Abstract

Sekolah Alam Indonesia Cibinong faces challenges in managing academic data, which is currently handled manually, leading to inefficiencies and the risk of data loss. In the digital era, the development of a database-based academic information system has become an urgent need to improve efficiency, security, and accessibility of academic data. This activity aims to develop a structured, modern, and database-driven academic information system to support school operations. The methods used include needs analysis through interviews and surveys, system design using an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), web-based database implementation, and user training. The development process has included implementation, training, and user evaluation (User Acceptance Testing), with the evaluation results indicating that the system is well-received by key users. These findings demonstrate that the system has been successfully implemented as planned, contributing significantly to improving the efficiency of academic data management. This development is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions facing similar challenges. Moving forward, feature enhancements and sustainability monitoring are required to ensure optimal benefits of the system.

Abstract

Purpose: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi inklusi keuangan pada pengaruh teknologi keuangan dan literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM jasa percetakan di Kabupaten Dompu. Research Design and Methodology: Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 77 pelaku UMKM yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Findings and Discussion: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi keuangan dan literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja UMKM. Namun, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti secara positif dan signifikan mampu meningkatkan inklusi keuangan. Temuan paling penting adalah inklusi keuangan secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM dan terbukti berperan sebagai mediator penuh (full mediator). Implications: Program pemberdayaan UMKM melalui digitalisasi dan edukasi finansial harus diintegrasikan dengan kebijakan untuk memperluas akses dan penggunaan layanan keuangan formal. Sinergi antara teknologi, literasi, dan inklusi keuangan menjadi kunci esensial untuk mendorong kinerja UMKM secara berkelanjutan di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis risiko terhadap aset informasi pada sistem informasi di data center Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo) Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan adalah NIST SP 800 - 30, yang mencakup identifikasi aset, ancaman, kerentanan, serta penilaian likelihood dan impact untuk menentukan tingkat risiko. Aset informasi didefinisikan sebagai segala bentuk data, perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, serta prosedur yang mendukung pengelolaan informasi dalam organisasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara langsung secara offline dengan satu narasumber teknis dan dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali observasi di lokasi Diskominfo, serta dilakukan observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi 8 ancaman, yang dikelompokkan ke dalam empat kategori: adversarial, accidental, structural, dan environmental. Mayoritas risiko tergolong dalam tingkat moderate hingga high. Rekomendasi kontrol disusun untuk tiap risiko, seperti pemasangan UPS, pelatihan staf, dan backup berkala. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa manajemen risiko sistem informasi secara sistematis sangat penting untuk menjaga keamanan aset informasi instansi pemerintah.

Abstract

Posyandu (integrated health service post) plays a vital role in monitoring child growth and early detection of nutritional problems. However, manual recording methods that are still widely used often result in errors, delays in reporting, and difficulties in accessing data. This community service program aims to improve efficiency and accuracy in data recording through the implementation of a digital system based on QR Code technology and a simple mobile application at Posyandu Orchid, Sawangan, Depok. The program was carried out using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving Posyandu cadres in all stages, including problem identification, system design, training, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation. The results show that the developed digital system successfully replaces manual recording, speeds up the attendance process for toddlers, and facilitates nutritional status reporting. Furthermore, the program has enhanced the digital literacy of Posyandu cadres and increased parental awareness of the importance of nutritional monitoring. The application of this technology has proven effective in supporting the digital transformation of community-level health services and can be replicated in other Posyandu

Abstract

The need for increasingly advanced technology covers almost all existing aspects and one of them is within the company, including the personnel department. There are many processes within the staffing department such as employee permits, leave applications that are still done manually and have to interact face-to-face with superiors and HRD and also apply for permits such as overtime, official permits. This activity is still carried out manually and is not effective because too many related parties are involved to obtain permits. Therefore, a system is urgently needed to simplify the process and make the process effective. System development using waterfall which includes system survey, system analysis, system design, system creation, system implementation, and system maintenance which is expected to make it easier for employees to apply for leave, apply for overtime and apply for official permits. This application is based on a website and the creation of this application program uses the waterfall method and uses programming languages ​​such as PHP, javascript and CSS.

Abstract

Provision, management and distribution of water on agricultural land is one of the important factors that affect the quantity and quality of agricultural products. An irrigation canal technology is needed that is able to flow through all agricultural land according to the water needs of each land. Smart irrigation systems can be a solution to this problem. The smart irrigation technology that was previously developed has several limitations such as the length of time data transmission takes to reach the client, sensor devices in the field must take turns sending data and receiving data resulting in data not being sent or not being read properly, besides that the system that has been developed previously depends on to one factor, namely the water level to determine the degree of openness of the floodgates. In this research a fast sensor to cloud communication system is designed using websocket technology. This system is also designed to send and receive data simultaneously using full duplect communication technology. As well as using artificial intelligence with the decision tree algorithm to regulate the openness of the floodgates based on the water requirement for the rice fields, the water level in the irrigation canals and the speed of the water flow. This research produced a prototype of an intelligent irrigation system that can send data to clients with an average time of 417ms, the system is also able to handle 500 clients that are connected directly to the server. The system can also send and receive data simultaneously with a difference in time when data is received at the sensor node or at the central node which can reach 0ms. This prototype also succeeded in making an artificial intelligence system that is accurate, fast and real-life. This artificial intelligence can handle 500 requests simultaneously with an execution time of 544ms.

Abstract

Noise contamination in electrocardiogram (ECG) monitoring systems can lead to errors in analysis and diagnosis, resulting in a high false alarm rate (FAR). Various studies have been conducted to reduce or eliminate noise in ECG signals. However, some noise characteristics overlap with the frequency range of ECG signals, which occur randomly and are transient. This results in shape alteration and amplitude reduction in P and R waves. The author proposed a framework for eliminating noise in ECG signals using the stationary wavelet transform method and interval-dependent thresholds (IDT) based on the change point detection method to address these challenges. The proposed framework decomposes the input electrocardiogram (ECG) signal at a specific level using the Stationary Wavelet Transform method, resulting in detail and approximation coefficients. Interval detection focuses on the initial detailed coefficient, d1, chosen due to its significant content of noise coefficients, especially high-frequency noise. Subsequently, threshold values are computed for each interval. Hard and soft thresholding processes are then applied individually to each interval. Finally, reconstruction occurs using the inverse stationary wavelet transform method on the threshold coefficient outcomes. Two measurement matrices, root mean square error (RMSE) and percentage root mean squared difference (PRD), were used to measure the performance of the proposed framework. In addition, the proposed framework was compared to stationary wavelet transform (SWT) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT). The test results showed that the proposed method outperforms DWT and SWT. The proposed framework obtained an average increase in RMSE scores of 18% and 45% compared to the SWT and DWT methods, respectively, and PRD values of 17% and 37% compared to the SWT and DWT methods, respectively. So, using IDT in the stationary wavelet transform method can improve the denoising performance. With the development of this new framework for denoising ECG signals, we hope it can become an alternative method for other researchers to utilize in denoising ECG signals.

Abstract

Program bank sampah di KRL Kampoeng Berseri merupakan upaya pemanfaatan sampah sebagai nilai ekonomi. Namun pengelolaan tabungan yang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga petugas dirasa sulit ketika warga tidak membawa catatan. Akibatnya, tabungan yang terkumpul diambil saat itu juga sehingga warga disekitar kurang mendapatkan manfaat. Hal ini menyebabkan antusias nasabah bank sampah di Kampoeng Berseri menurun sehingga program bank sampah tidak berjalan secara optimal. sehingga perlu diterapkan teknologi informasi. Untuk itu, diterapkan teknologi informasi untuk pengelolaan tabungan sampah dan memberikan pelatihan teknologi informasi pengelolaan tabungan sampah pada pengurus bank sampah sebagai pengelola dan warga lingkungan KRL Kampoeng Berseri. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dimulai dari persiapan dengan identifikasi masalah, menentukan solusi dan pengembangan aplikasi. Kemudian pelaksanaan yang teridri dari hibah dan pelatihan pada mengurus bank Sampah dan warga sekitar desa Limus Nunggal. Terakhir, evaluasi untuk mengukur hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyakarat. Berdasarkan hasil survei menunjukan pelaksanaan pengabdian dapat menigkatkan ketertarikan warga dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Selain itu warga juga menyatakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memiliki manfaat yang baik dan dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan setuju untuk melanjutkan program pengabdian ini dimasa yang akan dating. Program pengabdian masyarakat berhasil memperbaiki pengelolaan tabungan sampah dengan teknologi informasi dan meningkatkan partisipasi serta dukungan warga untuk program tersebut.

Abstract

Background: Tanaman sirsak (Annona muricata) merupakan komoditas potensial di Desa Lemoape, namun potensi ini kurang diberdayakan. Program ini bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan potensi Annona muricata melalui diversifikasi produk olahan daun Annona muricata menjadi sebuah produk berupa Natural Balm (Balsem Alami). Metode: pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu persiapan, penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil: program diperoleh mitra mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat tentang manfaat daun Annona muricata. Kesimpulan: Dampak pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam bidang kesehatan serta mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) nomor tiga yaitu kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera.

Abstract

This study aims to experimentally analyze the effect of coolant temperature on the performance of a Thermoelectric Generator (TEG) combined with a finned aluminum heatsink. The TEG operates based on the Seebeck effect, where a temperature difference between the hot and cold sides generates electrical energy. The experiment employed six SP-1848 TEG modules arranged in series and mounted on a heatsink partially immersed in static water as a cooling fluid. Measurements were taken every 300 seconds for a total of 3600 seconds, monitoring parameters such as hot side temperature (Th), coolant temperature (Tc), voltage, and current, as well as calculated power and efficiency. The results showed that the increasing exposure time to solar heat gradually raised Th, while Tc increased more slowly. The resulting temperature difference (ΔT) directly contributed to an increase in electrical power output of more than 0.005 W, and TEG efficiency exceeding 14%. This study highlights the importance of thermal management through heatsinks and coolant fluids in optimizing TEG performance, particularly in small-scale renewable energy applications.
