Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the perception and readiness of paddy rice farmers towards the plan to eliminate subsidized fertilizers in Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. The farmer sampling method was carried out using a simple random sampling method with a total sample of 40 paddy rice farmers. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis with frequency tables. The results showed that the planning for the elimination of subsidized fertilizer in Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency, was perceived as bad by farmers with a percentage value of 40.0%. Farmers' readiness for the subsidized fertilizer removal plan in Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency, is considered good enough to face the subsidized fertilizer elimination plan with the overall percentage value of farmer readiness indicators being 44%.Keywords : Perception, Readiness, Paddy Rice, Subsidized Fertilizer. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kesiapan petani padi sawah terhadap rencana penghapusan pupuk bersubsidi di Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode pengambilan sampel petani dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 petani padi sawah. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskritif kuantitatif dengan tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perencanaan penghapusan pupuk bersubsidi di Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango dipersepsikan tidak baik oleh petani dengan nilai persentase sebesar 40.0%. Kesiapan petani terhadap rencana penghapusan pupuk bersubsidi di Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango dinilai sudah cukup baik untuk menghadapi perencanaan penghapusan pupuk bersubsidi dengan nilai persentase keseluruhan indikator kesiapan petani adalah sebesar 44%.Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Kesiapan, Padi Sawah, Pupuk Bersubsidi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan dan Pertanian Kota Gorontalo, 2) pengaruh karakteristik sosial ekonomi penyuluh pertanian terhadap tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan dan Pertanian Kota Gorontalo. Lokasi penelitian di Dinas Kelautan, Perikanan dan Pertanian Kota Gorontralo dilaksanakan mulai bulan Januari sampai bulan Maret. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu secara sensus artinya seluruh populasi penyuluh pertanian, sehingga jumlah sampel 33 penyuluh pertanian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan 1) metode pemberian skor, 2) metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian di Dinas Kelautan Perikanan dan Pertanian Kota Gorontalo tergolong Sedang dengan skor 21,12 dan presentase sebesar 78%, 2) karakteristik sosial ekonomi penyuluh yang terdiri dari umur, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, jarak tempuh WKPP dan pendapatan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian, sedangkan secara parsial hanya umur, jumlah tanggungan keluarga dan pendapatan berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan jarak tempuh WKPP berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan, 3) tidak terdapat pengaruh antara tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman dan jarak tempuh WKPP dengan tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian. Terdapat pengaruh antara umur, tanggungan keluarga dan pendapatan dengan tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluh pertanian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the brand image of local products from Gotela Small and Medium Enterprises (IKM) Cassava Chips on customer purchasing decisions and customer retention. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires in the province of Gorontalo, namely Pohuwato Regency and Gorontalo City, which are the production and marketing bases for products, with a research sample of 156 respondents. In conducting data analysis, researchers used quantitative methods with Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS) analysis tools. The results of this study prove that (1) the brand image of local products has a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and (2) the brand image of local products has a positive effect on customer retention. (3) The buyer's decision has a positive effect on customer retention. (4) The brand image of local products has a positive and significant effect on customer retention, which is mediated by purchasing decisions. Even though the product has a good image in the eyes of customers, in principle, customers do not only care about brand image; they also really care about taste.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek produk lokal Industri Kecil Manengah (IKM) Keripik Singkong Gotela terhadap keputusan pembelian pelanggan dan retensi pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran angket diwilayah Provinsi Gorontalo yaitu Kabupaten Pohuwato dan Kota Gorontalo yang merupakan basis produksi dan pemasaran produk dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 156 responden. Dalam melakukan analisis data peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) citra merek produk lokal secara positif berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) citra merek produk lokal secara positif berpengaruh terhadap retensi pelanggan, (3) keputusan pembeli secara positif tidak berpengaruh terhadap retensi pelanggan, (4) citra merek produk lokal secara positif tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan yang dimediasi oleh keputusan pembelian. Meskipun produk lokal memiliki citra yang baik dimata pelanggan, namun pada prinsipnya pelanggaan tidak hanya peduli dengan aspek citra merek, namun mereka lebih peduli dengan seleranya.

Abstract

The vertical market integration of the shallot market system in Gorontalo Province is a method that can be used to estimate the price movements at each level of marketing (farmers, marketing agents, and consumers), thereby facilitating long-run and short-run equilibrium. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the vertical market integration formed between marketing channels for the shallot market in Gorontalo Province. The Engel-Granger cointegration method was used to analyze long-run equilibrium, while ECM (Error Correction Models) was utilized for short-run equilibrium estimation. The cointegration test results showed that markets at farmer and marketing agent levels, marketing agent and consumer levels, as well as farmer and consumer levels, were cointegrated. This indicated the presence of long-run equilibrium and vertical market integration. The ECM test results revealed that in the short-run equilibrium, markets at farmer and marketing agent levels, marketing agent and consumers levels, as well as farmer and consumer levels were integrated within an estimated adjustment time of one month. Based on these findings, the shallot marketing system in Gorontalo Province was vertically integrated between the marketing agents involved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui persentase penggunaan media digital yang digunakan oleh pelaku UMKM olahan pangan di Kota Gorontalo, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh Digital Marketing terhadap Agresivitas Kinerja Pemasaran pada UMKM olahan pangan di Kota Gorontalo. Metode penelitian stastistik kuantitatif dengan sampel pelaku usaha UMKM di Kota Gorontalo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 23 responden menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling dengan kriteria penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis instrumen penelitian, analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis metode penelitian, analisis hipotesis dengan model regresi linear sederhana menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Persentase penggunaan media digital pada UMKM olahan pangan di Kota Gorontalo menggunakan media sosial, e-commerce, dan website. 2) Digital Marketing memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Agresivitas Kinerja Pemasaran UMKM olahan pangan di Kota Gorontalo dengan nilai adjusted R2 sebesar 0,507 atau sebesar 50,7%, sedangkan nilai sisanya sebesar 49,3% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain.Kata kunci:    Pemasaran Digital; Agresivitas Kinerja Pemasaran; UMKM.

Abstract

Stimulasi peran masyarakat berbasis ekonomi dan teknologi informasi merupakan bentuk pendampingan terhadap masyarakat serta pemerintah desa dalam melahirkan berbagai program dan strategi berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan desa. Peran masyarakat yang di stimulus melalui ekonomi, teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan hukum digagas dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan potensi desa dan sumber daya manusia yang distimulasi awal melalui aspek teknologi sehingga dalam tujuan jangka panjang dapat diarahkan pada peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat. Hasil dari berbagai program yang dilaksanakan yaitu meningkatnya skill masyarakat terkait penguasaan aspek teknologi informasi serta adanya peran nyata masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah untuk budidaya tanaman jangka pendek. Tujuan dari pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan adalah agar areal lahan pekarangan dapat memberikan kontribusi ekonomi bagi rumah tangga. Stimulation of the role of communities based on economy and information technology is a form of assistance to the community and village governments in producing various sustainable programs and strategies in village development. The role of the community that is stimulated through the economy, information technology and legal knowledge is initiated with the aim of improving the management of village potential and human resources which are stimulated early through technological aspects so that in the long term goals can be directed at increasing community productivity. The results of the various programs implemented are the increase in community skills related to mastering aspects of information technology and the real role of the community in utilizing home yard land for short-term crop cultivation. The purpose of the use of yard land is so that the yard land area can make an economic contribution to the household.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk: 1) Mengetahui Kapasitas Literasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Yang Teregristrasi di Platform KAKRG.Id.2) Bagaimana Dampak Literasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja UMKM Yang Teregristrasi di Platform KAKRG.Id. Metode pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah sampel sensus. Sampel sensus adalah penggunaan seluruh populasi tanpa harus menarik sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kapasitas literasi digital yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM KAKRG.Id berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif bisa dilihat bahwa pernyataan jika responden melakukan evaluasi terlebih dahulu dan menentukan metode transaksi pembayaran terhadap berbagai pilihan metode transaksi lainnya sehingga kebanyakan menyatakan setuju terhadap Evaluasi Konten Informasi. Hal ini terbukti secara menyeluruh dengan nilai 64,7% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Dampak literasi digital terhadap kinerja UMKM yang teregristrasi di platform KAKRG.Id meliputi tingkat penjualan produk, minim penggunaan literasi digital, serta kurangnya pengembangan produk baru.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the income earned by the tofu processing business and the added value of the tofu processing business in the Cipta Sari tofu industry in Motoduto village, Boliyohuto District, Gorontalo Regency. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained, and the results of direct interviews with the owner of the Cipta Sari tofu industry. Secondary data was obtained from several literature related to this research. In this research, the data analysis method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method to analyze the income obtained by the Cipta Sari tofu industry and the Hayami method to analyze the added value of the soybeans in the tofu processing business. These results and research show that the income earned by the Cipta Sari tofu industry in one week of production is IDR. 7.666.907 resulting in an R/C ratio of 1,75 and the added value in one week of production has a ratio of 92,35% and is included in the high ratio because it is 92,35% ≥50% so it can be concluded that Cipta Sari’s tofu business is profitable for entrepreneurs and worthy of development.

Abstract

Introduction: Food security programs have become a strategic issue that consistently attracts the attention of various levels of government, including village governments, as regulated in the Minister of Village, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration of the Republic of Indonesia. Thus, this program will create sustainable food security, which is also a measure of the success of rural development. Methods: This research is a quantitative study. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the district government, villages, and farmers, in accordance with the sample calculation requirements of 213 farmers, as well as through interviews and field observations. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. Results: (1) village development performance, resource management, collaboration and creativity of the farmer-breeder community is on fairly good criteria (2) resource management has a positive and significant effect on collaboration, resource management has a positive and significant effect on the creativity of farmer-breeders, resource management has a positive but insignificant effect on village development performance, collaboration has a positive and significant effect on village development performance, the creativity of farmer-breeders has a positive and significant effect on village development performance, resource management through collaboration has a positive and significant effect on village development performance, the creativity of farmer-breeders has a positive and significant effect on village development performance. Conclusion: collaboration and creativity of farmer-breeders are good mediating variables as they can enhance the influence of resource management on village development performance based on the priorities of village funds in plant and animal food security.
