ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the financial performance of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk ... This study uses secondary data sourced from the website of The Indonesia Capital Market Institute in the form of an annual report of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in 2011-2015. Data were analyzed using financial performance measurements based on analysis of the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio and the Capital Asset Management Earning Liquidity (CAMEL) ratio consisting of Capital Adequecy Ratio (CAR), Productive Asset Ratio (KAP), Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratio , the ratio of Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The results showed that the financial performance based on the ratio of Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is categorized HEALTHY with an average ROA value of 3.46% from the provision of financial performance standards of 1.215%. Based on CAMEL analysis for CAR, KAP, NPM, BOPO, and LDR ratios, the financial performance of the bank is HEALTHY.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of e-wom and perceived value on purchasing decisions at the Shopee online store for consumers in Langsa City. The study used primary data sourced from research questionnaires. The study used a sample of 96 people with data analysis methods using multiple linear regression equations, t test, F test and R2 test. The results of the study show that e-wom and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions made by consumers at the Shopee online store. Abstract

THE EFFECT OF TAXES AND LEVIES ON LOCAL ORIGINAL REVENUES IN CITY GOVERNMENTS IN ACEH PROVINCE IS VIEWED FROM AN ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE Abstract Purpose: This study aims to investigate the impact of taxes and fees on the local revenue of five city governments in Aceh Province, examining it from an Islamic perspective Design/methodology/approach: The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing panel data with a cross-section of five city governments (Banda Aceh, Sabang, Langsa, Lhokseumawe, and Subulusalam) and a time series spanning from 2008 to 2021. The data analysis employs panel data regression. Findings: The results reveal a significant influence of taxes and fees on regional revenue in the five city governments of Aceh Province. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 81% of regional revenue can be explained by the variables of taxes and fees. However, it is important to note that the study has limitations, focusing solely on city governments and excluding the broader government of Aceh. Research limitations/implications: The limitations of this research include its exclusive focus on city governments and the omission of the entire Aceh government. Future studies could explore the broader regional context. Practical implications: The research provides valuable insights for city governments in enhancing the welfare of their constituents through local revenue generated from regional taxes and levies. PENGARUH PAJAK DAN RETRIBUSI TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DI PEMERINTAH KOTA DI PROVINSI ACEH DILIHAT DARI PERSPEKTIF ISLAM Abstrak Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak pajak dan biaya terhadap pendapatan asli daerah dari lima pemerintah kota di Provinsi Aceh, memeriksanya dari perspektif Islam Desain/metodologi/pendekatan: Penelitian ini mengadopsi pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, memanfaatkan data panel dengan penampang lima pemerintah kota (Banda Aceh, Sabang, Langsa, Lhokseumawe, dan Subulusalam) dan rangkaian waktu yang mencakup dari 2008 hingga 2021. Analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel. Kesimpulan: Hasilnya menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan dari pajak dan biaya terhadap pendapatan daerah di lima pemerintah kota di Provinsi Aceh. Koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa 81% dari pendapatan daerah dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pajak dan biaya. Namun, penting untuk dicatat bahwa penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan, hanya berfokus pada pemerintah kota dan mengecualikan pemerintah Aceh yang lebih luas. Keterbatasan / implikasi penelitian: Keterbatasan penelitian ini termasuk fokus eksklusifnya pada pemerintah kota dan kelalaian seluruh pemerintah Aceh. Studi masa depan dapat mengeksplorasi konteks regional yang lebih luas. Implikasi praktis: Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pemerintah kota dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan konstituen mereka melalui pendapatan daerah yang dihasilkan dari pajak dan retribusi daerah. Abstract

The ever-developing information technology requires that every element of society and companies must innovate and adapt. These developments are also used by banking companies and in this research Islamic banks. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of customers as customers of banks using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model approach. Methods of data analysis using quantitative data with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show an indirect relationship to a significant proposition, among which a significant indirect effect is Interest in using Mobile Banking (BI) affects Bank Customer Satisfaction (CS) through the Use of Mobile Banking (AU) positively and significantly. Facilitating Conditions affect Bank Customer Satisfaction (CS) through the actual use of mobile banking (AU). Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of webform on customer satisfaction with knowledge as a moderating variable. The data analysis method uses quantitative with a questionnaire data source with a sample size of 100 samples. Data analysis uses Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The research results obtained a constant value of 2.078 indicating customer satisfaction before being influenced by the webform variable. Then the regression coefficient value of 0.532 The results of the t-test obtained a t-sig value < α5% (0.05), namely 0.000 < 0.05 and it can be stated that web form has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The MRA test results show that knowledge is a quasi-moderator or pseudo-moderator variable between the dependent variable customer satisfaction and the independent variable webform.

Abstract

Pempek merupakan salah satu makanan khas di Kota Pelembang Sumatera Selatan. Pempek di suguhkan beserta dengan pelengkap yaitu cuko. Pempek terbuat dari tepung, ikan, serta bahan pelengkap lainnya, sementara cuko terbuat dari gula, air, bawang putih, asam serta cabai. Baik pempek maupun cuko memiliki daya tahan yang tidak lama, sehingga bila ingin menjual (berdagang pempek) harus segera habis, bila tidak pempek akan rusak dan tidak layak konsumsi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dilakukan pendampingan pada pelaku usaha pempek BRN di kelurahan Lorok Pakjo Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang, sehingga produk yang dibuat dapat bertahan lebih lama dan tidak merugikan pelaku usaha. Abstract

The study aims to determine the factors that influence the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages in Langsa. The study used a sample of 96 respondents who were Telkomsel internet package users in Langsa City. The data analysis method uses validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis test. The results obtained from three factors namely product quality, price and brand image have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. The coefficient of determination test results obtained by 0.531 or 53.1 product quality, price and brand image affect the purchase decision of Telkomsel internet packages and the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables not examined. Abstract

Islamic banks as a company still have a goal of profit, where profit is often used as a measure of the company's performance. One of the profit ratios is the return on assets (ROA) ratio. Then the ROA in the previous study was influenced by many factors, while in this study it was seen based on the net performance financing (NPF) ratio, financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and net return (NI). The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the NPF ratio, FDR ratio, and NI ratio on the ROA ratio. The research population was Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), namely 4 companies with data from the first-fourth quarter of 2021 to the second quarter of 2024. Panel data regression data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that simultaneously net performance financing (NPF), financing to deposit ratio (FDR), and net return (NI) were significant on the return on assets (ROA) ratio, but partially net performance financing (NPF) did not affect the return on assets (ROA) ratio while financing to deposit ratio (FDR) and net return (NI) were significant on the return on assets (ROA) ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di kawasan Jalan Lunjuk Jaya hingga Jalan Sungai Sahang, Kota Palembang, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Fenomena PKL yang mendominasi sektor ekonomi informal menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan 30 pedagang di lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan PKL sangat bervariasi, dipengaruhi oleh modal usaha, jam kerja, pengalaman berdagang, volume penjualan, serta faktor eksternal seperti cuaca dan persaingan. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pedagang dengan modal yang lebih besar dan lokasi strategis memiliki pendapatan yang lebih tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan modal yang efisien dan pemilihan lokasi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan PKL. Peneliti memberikan saran agar PKL meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan keuangan dan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam menjalankan usaha mereka. Pemerintah diharapkan memberikan dukungan berupa pelatihan kewirausahaan dan kebijakan yang mendukung keberlanjutan usaha PKL.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the object being microenterprises in Ilir Barat District, Palembang City. Purpose of the research is to reveal wheather the performance of microenterprises is influenced by financing and entrepreneurial characteristics. The method used is quantitative. While primary data sourced from a research questionnaire with a sample of 98 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression equations. The results of the study obtained financing and entrepreneurial characteristic, both partially and simultaneously significant to the performance of microenterprises in Ilir Barat District, Palembang City. Financial institutions need to design financing schemes that are flexible and in accordance with the needs of micro businesses to support business growth.
