Abstract

Small industry has a significant role in supporting the people’s economy even during the crisis that hit indonesia in mid-1997. Many small industries were able to survive this crisis situation. Small industry is able to survive because small industry is very flexible and responds very quickly to changes, besides that most of the raw materials and natural resources used are local. This study aims to analyze the effect of quality management systems on supply chain performance using the “Triple A” method in improving the supply chain performance of production management systems an delivery of velboa mattresses in UD RAJA CARPET and the number of samples used in this study were 30 respondents. In supply chain management, there is a theory of “Triplle A” suplly chain namely yaitu agile, adaptability , alignment. Agile a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance variables, adaptability has no positive an insignificant effect on supply chain performance variables, aligment has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance variables. The conclusions that can be taken in this study regarding the quality analysis of the velboa mattress management system in UD king carpet on the performance of the “Triplle A” suplly chain strategy in improving the performance of the velboa matterss production and delivery supply chain are as follows: variable “Triplle A” has a positive and insignificant effect in improving quality performance. Suplly chain management system production and delivery of velboa mattress in UD king carpet, these results support the hypothesis proposed, as evidenced by the F test obtained F count of 0,351 and a significant value of 0,789 < 0,05 N=30 of 0,361.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri biji plastik yang sangat pesat dewasa ini ditandai dengan semakin banyak bermunculan industri baru dan pengembanga industri pengolahan biji plastik baik skala kecil, sedang maupun besar, sehingga secara otomatis perusahaan dituntut lebih efisien dan efektif sehingga menuju perusahaan yang sehat dan produktif dan berdaya saing salah satunya melalui pengukuran tingkat produktivitas dengan pendekatan Rasio Output Input. Tujuan penelitian untuk pengukuran tingkat produktivitas produk biji plastik jenis PE Hitam pada UD. X dengan pendekatan Rasio Output Input dimana UD. X merupakan perusahaan yang mengolah limbah plastik. Hasil penelitiannya didapat bahwa produktivitas total perusahaan sebesar 1,01 hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa setiap penggunaan input (I) total sebesar Rp. 1.000.000 rupiah menghasilkan output (O) total sebesar Rp 1.010.000 rupiah.

Abstract

The need for a variety of photo spots in educational tours is very important. It aims to increase public interest in learning, so that the number of visitors will increase. This community service program aims to empower the community through assistance in making photo spots on educational tours of Kampung Sutera in Sentul Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. The method is carried out through photo spot design, selection and separation of glass, as well as the execution process in manufacturing. A new photo spot location that visitors can use with a butterfly nuance is the result from this service.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of occupational safety and health (K3) at PT SA. The OH&S inspection is directed to use the tree shortage investigation technique at PT''SA in the 2018-2020 period. The results of the study found that the main cause was caused by human activities and risky ecological conditions with the result that the estimated protected T esteem (Nts) in 2019 was known to be 0.47 and in 2020 it was -0.81. So that the current accident value tends to be reduced to the recurrence value of past accidents, where work accidents amounted to 297.45 in 2018, amounted to 122.05 I in 2019, and 16.54 in 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the average waiting time and average service time in order to provide suggestions for improvements to the queuing system. The data used to analyze this queuing system is primary data in the form of customer arrival time data and service time data for time measurements made using a stopwatch. Our research shows that the inter-arrival interval for arriving customers is between 1.12 and 1.48 minutes. Furthermore, customers spend 13.25 to 19.29 minutes in line and cashiers spend 1.19 to 1.55 minutes serving customers. Based on the results of the three improvement scenarios, the second optimal scenario was chosen, namely the addition of one cashier service facility. Therefore, the current relevant queuing model is a Multichannel-Single Phase queuing system with two queues with two teller services.

Abstract

The development of human resource management will continue to change along with the times. At the same time, there have been various emerging developments in the model approach within human resource management. This study aims to look at the various models of human resource management approaches and find the most suitable approach to human resource management. This research will be carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this research comes from the results of research and previous studies that are still relevant to the content of this research. The results of this study found that the researcher with the Zoroastrian approach model was the most suitable approach model for human resource management in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This is because, in this approach, values of a fairly high work ethic, empowerment, community improvement, fairness, and good manners are important in developing business excellence.

Abstract

Yudharta Advertising and Press is a productive business unit under the auspices of Yudharta Pasuruan University which is engaged in serving book publishing and printing for the general public. This existence aims to help the community in increasing book literacy. The purpose of this service is to increase service products in the productive business unit Yudharta Advertising and Press. Development activities are carried out with FGDs, creating websites, and developing partnerships. The result of this activity is that partners have increasingly varied service products and can be accessed easily by the wider community for their services to be utilized.

Abstract

Today's business competition requires every business actor to have e-commerce as a promotional or trade media so that it opens up a wide market share. This service aims to create e-commerce for Yudharta advertising and press as a media for sales promotion. The e-commerce that will be made is product sales from yudharta advertising and press including sales of ISBN books published by yudharta press. The service is carried out for one week, the implementation process is divided into three stages, namely the FDG process, gathering information, mentoring, and launching the program. The result of the dedication is the availability of e-commerce as a promotional media marketplace in increasing sales and opening up a wider market share

Abstract

Penggunaan plastik saat ini sudah meluas. Plastik banyak digunakan untuk keperluan rumah tangga dan industri, khususnya untuk kemasan makanan dan minuman. Kemasan yang tersisa seringkali dibuang begitu saja sehingga terjadi peningkatan penumpukan sampah plastik. Setiap tahunnya sekitar 182,7 miliar kantong plastik dipakai di Indonesia, sehingga pada akhirnya berbahaya bagi lingkungan dan masyarakat serta sampah botol plastik masih dianggap sebagai sampah yang kurang bernilai, termasuk pada permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra saat ini. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra ini salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan sampah botol plastik menjadi pot bunga. Kegiatan dan langkah ini jumlah sampah botol plastik bisa berkurang serta bernilai tinggi yang bisa digunakan sebagai media menanam tanaman dan bunga yang bisa dirangkai menjadi taman sederhana. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu pemanfaatan limbah botol plastik menjadi pot bunga sebagai dekorasi taman. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah melalui pendampingan kepada masyarakat selama satu minggu. Hasil pengabdian yaitu berkurangnya sampah botol plastic yang dibuang di tempat sampah dan terciptanya taman sederhana yang indah dari sampah botol plastik.

Abstract

The Industrial Era 5.0 and the current covid 19 pandemic have made almost all large, medium, and small companies including MSMEs transform by strengthening their business online to survive and compete, but with the development of technology and intense business competition indirectly many penetrate the market and segments that are not good for other competitors, one of which is the MSME sector for processing products from silkworms in Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of this study is to model the management of digital disruption in SMEs Handicraft processing of silkworm products in Pasuruan Regency through the integration approach of Business Model Canvas (BMC) and integer programming. The results showed that the management of digital disruption of SMEs in the craft of processing products from silkworms requires understanding to be able to optimally utilize online media, especially Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp in an effort to market products to create added value and to be created into various types of variations so as to increase the selling price. high with an increase rate of 5% at the beginning of its implementation.
