Abstract

Fertilizer is a supporter of soil growth and enrichment so as to increase agricultural production while at the same time improving environmental quality. The use of fertilizer is adjusted to the amount of land needed and the number of seeds purchased. In reality, fertilizer for shallots is still difficult to obtain, and prices are still high above retail prices, making shallot farmers want fertilizer subsidies from the government even though the subsidies provided are still inadequate and uneven. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of providing fertilizer on land area, seed needs, and prediction of fertilizer needs for shallots. The results of this analysis resulted in the design of business processes in the supply of fertilizers using the Business Process Reengineering Life Cycle method. Primary data collection was carried out using questionnaires and interviews with shallot farmers. The results showed that the production of fertilizer needs in accordance with the area of land and the number of seeds used. Therefore, efforts to increase the competitiveness of shallots can be carried out by proposing the BPR Life Cycle, so that the proposed framework is expected to be realized in order to increase productivity and build farmer institutions to realize further agricultural development.

Abstract

Agriculture is a source of income for the country. One of the most promising agricultural commodities is shallots. Shallots are always found in every traditional market, traditional markets are one of the connecting places between buyers and sellers of shallots to carry out buying and selling activities of shallots. Onion buying and selling activities carried out in traditional markets are still conventional in this case, such as payment processing activities that still use cash, then in traditional markets the price of shallots is still not fixed, aka buyers can still haggle, so these two things are quite time-consuming and personnel in business process activities of shallot sales transactions. For this reason, here the author has the goal of doing business process reengineering to make the business process of buying and selling shallots in traditional markets more effective and efficient. By using the business process reengineering method, shallot transaction activities can be carried out using an e-commerce system, where the aim of this e-commerce system is to produce faster times for shallot transaction activities, process trimming, and reduce human resources in previous business process activities. as well as reducing costs. Thus, it is hoped that e-commerce can make the business process of buying and selling shallots between consumers and shallot traders more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The agricultural sector in Indonesia is a superior sector compared to other sectors. The red onion commodity in Indonesia has the highest household consumption rate. Nowadays, technological developments are widely used to support existing agriculture to get maximum results. One of the technologies that can be used in agriculture is blockchain. The application of blockchain has gained importance in information systems and information technology research in the agricultural sector. However, in Indonesia, precisely in Central Java, there is no red onion supply chain management that uses blockchain technology for data storage, data security and data transparency. The author has a goal to re-engineer to overcome these problems by implementing blockchain technology using the Hyperledger Fabric and modeling business processes with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). This research uses the Business Process Re-Engineering Life Cycle method in which this research produces red onion supply chain management with a new business process that is described by Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and produces blockchain applications with various features and testing has been carried out using the Black box testing method with the result that existing features can run well without problems and the web application is running according to user needs to support supply chain management deficiencies so that they become more optimal and transparent in data storage.

Abstract

To advance agriculture in Indonesia, farmers must be able to calculate the need for fertilizer, optimal use of pesticides, the amount of irrigation water required, the type of seed and the suitable land area in order to get maximum and sustainable agricultural yields. Besides that, farmers must also know the efforts in preventing and handling diseases. Therefore, researchers developed a prototype for recording data on agricultural activities both carried out by farmers and recording the condition of agricultural land by IOT. The Business Process Reengineering method is used to obtain an AS-IS system analysis so that a blueprint model is obtained that is suitable for recording agricultural activities. So that red onion farmers can manage customer relationships while performing their agricultural activities using this web-based information system application prototype. The results of the recording carried out by farmers and IOT using the Laravel web-based application development and using PostgreSQL version 14 can be used to provide input and notifications to farmers regarding actions that need to be taken.

Abstract

E-commerce is selling and buying goods through an online or online system. One of the business models in which consumers sell products to other consumers is the Customer to Customer (C2C) business model. One thing that needs to be considered in the business model is knowing the level of customer loyalty. By knowing the level of customer loyalty, the company can provide several different treatments to its customers to maintain good relationships with customers and increase product purchase revenue. In this study, the author wants to segment customers on data in E-commerce companies in Brazil using the K-Means clustering algorithm using the RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) feature and display it in the form of a dashboard using the Streamlit framework. Several stages of research must be carried out. Firstly, taking data from the open public data site (Kaggle), then merging the data to select some data that needs to be used, understanding data by displaying it in graphic form, and conducting data selection to select features/attributes. The step follows the proposed method, performs data preprocessing, creates a model to get the cluster, and finally displays it as a dashboard using Streamlit. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the number of clusters is 4 clusters with the evaluation value of the model using the silhouette score is 0.470.

Abstract

Diseases on apple leaves are becoming a major issue for apple growers since they can cause the crop to fail. Due to the diversity of diseases that can affect apple leaves, it can be challenging for farmers to determine the cause of leaf damage. The purpose of this research is to evaluate a convolutional neural network (CNN) method for its potential use in solving the problem of apple leaf disease identification. Four types of illness are dealt with: normal, multi-illness, rusty, and scabby. Many methods, such as data preparation and a preset VGG-16 artificial neural network (CNN) architecture, are recommended for use in the deep artificial neural network processing method. The most precise outcomes occurred when the beta parameter value was set to 2 = 0.999 at Ephoch to 85/100 with an accuracy of 0.7582, and when the epsilon parameter value was set to 1e-07 at Ephoch to 32/100 with an accuracy of 0.7582 with the best accuracy.

Abstract

Red Onions are a horticultural commodity belonging to the spice vegetable group and an important role for economy of the Indonesian people. In red onion farming there have a problem of price fluctuations which result in an uneven and less transparent distribution of red onions yields, thus affecting both consumers and producers. To answer these problems, we designed a system to maintain and store red onion harvest data for farmers, collectors, distributors, and retailers in the form of a blockchain-based supply chain system. This system can maintain the validity of transactions in the supply chain of red onion farming with a private blockchain with Hyperledger Fabric. Then the data on the blockchain system will be displayed through the Hyperledger Explorer website. This system already passed the Black Box Testing system. From the research and testing of the system that has been made, this system can help the red onion farming to maintain the validity of transactions in the supply chain management.
