Abstract

Android merupakan salah satu produk teknologi menggunakan jejaring internet yang dimanfaatkan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam pembelajaran. Pemanfaatan Android berisi konten materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor membahas konsep teori dan praktik gerak dasar lokomotor. Tujuan kegiatan membangun wawasan dalam memanfaatkan inovasi pembelajaran berbentuk Android. Sebanyak 40 guru Pendidikan Jasmani sekolah dasar di kecamatan Pulogadung Jakarta Timur mengikuti kegiatan secara tatap muka di Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada tanggal 18 Juli 2022. Tahap persiapan sebagai kegiatan awal dilakukan dengan berkoordinasi berbagai pihak yang terlibat, tahap pelaksanaan sosialisasi dengan memberikan materi (1) teori gerak dasar anak sekolah dasar, (2) perkembangan gerak lokomotor di sekolah dasar, dan (3) pengoperasian dan pemanfaatan materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor dalam bentuk Android, melalui metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab dan praktik, sedangkan tahap evaluasi di akhir kegiatan dilakukan dengan membagikan angket dalam upaya mengetahui pencapaian tujuan. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam  kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu; kegiatan dapat menambah wawasan guru pendidikan jasmani dalam memanfaatkan inovasi teknologi berbentuk Android yang berupa materi ajar gerak dasar lokomotor untuk anak sekolah dasar.Android is a technology product using internet networks used by physical education teachers in learning. The utilization of Android contains basic locomotor motion teaching materials discussing theoretical and practical concepts of basic locomotor motion. This activity aims to build insight into utilizing learning innovations in Android. As many as 40 elementary school Physical Education teachers in the Pulogadung sub-district, East Jakarta, participated in face-to-face activities at the Sports Science Faculty, Jakarta State University on July 18, 2022. As the initial activity, the preparatory stage was carried out by coordinating the various parties involved and the socialization stage by providing material (1). Basic motion theory of elementary school children, (2). Locomotor development in elementary school, (3). Operation and Utilization of basic locomotor motion teaching materials in the form of Android through discourse, discussion, and question and answer methods, while the evaluation stage at the end of the activity is carried out by distributing questionnaires to find out the achievement of the goals. The results obtained in community service activities. Namely, activities can add insight to physical education teachers in utilizing technological innovations in the form of Android in the form of basic locomotor motion teaching materials for elementary school children.

Abstract

Pencak silat merupakan salah satu ekstrakurikuler yang ada di MTsN 3 BOGOR. Hasil observasi awal pada ekstrakurikuler pencak silat MTsN 3 Bogor ditemukan permasalahan angkatan kaki yang masih pendek dan sasaran yang kurang tepat pada teknik dasar tendangan samping. Peneliti menemukan kendala dalam melakukan teknik dasar tendangan samping, maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana tendangan samping melalui media botol. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan juni 2021. Adapun yang menjadi subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa Ekstrakulikuler pencak silat MTsN 3 Bogor. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan Action Research, yaitu dengan memberikan perlakuan khusus kepada siswa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan Tendangan samping pada Pencak Silat. Indikator yang diukur pada penelitian ini adalah : gerakan persiapan, gerakan angkatan kaki, gerakan lanjutan (menendang), gerakan menarik tendangan, dan gerakan akhir (sikap pasang). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh yaitu: Tingkat keberhasilan anak pada tes awal berjumlah 3 atau 15%, kemudian setalah dilatih dengan media botol pada siklus I keberhasilan anak mencapai 20 orang atau 100% tuntas. Dengan penelitian action research dan menggunakan media botol, dapat meningkatkan keterampilan tendangan samping pada siswa Ekstrakulikuler pencak silat MTsN 3 Bogor dengan satu siklus penelitian tindakan.

Abstract

Research between physical activity and cognitive work in children is still relatively rare and inconsistent, even though children's motor development and cognitive learning are related to positive effects on academic work. This study aims to determine the increase in mathematical logical intelligence of early childhood through physical activity. This is action research. This type of research was a sequential exploratory design. Data analysis in this study used a combined quantitative and qualitative analysis (Mix Method). The results showed increasing logical mathematics intelligence in DKI Jakarta's childhood. The initial assessment results showed that the average value of the child's logical mathematics intelligence was 28 and then increased to 57 in the final assessment of cycle 1 and continued to increase to 78 in the final assessment of cycle 2. Physical activity learning with games strategies increasing the logical mathematics intelligence in childhood in Jakarta Kindergarten. Future research is expected to examine more childhood intelligence with many respondents. Abstract

Permainan bilangan adalah cara bermain anak menggabungkan konsep matematika dan gerak seperti walk, run, jump, hop, gallop, slide, skip, dan slide dalam pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dasar berpindah siswa kelas 3 SD dengan pendekatan permainan bilangan. Jenis penelitian tindakan Kemmis dan Taggard dipilih untuk penelitian, dimulai dengan perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian siswa SDN Rawamangun 09 Pagi yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Peneliti menyusun instrumen keterampilan dasar gerak dasar lokomotor melalui media puzzle. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 1 siklus dengan 2 pertemuan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian bahwa penerapan permainan bilangan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan 8 gerak dasar siswa kelas 3 sekolah dasar. Kekurangan penelitian yaitu guru perlu membimbing secara intensif dan lebih ekstra menyiapkan media pembelajaran yg kreatif dan inovatif berdasarkan konsep permainan bilangan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk membuat Pelatihan  Surfing Tingkat Dasar Berbasis Permainan Untuk Anak Pesisir Barat Lampung. Dengan tujuan pengabdian untuk mengembangkan keterampilan bermain surfing seperti menggayuh papan, berdiri dipapan, dan bermain dilaut Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pengabdian berupa Pratek dan Ceramah, dimana narasumber meberikan materi teori dan pratek tentang surfing kepada peserta pelatihan surfing. Pelatihan  ini dilakukan oleh 2 orang narasumber,  8 orang  tim pendukung, dilaksanakan di Pesisir Pantai Krui yang berada di wilayah Labuhan Jukung  Krui Pesisir Barat Lampung dengan subjek pengabdian sebanyak  30 anak yang berada di sekiitar Pesisir Pantai Krui Pesisir Barat Lampung. Dari hasil pengamatan saat pelatihan ini, anak anak peserta pelatihan memiliki semangat dan motivasi besar dari awal sampai akhir pelatihan. peserta sangat puas dan senang dengan adanya pelatihan seperti ini, karena sebelumnya tidak ada pelatihan surfing terhadap mereka, mereka hanya melihat lihat saja ketika ada masyarakat lokal maupun para turis mancanegara yang sedang bermain surfing. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian diatas  dapat disimpulkan bahwa Motivasi dan antusiasme anak anak dalam mengikuti Pelatihan  ini sangat baik.bahkan orang tua dan masyarakat setempat sangat mendukung diadakan pelatihan ini. Terjadi interaksi yang aktif antara tim pelaksana dengan pengurus surfing, pelatih dan peserta pelatihan ini. Bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahanan dalam  keterampilan bermain surfing. Bertambahnya wawasan tentang laut, ombak dan lain lain. Bertambahnya wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang model latihan surfing dari yang ringan sampai yang berat. Pelatihan surfing tingkat pemula sangat lah penting agar bisa mengenalkan olahraga surfing pada anak-anak, sehingga mereka termotivasi dan tujuan memasyarakat kan olahraga dan mengolahragakan masyarakat dapat terwujud.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor ekstrinsik yang memengaruhi minat peserta ekstrakurikuler hoki di SMAN 1 Pejagoan. Topik penelitian ini dipilih karena pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat memotivasi siswa untuk tertarik dan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hoki. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada peserta ekstrakurikuler hoki di SMAN 1 Pejagoan. Sampel pada penelitian ini melibatkan 69 sampel. Instrumen minat digunakan dan disebarkan melalui google form sebanyak 24 pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor ekstrinsik yang signifikan mempengaruhi minat peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler hoki. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi dukungan dan motivasi dari guru dan pelatih, fasilitas yang memadai, dukungan orang tua, dan pengaruh lingkungan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya faktor-faktor ekstrinsik dalam mempengaruhi minat siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Dalam konteks ini, sekolah dapat meningkatkan dukungan dan fasilitas yang diberikan kepada peserta ekstrakurikuler hoki, serta melibatkan guru, pelatih, orang tua, dan lingkungan dalam membentuk minat yang positif dan berkelanjutan dalam kegiatan ini. Implikasi temuan ini dapat digunakan oleh sekolah dan pihak terkait dalam merancang strategi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, khususnya hoki di SMAN 1 Pejagoan.

Abstract

Objectives. The aim of this study is to develop an efficient media model that can support fourth-grade students in elementary schools to enhance their learning of baseball catching. This media model is designed to enhance their motor skills and comprehension of fundamental concepts related to baseball catching. The research methodology involves creating a media model that caters to the students' learning needs and characteristics. The primary objective is to encourage the students' active participation during the learning process and assist them in mastering the baseball catching technique using gloves covered with Velcro. The ultimate goal is to improve the baseball catching skills of fourth-grade students. Materials and methods. The research employs the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. Designing a glove model for fourth-grade students requires testing and analyzing various materials and shapes to identify the optimal design that caters to the students' size and characteristics. Results. Designing a high-quality glove model is crucial for enhancing students' ability to catch baseballs with ease and ensuring maximum comfort and safety. The validity test score of 0.7 confirms the model's accuracy, while its high reliability value of 0.6 ensures consistent and dependable performance. Conclusion. The development of Velcro glove media was validated by 13 experts who strongly agreed with an average percentage of 89.3%. This glove is intended to improve baseball catching skills among students and encourage their participation in physical activities.

Research has shown that many elementary school teachers lack the understanding and knowledge of the importance of teaching basic locomotor movements beyond the commonly known walking, running, and jumping. Basic locomotor movements encompass a wider range of movements such as hopping, galloping, and more. To address this, Basic Locomotor Movement Models Based on Thematic Games for Class Children 3 Elementary Schools aims to develop basic motion models that are tailored to children's growth, development, and characteristics. These models are designed to be implemented through physical activities that focus on teaching basic locomotor movements. Materials and methods. This study employs the thematic game-based ADDIE approach for teaching movement education to grade 3 elementary school children. The purpose of this model is to enhance the learning process and help students comprehend various kinds of physical movements in daily life. The study follows a development model consisting of five steps: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Results. The study results have been presented in the form of a book that contains basic motion models that are tailor-made for third-grade students in elementary school. The book aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of fundamental motion concepts in a simplified manner that is easy for kids to comprehend. Conclusion. Based on the conducted research, the model developed is deemed highly appropriate for the characteristics and curriculum material of grade 3 elementary school children. The model is considered suitable for the effective implementation of basic movement learning.

Abstract

Objective. This study seeks to create a prototype of Velcro-coated gloves to enhance the effectiveness of baseball catching instruction in fourth-grade elementary schools. Materials and methods. This study improves the baseball catching skills of fourth-grade students by using a glove with a Velcro coating. This study utilizes the ADDIE technique, including of five discrete stages: analysis, design, model creation, implementation, and evaluation. The development of the glove model involves an iterative process of creating and testing various materials and shapes of gloves to determine the most suitable design that matches the size and characteristics of grade IV pupils. Result. A proficient glove design should enhance the capacity to catch baseballs while ensuring the comfort and safety of kids. The validity test result of 0.7 indicates that it is considered valid, while the reliability value of 0.6 falls into the high category. The validation results for the development of the Velcro glove media, as assessed by 13 validators, indicate a strong agreement with an average percentage of 89.3%. Conclusion. Enhancing pupils' proficiency in catching baseballs is expected to increase their engagement in physical exercise.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the application of two different learning models (Sport Education and Traditional Teaching) by pre-service teachers on the empowerment and self-confidence of students in physical education classes at secondary schools. The research design used was a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest. The research sample was 429 high school students involving 8 schools in Jakarta, Indonesia. The sample consisted of 220 girls and 209 boys aged between 15 to 18 years old. The instruments used were the Psychological Empowerment Instrument and the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2 (CSAI-2). The results show that the Sport Education learning model can significantly increase student's self-confidence and empowerment, while in the Traditional Teaching model student's self-confidence and empowerment did not have a significant increase. The results of this study prove that the Sport Education model is better than the Traditional Teaching model.
