability, electronic service quality, and policy transparency are the primary SLA dimensions that have a positive correlation with user trust. Trust acts as a mechanism that bridges the influence of service quality on decisions regarding the adoption of digital payment technology. Consistent SLA implementation also contributes to increased satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained service usage. These findings confirm that SLAs serve a strategic function in linking the technical aspects of services with user behavior, thereby becoming a crucial element in supporting the development of a secure, trustworthy, and sustainable digital payment ecosystem.
