Abstract

Rendahnya pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk pangan segar salah satunya karena faktor informasi antara konsumen dan produsen tidak terjalin dengan baik. Peningkatan kualitas dapat tercapai jika aliran informasi dari konsumen hingga pelaku hulu dapat dibangun. Media sosial merupakan salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan kedekatan antara produsen dan konsumen. Pada era digital, pengembangan media sosial sebagai strategi pemasaran telah membawa perubahan terhadap para pelaku hilir. Salah satunya yaitu perkembangan social commerce. Locarvest sebagai salah satu pelaku hilir pemasaran produk pangan segar di wilayah Bandung yang menerapkan social commerce melalui aplikasi Instagram dan Whatsapp. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media sosial tersebut memungkinkan konsumen untuk dapat berhubungan lebih dekat dengan pelaku hulu pertanian, serta sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi produk pertanian. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemberdayaan konsumen melalui peningkatan pemahaman konsumen terhadap produk pangan berkualitas. Kegiatan studi dimulai dengan melakukan pra-pemberdayaan menggunakan sosial media. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif, survey, dan pemberdayaan secara daring melalui video conference Zoom. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 65% peserta dapat menjawab pertanyaan terkait kualitas pangan dengan benar dan 35% diantaranya belum memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan kualitas pangan. Pada kegiatan pemberdayaan, peserta diberikan materi mengenai kualitas pangan ekstrinsik dan intrinsik, serta pangan berkelanjutan dari sisi ekonomi, sosial, lingkungan serta peningkatan hubungan konsumen dengan pelaku agribisnis, dan para peserta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terkait kualitas pangan yang ditunjukkan melalui hasil pre-test 100%.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi banyak sektor. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengatasi pandemi dan menurunkan tingkat penyebaran Covid-19 ini telah menghambat aktivitas sehari-hari hingga aktivitas jual beli yang dilakukan oleh usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi mengingat krisis ekonomi yang diakibatkan diakibatkan pandemi ini. Maka diperlukan kontribusi langsung dari pemerintah serta masyarakat dalam membangun UMKM. Pemerintah mendukung UMKM untuk bertransformasi menjadi usaha digital dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital yang sudah ada. Dalam makalah ini, disajikan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarkat (PPM) yang terintegrasi dengan kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Mahasiswa (KKNM) yang bertujuan untuk mendampingan para pelaku unit usaha UMKM dalam perencanaan dan strategi berbisnis secara online dengan menggunakan Model Optimisasi Internet Online (ISHOP). Kegiatan dilakukan dengan tujuan melihat perubahan pengetahuan UMKM tentang harga pokok penjualan, menentukan harga jual produk, target penjualan, dan optimisasi produksi yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Lokakarya. Sebelum pelaksanaan wokshop, dilakukan terlebih dahulu survey terdapat tingkat pengentahuan UMKM mengenai perencanaan produksi, pencatatan keuangan dan strategi marketing. Pada saat pelaksanaan Lokakarya dilakukan pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan model optmisasi ISHOP melalui pre-test dan post-test yang disebarkan kepada peserta Lokakarya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa terdapat perubahan signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta Lokakarya sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti kegiatan Lokakarya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT West Java has cluster of horticulture developed by Padjadjaran University in Lembang and Pangalengan. In 2017, Padjadjaran University in collaboration with TU-Delf, an engineering university in the Netherlands, to create a value co-creation workshop in Ciwidey Sub-district with output forming a vegetable cluster in Ciwidey. In December 2017, two farmer groups that have been established begin to deliver to the modern market through vendors, Locarvest. The buying and selling system agreed by Locarvest and the modern markets is buying and selling where unsold products will be replaced with fresh produce on subsequent shipments. The sale system is very detrimental to Locarvest if there are many vegetables that are returned and cannot be sold anymore because they have deteriorated. Therefore, Locarvest needs to have the ability to forecast market demand to compute the number of product returns. The method used is the time series method with the model forecasting Simple Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Basic Exponential Smoothing, Holt, and Arima. The results of this study show the best forecasting model to forecast Locarvest product demand is Weighted Moving Average. The results of the forecasting model can decrease the number of returns by 62.56% from 1,028 packs to 644 packs. In addition, the bullwhip effect also declined by 0.65 from 1.38 to 0,73.ABSTRAKJawa Barat memiliki klaster hortikultura yang dibina oleh Universitas Padjadjaran di Lembang dan Pangalengan. Pada tahun 2017, Universitas Padjadjaran bekerja sama dengan TU-Delf, sebuah universitas teknik di Belanda, untuk membuat sebuah workshop value co-creation di Kecamatan Ciwidey dengan output membentuk suatu klaster sayuran di Ciwidey. Pada Desember 2017, dua kelompok tani yang telah dibentuk mulai melakukan pengiriman ke pasar modern melalui vendor, Locarvest. Sistem jual beli yang disepakati oleh Locarvest dan pasar-pasar modern adalah jual beli tukar guling dimana produk yang tidak terjual akan diganti dengan produk segar pada pengiriman selanjutnya. Sistem penjualan tersebut sangat merugikan Locarvest apabila terdapat banyak sayuran yang dikembalikan dan tidak bisa dijual lagi karena telah mengalami deteriorasi. Oleh karena itu, Locarvest perlu memiliki kemampuan meramal permintaan pasar untuk mengarangi jumlah pengembalian produk. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode time series dengan model peramalan Simple Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Basic Exponential Smoothing, Holt, dan Arima. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model peramalan terbaik untuk meramal permintaan produk Locarvest adalah Weighted Moving Average. Hasil model peramalan dapat menurunkan jumlah retur sebesar 62,56% dari 1.028 pack menjadi 644 pack. Selain itu, nilai bullwhip effect juga menurun sebesar 0,65 dari 1,38 menjadi 0,73.

Abstract

Tea is a drink with a unique taste that has health benefits and is known as a refreshing plant. Modern fushion brand is one way of serving tea by combining new ingredients or drinks with innovative flavors. The digital era is one factor that plays a role in creating innovation and product marketing. For this reason, the use of technology in the form of social media that continues to develop can help companies and become an opportunity for entrepreneurs to run their businesses. Menantea is one of the new companies that experiences problems in its sales, one of which is because there are competitors. Therefore, alternative strategies are needed to deal with business competition. The research method used is qualitative with case study research techniques. The analytical tools used in this study are the IFE matrix, EFE, IE, and QSPM. Based on the results of the IFE and EFE matrices it is known that the Menantea company has strong internal conditions and high external conditions. The results on the IE matrix show that the Menantea company is in growth and building a position in quadrant 1. Thus, companies should carry out alternative strategies according to the results of the QSPM analysis, namely by increasing sales promotion activities using social media digital platforms, expanding product distribution by opening stores in various regions in Indonesia, innovating and developing products, as well as maintaining the company's characteristics and increasing competitive advantage.

Abstract

Masalah utama yang diselesaikan dalam PPM Internal Unpad 2022 ini adalah bagaimana memberikan pendampingan pada usaha kecil yang ada di masyarakat untuk dapat membuka usaha secara online dan menggunakan internet atau smartphone  melalui media social sebagai upaya peningkatan manajemen usaha pada unit usaha yang telah berjalan, khususnya pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini.  Dasar pemikiran merujuk pada kondisi bahwa media sosial telah berevolusi untuk menjadi alternatif cara berkomunikasi dan berbagi informasi serta ketertarikan. Indonesia merupakan negara keempat dengan jumlah pengguna internet terbesar. Pertumbuhan pesat dari sosial media beserta jaringannya terutama di negara-negara berkembang membuka lahan baru untuk adanya kontak antara produsen dan konsumen.Kontak antara produsen dan konsumen inilah yang biasanya dikenal dengan kegiatan berbelanja secara online. Keterkaitan antara penggunaan sosial media dengan kegiatan online shopping sangat erat.Untuk menganalisis data media sosial diperlukan pengetahuan yang dalam mengenai teknologi Internet, media sosial, basis data, struktur data, teori informasi, penambangan data, pembelajaran mesin, sampai kepada teknik visualisasi data dan informasi. Analisis media sosial bertujuan untuk pengembangan dan evaluasi informasi serta mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, menganalisis, menyimpulkan, dan memvisualisasikan data dari media sosial. Analisis media sosial adalah proses untuk melihat, analisis, mengukur, dan prediksi interaksi digital, relasi, topik, ide-ide atau konten pada media sosial. Selanjutnya dalam rangka mendukung perkembangan perekonomian bangsa, diharapkan pendampingan ini dapat membantu para pelaku usaha kecil dalam bersosial media dalam hal peningkatan profit dan produktivas usaha. Lokasi PPM dipilih Desa Jatimukti yang terletak sekitar 5 KM dari Kampus Unpad Jatinangor.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the leading plantation commodities cultivated in various countries, including Indonesia. Bandung Regency is a significant producer of arabica coffee, having the highest production, largest area, and greatest productivity of arabica coffee in West Java. The vast potential of coffee makes it the main commodity at the Koperasi Produsen Tani Hutan Giri Senang (KPTHGS). This research aims to identify internal and external factors that play a role in business sustainability and formulate alternative development strategies for the arabica coffee agroindustry at KPTHGS using the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) approach. The research employs a qualitative method, gathering data through participatory observation, interviews, scientific journals, and documentation. The analytical tools utilized include the IFE, EFE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The research results show that the IFE matrix score is 3.069824 and the EFE matrix score is 3.20652, positioning KPTHGS in cell I of the IE matrix, indicating a growth and build position. The study concludes that the prioritized strategies for execution are maintaining product quality, developing and innovating products, establishing partnership cooperation with farmers or collectors as raw material suppliers, and expanding marketing networks by forming partnerships with cafes or distributors.

Abstract

“Buruan SAE" Mang Oded is one of the "Buruan SAE" urban farming groups as a program promoted by the Bandung City Agriculture and Food Security to solve the problem of food availability. In its development, "Buruan SAE" Mang Oded faced obstacles, there are the lack of community participation and the stagnation of the business development. This study aims to identify internal and external factors that influence the development of Mang Oded's "Buruan SAE" and determine the right development strategy. The research design used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection method were carried out though interviews, observation, and documentation with the decision makers at “ Buruan SAE” Mang Oded. The analytical tools used in this study are the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT and QSPM matrix. Based on the calculation results, the total score of the IFE matrix is 2.843 and the total score of EFE matrix is 3.066 which indicates that the group's internal and external factor conditions are above average. The group's current position based on the IE matrix is in cell II, which is the Growth and Build strategy. Based on the SWOT matrix, four alternative strategies are obtained which are then analyzed using the QSPM, there are: (1) Utilizing social media and creating the new innovations, (2) Optimizing land use, (3) Using special labels or brands on products and develop the type of product, and (4) Maintaining market and cooperative relations with the government.

Abstract

Purchases of coffee beverages have increased partly due to the needs of people with high mobility and the new habits of WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, the non-cash payment system in Indonesia has also increased quite rapidly through the Cashless Payment System. This requires coffee beverages businesses and Cashless Payment System companies to fulfill consumer wants and needs by following existing trends and technological developments. This study aims to describe the characteristics and decision processes of consumers when purchasing coffee beverages using the Cashless Payment System as a payment method, as well as to determine the factors that influence consumer decisions in purchasing coffee beverages through the Cashless Payment System at Kopi Kali Place. The research method used by researchers is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there are four new factors that influence the decision to purchase coffee beverages by users of the Cashless Payment System at Kopi Kali Place, namely, discount and promo factors, price and quality, ease of transaction, social and personal. The factors that contribute the most are discounts and promos, price and quality.

Abstract

Tea is one of the plantation commodities in Indonesia which has a production ranking in the top 10 in the world according to FAO data (2022). However, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency, tea exports in Indonesia have decreased in the last 10 years. PTPN VIII which produces tea has a broad global market, which has the 10 largest export destination countries. The decline in exports may show the need for good supply chain management with product standards and quality that can compete with other countries' products then, an effectively managed supply chain is needed. Difficulties that arise in agricultural supply chains such as perishability, seasonality, varying quality, and requiring a lot of space. This study focuses on supply chain risk at PTPN VIII Kebun Rancabali Sinumbra Unit as one of the units which position of the Sinumbra Unit in PTPN VIII Region III shows 9% and is in the eighth order of the nine existing plantations in Region III. The use of a fishbone diagram as a mapping for the risks obtained, then followed by the FMEA method to determine risk priorities and the AHP method as a tool for determining priorities in making decisions on mitigation actions. The results of this research are 18 risks in supply chain risk mapping using a fishbone diagram, then four supply chain variables are found, namely, plan, source, make, and delivery with a total of 10 risks that are the priority. Risks that are prioritized based on calculations using the FMEA method come from the plan variable, namely the work target for the production of raw materials is not implemented. All of these priority risks are then included in the AHP method for decision-making in alternative mitigation strategies, indicating the variable plan with the risk of processing work targets not being implemented is a priority in taking mitigation actions including periodic machine maintenance, increasing supervision of workers, and evaluation every six months for RKAPP.

Abstract

Vegetables are one of the horticultural commodities that have high economic value and opportunity in the market. However, vegetables supply chain in Indonesia is often identified with the traditional supply chain of long marketing chains, difficult market access for farmers, low competitiveness, farmers’ low income, and injustice to supply chain actors, especially between farmers and wholesalers. In creating a structured supply chain, value co-creation intervention applied to synergize farmers and wholesalers in Ciwidey Sub-district to understand each other’s problems then seek solutions to solve them. This research has been conducted in Ciwidey Sub-district, West Java. This research aims to measure the competitiveness and farmers income of each wholesaler’s group before and after value co-creation intervention. The result shows that variables competitiveness and income of Sari Hejo Farmer Group and Hidayah Alam Farmer Group have significant positive changed, while one of three indicator variable of competitiveness has not significantly changed.
