Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change material for class X SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang. This type of research is quasi-experimental research (Quasy Experimental). The sample of this study were students of class X MIA SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang who were selected by random sampling. In class X MIA 3 as an experimental class that is given treatment by learning using the PjBL learning model, while in class XI MIA II as a control class is taught using a direct learning model. The data collection technique used is in the form of multiple choice (multiple choice) as many as 25 items. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results showed that students who were taught with the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model had an average score of 73.0 in the very good category. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes of students who were taught with the direct learning model had an average score of 71.29 in the good category and there was an influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on student learning outcomes on environmental change material at SMA Negeri 4 Pinrang.Keyword: learning models, Project Based Learning (PjBL), learning outcome

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of biology practicum in the senior high school in Kaimana Distcrit Kaimana Regency school year 2018/2019. This study was descriptive study. Sample in this study were the teachers in grade IX MIA SMA N 1 which is the class of experiment 1 and the teacher in grade IX MIA in SMA YPPK as the class of experiment 2. Data in this study was obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data collection technique was done by questionnaire. Data in this study was analysed by using descriptive stastistical. The result of the study showed that (1) The level of implementation of Biology practice in SMA N 1 Kaimana is 77,78% and SMA YPPK is 33,33 %. (2) The major suporting factor such as laboratory is not available. (3) The obstacle that causes low percentage of practicum is the absence of laboratory room in school, the unavailability of laboratory tools and materials needed in practicum unit, there was no funds provided for practicum. (4) The efforts undertaken by school and teachers in handling this obstacle that is planning the implementation of practicum activities provided by the teachers in the lesson plan (RPP) as a form of teacher’s readiness, practicum funds provided by the teachers to purchase the practicum tools needed by school, laboratory management together by the teachers, and the teachers explain the materials as an effort to give understanding to students who do not participate in practicum activities. Keyword: Analysis, Biology Practicum, High School in Kaimana District

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, including SMAN 18 Makassar, SMAN 7 Makassar, SMAN 22 Makassar. Knowledge of balanced nutrition is part of the community's reference to nutrition, including adolescents, so this is an effort to increase adolescent knowledge with the hope of changing unbalanced nutritional behavior. This knowledge will raise awareness, and eventually will cause people to behave in accordance with the knowledge they have. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about balanced nutrition and attitudes towards balanced nutrition. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a survey method, using tests and questionnaires. The results of the research knowledge obtained 5.9% in the good category, 11.9% sufficient category, 82.0% less category. While the attitude of 29.8% in the sufficient category, 7.4% less, and 62.4% good. There is a relationship between the knowledge and attitudes of SMA Negeri students in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, which is categorized as weak. It is necessary to provide education about Balanced Nutrition Knowledge for students.Keywords: Knowledge of nutrition, attitude towards nutrition

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find outthe learning outcomes of learners who are taught with Blended learning, to find out the influence of blended learning model on the learning outcomes of learners pateri excretion system in MA DDI Kanang and to find out the improvement of learning outcomes of learners of excretion system materials in MA DDI Kanang. This research is a pseudo experimental research (Quasy experimen t) using Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. The sample of the study was selected randomly (random sampling) so thattwo classes were obtained, namely class XI MIPA 2 as an experimental class with blended learning model and XI MIPA 1 as a control class using direct instruction learning model. Data collection techniques used through tests or evaluations. The collected data is analyzed in descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed thatthe learning that was taught by blended learning model was in the category of excellent and good while in the control group that was taught with direct instruction was in the category of excellent, good and sufficient. The data obtained was also analyzed by N-Gain to determine the improvement of learners' learning outcomes and obtained learning outcomes of learners in high categories and classes taught by direct instruction were in the medium category. The results of inference analysis showed that there is an influence of Blended Learning model on the learning outcomes of learners of excretion system material in MA DDI Kanang.Keywords: blended learning, direct instruction, learning outcomes
