Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Fish Bowl method on students' critical thinking in the history subject of class XI IPS SMAN 8 Jambi City in the academic year 2021/2022? This type of research is a quasi-experimental (Quasi Experimental Design). The total population in this study was 284 people. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling, so that 35 students of class XI IPS 4 were selected as the control class and 35 students of class XI IPS 5 were selected as the experimental class. The data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires to research respondents and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study was the t-test using the SPSS For Windows Version 16 program. The results showed that (1) the results of the Pre-Test & Post-Test Experimental Class obtained a total score of 4187. (2) the results of the Pre-Test & Post-Test The Control Class Test obtained a total value of 3344. Furthermore, it can be seen by the analysis used using the Normality Test withJurnal IstoriaProdi Pendidikan Sejarah E-ISSN 2597-8845FKIP Universitas Batanghari Jambi Vol. 6 No. 2. September 202275the results of the significance value, 0.040 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed, followed by homogeneity test analysis with the results of Sig. Levene statistic > 0.05 ie 0.280 > 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the research data is homogeneous, and the t-test is -34.104 and the sig value is 0.000. So, the value of Sig. 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected. That is, there is a significant influence on the use of the Fish Bowl learning model on students' critical thinking in history subjects. Based on the results of the research that the researchers obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the Fish Bowl Method on students' critical thinking in the history subject of class XI SMAN 8 Jambi City.

Abstract

Pelayanan administrasi kependudukan pada Kantor Desa Bandar Klippa saat ini masih menggunkan cara manual yaitu dalam proses pembuatan surat masih menggunakan Microsoft Word, pengolahan data penduduk masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel, pengolahan arsip masih menggunakan buku agenda dan pembuatan laporan masih secara tertulis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan pada Kantor Desa Bandar Klippa menggunakan Framework Laravel. Penelitian ini guna untuk memudahkan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan, dalam pembuatan surat, pengolahan data penduduk dan juga pengolahan arsip dan laporan pada Kantor Desa Bandar Klippa Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam skripsi ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan kepustakaan. Aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang merupakan salah satu dari beberapa metode SDLC digunakan sebagai tools untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan. Kata Kunci :Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, Framework Laravel, Waterfall, Website

Abstract

Hampir sepertiga dari dunia melakukan lockdown akibat Covid-19, sehingga dengan cepat merubah aktivitas social dan ekonomi yang harus dilakukan dari rumah. Work from Home adalah pengalaman yang sangat baru bagi lembaga pendidikan. Studi yang disajikan dalam artikel ini berusaha mengeksplorasi dampak Covid-19 terhadap pembelajaran online selama diberlakukannya Work from Home. Dalam penelitian ini, dimensi yang dieksplore a?ect, perception of course, perceived learning outcome, attitude, intrinsic motivation dan extrinsic motivation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, teknik analisis dan interpretasi data menggunakan model tematik. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa 1) Dukungan proaktif dari pihak sekolah yang mau memberikan kesempatan melakukan pembelajaran online dengan berbagai kondisi siswa tersebut. 2) Orang tua tetap harus memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan anak, karena anak sewaktu-waktu dapat relaps dikemudian hari. 3) Tuntutan pembelajaran online untuk siswa sekolah Taman Kanak-kanak selama work from home dapat terkontrol dengan baik ketika guru dan orang tua siswa saling bekerjasama dalam hal yang positif.

Abstract

Pendekatan SAVI adalah proses belajar siswa dengan menggabungkan gerakan fisik dengan aktifitas intelektual dan penggunaan semua indera dapat berpengaruh besar pada pembelajaran. Pendekatan SAVI menggabungkan empat komponen yang berpengaruh pada pembelajaran di kelas. Keempat cara belajar ini harus ada agar belajar berlangsung optimal. Istilah SAVI kependekan dari Somatic (S) yang bermakna gerakan , Auditory (A) bermakna bahwa belajar dengan mendengarkan, Visual (V) bermakna belajar menggunakan indra mata, Intellectual (I) bermakna bahwa belajar menggunakan kemampuan berpikir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil dari pengembangan bahan biologi dengan pendekatan berbasis Pendekatan SAVI. Pengembangan materi pembelajaran ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Sebuah produk yang dihasilkan oleh penelitian ini adalah materi pembelajaran sebagai buku siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa hasil validasi dari validator ahli dinyatakan valid dengan rata-rata 76,92%, dan validator pengguna dinyatakan sangat valid dengan rata-rata 87,98%, uji coba kelompok kecil diperoleh bahwa keterbacaan buku siswa menunjukkan kriteria sangat valid dari komponen keseluruhan yang artinya siswa mampu memahami dengan mudah buku yang dikembangkan dan pada uji coba terbatas diperoleh bahwa respon siswa terhadap buku siswa sangat valid. Ini berarti pada hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata setiap komponen antara 79,78 -100 sehingga dinyatakan sangat valid. Penggunaan buku siswa berbasis SAVI mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari selisisih rata-rata pretest maupun posttest dan motivasi awal siswa sebelum menggunakan buku siswa dan motivasi akhir siswa setelah menggunakan buku siswa yang mengalami peningkatan. Abstract

Seluang batu (Paracrossochilus vittatus) is one of the Borneo endemic fish from Cyprinidae Family that live in high stream water. The aim of this study was to know the food habit and niche breadth of seluang batu in Mentuka River. This study was conducted 3 months from November 2016 to January 2017. The sampling method used in this research was purposive random sampling. Seluang batu was taken from three stations in the Mentuka River using trap nets. The fish was measured in length and weight, then dissected to find out the type of food in the stomach. Food analysis was determined using index of preponderance and the niche breadth using Smith’s index. The results showed that seluang batu in Mentuka River including herbivore because they eat microalgae, namely Synedra was main food. Nice breadth of seluang batu for peryphiton was 0.71 meanwhile plankton was 0.20. Most of peryphiton and plankton in Mentuka River are Bacillariophyceae. The Mentuka River environtment supported the life of seluang batu and their natural food, namely the temperature about 26-28 ̊C, current speed was about 1-2,6 m/s, pH was about 6,8-7,3, dissolved oxygen was about 6,1-7 mg/L and free CO2 was 3,9-5,0 mg/L. Abstract

ABSTRAKLimbah cangkang telur merupakan salah satu limbah yang belum tertangani di KSPM GURAMI Kecamatan Semanu Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Limbah cangkang telur berasal dari hatchery dan pabrik pengolahan roti. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji potensi limbah cangkang telur yang berasal dari hatchery dan pabrik pengolahan roti. Sampel dari hatchery dan pabrik pengolahan roti dilakukan pra perlakuan yaitu perebusan dalam suhu 80°C selama 15 menit dan perendaman dengan H3PO4 4-5%. Kemudian sampel tersebut dilakukan analisa proksimat dan SEM-EDX. Hasil kajian menunjukkan kandungan protein kasar limbah cangkang telur hatchery 4,85%. Hasil analisa EDX kandungan Ca 31,81%, Mg 2,93%, P 4,48%. Sedangkan limbah bakery protein kasar 4,84%, Ca 36,62%, Mg tidak terdeteksi, P 0,03 %. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa limbah cangkang telur hatchery dan bakery masih memiliki nilai nutrisi, sehingga dapat dipergunakan sebagai bahan baku pangan, pakan atau material lain. Analisa SEM limbah hatchery terdapat dua material cangkang dan membran kaya kolagen, sedangkan limbah bakery hanya sedikit terdapat membran cangkang telur dan tampak tipis.Keywords: hatchery, limbah, SEM-EDX, proksimatEggshells: Characteristics of Hatchery (Broiler) and Bakery (Layer) Eggs Waste Using SEM-EDXABSTRACTEggshell waste was one of the untreated wastes at KSPM GURAMI, Semanu District, Gunungkidul Regency. The eggshell waste came from hatcheries and bakery factories. The purpose of this research was to examine the potential for eggshell waste from hatcheries and bakery factories. Samples from the hatchery and bread processing factory were pre-treated, namely boiling at 80 ° C for 15 minutes and immersing with 4-5% H3PO4. Then the sample was analyzed proximate and SEM-EDX. The results showed that the crude protein content of hatchery eggshell waste was 4.85%. The results of EDX analysis contained 31.81% Ca, 2.93% Mg, 4.48% P. Meanwhile, the bread factory waste for crude protein was 4.84%, 36.62% Ca, Mg was not detected, 0.03% P. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the waste of hatchery and bakery eggshells still has nutritional value, so that it can be used as raw material for food, feed, or other materials. SEM analysis of hatchery waste contained two shell materials and a membrane rich in collagen, while bakery waste contained only a small amount of eggshell membrane and looked thin.Keywords: hatchery, waste, SEM-EDX, proximate

Abstract

Capital structure is the proportion of a company's finances between internal and external sources of funds as financing a company and as a determinant of the amount of debt for funding the company's operations. The higher use of debt in the capital structure can increase installments and interest payments that become business obligations and can result in the risk of cash flow not being fulfilled, resulting in a decrease in stock prices and the bankruptcy of the company. This study aims to examine the effect of sales growth, asset structure, profitability, and business risk on capital structure. The data used in this study are secondary. The population of this study is made up of basic industrial and chemical companies listed on the IDX in 2017–2022. The sampling technique used in this study was the purposive sampling method. The sample selected was 19 companies through predetermined criteria. Test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that sales growth does not affect the capital structure. Asset structure has a positive effect on capital structure. Profitability negatively affects the capital structure. Business risk does not affect the capital structure

Abstract

The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Office layout, job facilities are excellent and job satisfaction is satisfied. 2) The results of the regression analysis are Ŷ = 2,648 + 0,759X1 + 0,136X2 meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilai r = 0.767, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between office layout and job facilities with employees job satisfaction. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R =0,589 means that Employees job satisfaction can be explained by office layout and job facilities by 58,9%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Office Layout, Job Facilities, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using audio-visual based interactive learning media in improving the memorization abilities of students at TPA Al-Barokah Bukuan. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that audio-visual based learning media, such as animated videos of Al-Qur'an verses, audio murottals, and interactive applications, are able to increase learning motivation, simplify the memorization process, and speed up students' memory retention. This media also helps students understand the context and meaning of memorized verses, thereby improving the overall quality of memorization. However, there are several obstacles such as limited technological facilities and the need for teacher training to maximize the use of this media. This research concludes that audio-visual based learning media is an effective, innovative solution for improving students' memorization abilities, provided that there is a need for adequate support and training facilities.

Abstract

Keragaman kemampuan pada siswa menjadi tantangan dalam melakukan asesmen kemampuan umum siswa. Situasi seperti ini, asesmen berdiferensiasi tampak menjadi pilihan yang tepat, selain mengukur hasil kemampuan siswa namun juga mengukur proses belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi asesmen berdiferensiasi di TK Ukan Hasupa kelas B sebagai upaya mengakomodasi keragaman kemampuan, minat, dan kebutuhan belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen berdiferensiasi memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterlibatan dan perkembangan siswa, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Guru menyesuaikan materi, metode, dan produk asesmen berdasarkan profil belajar masing-masing siswa. Implementasi asesmen ini tidak hanya memperkuat proses pembelajaran yang inklusif, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, dan kolaborasi. Meskipun demikian, pelaksanaannya memerlukan persiapan matang, kompetensi guru yang memadai, serta dukungan sarana dan kerja sama dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa asesmen berdiferensiasi selaras dengan prinsip kurikulum merdeka dan relevan diterapkan dalam pendidikan anak usia dini.
