ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a PJOK module on the basic Qr-Code rock badminton technique for class VIII SMP BK (BaktiKeluarga) Lubuklinggau and to determine the quality of the module from the aspect of validity and practicality. This research is a development research that refers to the development of the ADDIE model, namely Analysis (Analysis), Design (design/design), Development (Development), implementation (implementation/execution), and Evaluation (evaluation/feedback). The evaluation stage was not carried out because of the time in the study. The instruments used to measure the quality of the modules developed include validation, practicality questionnaires with an average score of . The product of this research is in the form of a basic badminton technique material module with the help of Qr-Code for class VIII junior high school students. The results showed that: (1) The results of the assessment determined by the three validators/experts (media, language, material experts) linguists were categorized as quite valid with v total media experts 0.64 categorized as "High Enough, v total linguists 0 .62 was categorized as “High Enough”, and material experts with a total v of 0.54 were categorized as “Enough”.(2) the quality is seen from the practical aspect, the practical category of the one-to-one test with an average score of 4.0 is categorized as Very Practical and the small group with an average score of 4.2 is categorized as Very Practical. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the completeness of the learning outcomes of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau after the application of Web Blog- based E Learning learning media significantly. The research method used is quasi- experimental. Data collection techniques in research using tests. The design in this study used a design pattern of Pre-test and Post-test one group design because this design did not use a control class. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that after the application of Web-based E-Learning blogs on the football learning outcomes of VIII Junior high school of SMP Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau, it was significantly completed. The average student learning outcomes of the experimental class were 80.38, after being analyzed using the formula (z test) it showed that the value was > (6.35 > 1.64) so it could be concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that the average learning outcomes of Class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Tugumulyo after implementing Web-based E-Learning blogs are more than or equal to 75. ( : ????0 ≥ 75). ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between arm muscle explosive power and the results of shooting petanque in Al-Furqoon Junior High School students, Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a quantitative approach with the product moment correlation method. The population in this study were all petanque students of SMP Al-Furqoon. The sample in this study was 20 students.Data collection techniques are using tests and measurements. Data analysis technique using correlation coefficient.The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles and the results of shooting petanque. This can be seen from the calculation of the product moment rxy is 0,609 and if confirmed by the interpretation table the correlation is in the range 0,60-0,79 belonging to the strong category. Ha accepted The conclusion of the researcher is that there is a relationship between arm muscle power and the results of pentanque shooting in Al-Furqoon Junior High School students, Lubuklinggau City. Researchers suggest to get the right shooting results, it is necessary to increase the explosive power of the arm muscles. Keywords: arm muscle explosive power, petanque, shooting

ABSTRACT This study aims to develop audio-visual learning on floor exercise in subjects PJOK at SMP Negeri B Srikaton. Which can be used to support learning. The learning media made is in the form of audio visual to determine the quality of the audio visual seen from the aspects of validity and practicality. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri B Srikaton. This study aims to develop an audio-visual on floor exercise material and to determine the quality of the audio visual in terms of validity and practicality. This research is a development research that refers to the ADDIE development model, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate. The instrument used to measure the quality of the audio visual developed includes a validation sheet and a practicality sheet. The validation sheet is filled in by experts (linguists, material experts, and media experts). While the practicality sheet was filled out by students in individual tests (one to one test) and small group tests (small group test). The product of this research is in the form of audio visuals on the floor exercise material for class VII SMP. The results showed that: (1) the audio visual quality seen from the validity aspect was included in the valid category with an average score of 3.05 and (2) the audio-visual quality seen from the practical aspect is categorized as practical with an average score of 3.27. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out how the effect of imagery training on the results of hitting the gate in a distance of 30m in the UNPARI woodball student activity unit. The type of research this time was experimental research in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. In this study, a sample of 10 people who were members of the UNPARI woodball UKM were then given an imagery training program. The instrument used was the 30M distance woodball skill test. The data analysis technique used SPSS 22 with the Wilcoxon singned rank test. The results of the Z data analysis obtained are -3,000 with a p value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of .003 is smaller <.005, so this result is that there is an influence on the differences in pretest and posttest data. These results also show that hypothesis a: is accepted and Hypothesis o: is rejected because it complies with the decision rules of hypothesis testing. This study aims to find out the Interest in Exercising of the People of Lubuklinggau City at the Silampari Sports Park (TOS). The results of the analysis showed that the factors from within with the need indicator were 79.67% or in the good criteria, the experience indicator was 73.34% or in the good criteria, in the attention indicator there was a result of 73.34% or in the good criteria, the interest indicator was 80% or in the good criteria, and the comfort indicator was 80% or in the good category. Then external factors with the indicator of interest have a result of 80% or in the criterion of good, the indicator of comfort has a result of 80% or in the criterion of good, while the indicator of infrastructure facilities has a result of 83.34% or in the criterion of very good. Based on the results of the research, the overall results show that the interest in sports of the people of Lubulinggau city in the Silampari Sports Park (TOS) is mostly in the very high category, namely frequency 12 with a percentage of 40%, in the high category, namely frequency 9 with a percentage of 30%, in the medium category, namely frequency 4 with a percentage of 13.34%, in the very low category, namely frequency 5 with a percentage of 16.67%.
