Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of digital strategy in increasing sales of hijab products at CV Age Group. This research uses market research methods to develop and implement a digital strategy focusing on social media and paid advertising campaigns without involving SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Sales data was analyzed to assess the impact of this strategy on product visibility and sales performance. The results showed that the digital strategy successfully increased the visibility and sales of hijab products. Social media effectively reached a wider audience and improved customer interaction, while paid advertising increased sales. The findings of this implication confirm the effectiveness of digital strategies in marketing hijab products and the importance of strategy updates to maintain a competitive advantage. Keywords: Digital Strategy, Hijab Sales, EPIC Model, digital marketing, digital strategy effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an optimal sales strategy for food SMEs by applying a data-driven game theory approach while examining its managerial implications for productivity improvement. Productivity is interpreted as improved business performance through more effective resource allocation and increased sales efficiency rather than as a direct operational productivity measure. The research employs a quantitative approach integrating descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing using SPSS, and game theory modeling solved with POM-QM. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires from 33 customers of a food service SME, evaluating attributes including price, taste, portion, presentation, and promotion. The novelty of this study lies in integrating empirical customer perception data into game-theoretic payoff matrices to support strategic decision-making in SMEs. Unlike previous studies relying on descriptive, AHP, or regression-based approaches, this research demonstrates a transparent and practical data-driven game theory framework for sales strategy optimization. The results show a saddle point with a game value of 1, indicating a pure strategy equilibrium. Promotion emerges as the dominant strategy for both competing menu products, with a probability of 1, suggesting that intensive promotional efforts provide the most stable and optimal outcome. These findings indicate that while price and taste remain important, promotion is the key strategic lever for improving sales performance and productivity. The study contributes to the literature by demonstrating the practical application of data-driven game theory to support SME decision-making and enhance marketing efficiency, competitiveness, and business productivity.

Abstract

This community empowerment program aimed to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of women through traditional snack production and marketing training in Sladi Village, Kejayan District, Pasuruan Regency, Indonesia. The program involved 30 members of the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) group and adopted a participatory approach consisting of preparation, training implementation, and evaluation stages. The training covered healthy traditional snack production, food hygiene and sanitation, production cost calculation, and digital marketing strategies. The results indicated improvements in participants’ knowledge and practical skills related to food production, financial management, and online promotion. Evaluation findings showed a high level of participant satisfaction, with 100% of participants expressing satisfaction with the training facilities, facilitator performance, usefulness of activities, product quality outcomes, and willingness to participate in similar programs in the future. Furthermore, participants demonstrated increased entrepreneurial motivation and greater confidence in developing home-based businesses. The program highlights the effectiveness of integrating technical, financial, and marketing competencies to support women’s empowerment, improve family income opportunities, and promote sustainable community development.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and apply a multidimensional performance measurement framework based on Social Return on Investment (SROI) to evaluate the sustainability and productivity of spring management systems. A mixed-method approach was employed using an extended six-stage SROI framework integrating economic, social-institutional, environmental, cultural-spiritual, and health-wellbeing dimensions. Data were collected from 187 stakeholders through structured surveys, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, 18 months of participatory observation, spring discharge measurements, and secondary data sources. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework and Social-Ecological Systems perspective into a multidimensional SROI model capable of capturing both market and non-market values, including cultural and social benefits. The results reveal an SROI ratio of 4.1:1, indicating that every unit of investment generated 4.1 units of social value. Economic impacts contributed 44% of the total benefits, followed by social-institutional (31%), environmental (18%), and cultural-spiritual (7%) dimensions. Productivity improvements were reflected through increased household income, reduced resource access time, enhanced ecosystem services, and strengthened local governance. The study demonstrates that sustainable spring management depends not only on ecological restoration but also on social capital and cultural engagement. This framework provides a comprehensive decision-support tool for assessing sustainability performance and guiding evidence-based conservation policies.

Abstract

The increasing use of recycled plastic waste as an alternative raw material requires manufacturing companies to maintain process efficiency and product quality while minimizing production failures. PT RII processes plastic waste into value-added products; however, its production process still generates a considerable amount of rejected products, particularly in pallet production. This study aims to identify dominant production waste, determine the major causes of pallet production failures, and establish improvement priorities using Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Production data from January to June 2026, including raw material input, production output, and rejected products, were analyzed using Lean Manufacturing to identify waste, Pareto analysis to determine dominant defects, and a fishbone diagram to identify potential causes. FMEA was subsequently applied by assessing Severity, Occurrence, and Detection to establish risk priorities. The results show that defect was the dominant waste, with total rejected products reaching 215,751.8 kg, representing 12.10% of the total raw material processed. Pallet reject was the largest defect category, accounting for 43.63% of total rejected products. The highest Risk Priority Number was associated with the Method factor at 432, followed by Machine at 240, Man at 168, Material at 105, and Environment at 80. The findings imply that improvement should prioritize standardized paste arrangement procedures, operator training, preventive maintenance and machine calibration, material composition standardization, and implementation of the 5S work culture to reduce production failures and improve process efficiency and product quality.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the workstation in the filling-packing process based on anthropometric data to reduce packing delay and improve production performance. Previous workstation redesign studies have predominantly focused on operator comfort and ergonomic considerations, while the integration of anthropometric design with work activity analysis and production performance, particularly in addressing human–machine imbalance in filling-packing operations, remains limited. The study employed a quantitative ergonomic approach involving 30 operators, with data collected through direct observation, interviews, anthropometric measurements, work activity analysis, and packing time measurement. Anthropometric data were analyzed to determine workstation dimensions, while the existing and redesigned work sequences were compared to identify inefficient activities and evaluate improvements in production performance. The redesign used the 50th percentile anthropometric dimensions as the primary design basis, resulting in a conveyor height of 102 cm, worktable height of 80 cm, worktable length of 73 cm, and worktable width of 144 cm. The redesigned workstation reduced the packing time per carton from 24.0 seconds to 11.2 seconds, representing a 53.3% reduction. The redesigned work sequence also reduced unnecessary movements and waiting activities, thereby improving workflow and reducing product accumulation at the conveyor end. These findings demonstrate that anthropometry-based workstation redesign, combined with work activity improvement, can contribute to reducing packing delays and improving production performance by supporting a more balanced interaction between operator capability and machine output.
