Abstract

This study examines the economic structure of Rokan Hilir Regency from 2011 to 2020 using indicators of localization and specialization in 17 sectors. This study utilizes the Gross Regional Domestic Product data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Rokan Hilir Regency. Two models are used empirically: (i) localization quotient and (ii) specialization coefficient. The results of the analysis show that the economic sector of Rokan Hilir Regency relies on the mining and quarrying sector, as well as the agriculture, fishery, and forestry sectors, with the remaining fifteen sectors classified as non-basic. Seventeen economic sectors in Rokan Hilir Regency have a coefficient of specialization less than one, indicating that there is no prominent sector with significant development or specialization between 2011 and 2020.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, emphaty, realibility, responsiveness, assurance) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri Padang. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (tangibles, emphaty, realibility, responsiveness, assurance) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri Padang. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Balai Standardisasi dan Pelayanan Jasa Industri Padang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelakuu saha dan masyarakat yang menjadi pelanggan pelayanan jasa industri (pengujian, kalibrasi dan sertifikasi) sebanyak 304 orang. Besaran sampel yang akan digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan SmartPLS. SmartPLS adalah salah satu metode statistika SEM berbasis varian yang didesain untuk menyelesaikan regresi berganda ketika terjadi permasalahan spesifik pada data, seperti ukuran sampel penelitian sangat kecil, adanya data yang hilang (missing values) dan multikolinearitas. SmartPLS merupakan pendekatan alternatif yang bergeser dari pendekatan SEM berbasis kovarian menjadi berbasis varian. Hasil analisis data secara statistik membuktikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari responsiveness dan assurance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, namun tangible, emphaty, dan reliability tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam pelayanan jasa industri di BSPJI Padang. Kemudian emphaty, reliability, responsiveness dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, namun tangible dan assurance tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam pelayanan jasa industri di BSPJI Padang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pada BSPJI Padang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan melakukan perbaikan kepuasan pelanggan yaitu menyediakan pelayanan yang memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan, perbaikan kualitas pelayanan dititikberatkan pada lima dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan dapat diarahkan untuk memperkuat loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The Field Work Lecture was held in the Bumi Ayu Village, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City, Riau for 40 days from 10 July to 18 August 2023. The Bumi Ayu Village was chosen as the destination to carry out the KKN. The village's abundant potential is one of the goals to be able to improve the quality of Human Resources (HR), as well as cultivate and also develop potential in the village. Activities are carried out with a process of socialization and observation to find out and develop the potential of existing villages. The Real Work Lecture work program is carried out sequentially, starting with discussions between the Field Work Lecture group and village officials and the local community, especially with the people concerned. Real Work Lectures are carried out in stages starting from planning, implementation and evaluation at the end of each activity carried out. The results achieved from the Real Work Lecture program which was carried out as a whole were increasing human resources, which were useful for developing the potential of local villages. In the environmental sector, greening activities and processing organic waste into liquid soap received a positive response and active participation from the people of the Bumi Ayu Village, Dumai Selatan District, Dumai City, Riau.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the allocation of village funds and their impact on increasing the income of Kesumbo Ampai villagers, Bathin Solapan Sub District, Bengkalis District. The study population was all families in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency, as many as 885 families. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling using the calculation of the Slovin formula so that as many as 90 respondents were obtained. The measurement carried out in this study was to use a questionnaire while the analysis technique was to use descriptive analysis and non-parametric test analysis using the Wilcolxon test using the SPSS program . Based on the results of the study it was found that the allocation of village funds in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan Subdistrict, Bengkalis Regency was carried out for infrastructure development such as roads, concrete tripe, box colvert, trenches and culverts during 2016 - 2018. The allocation of village funds had an impact on increasing income community in Kesumbo Ampai Village, Bathin Solapan District, Bengkalis Regency. This can be seen from the acquisition of income after the existence of village funds is greater than before the existence of the village fund program, it can be seen from the real value of the income.Keywords: Village Funds, allocation, income

Abstract

This research aims to find out the strategy of optimizing the revenue of advertising tax by The Office of Region Income in Kampar Regency. The dependent variable of this research was the improvement of locally generated revenue. The independent variable used was the strategy of optimizing the advertising tax. This research used secondary data obtained from Regional Revenue Agency of Kampar Regency. The research results show that the potency of advertisement tax in 2018 is still low compared to the realization of advertising tax. Total tax calculated in 2018 is IDR 417.730.000. This big potency value must be increased in order to be utilized for local development. The strategy of optimizing tax revenue conducted by the office of Region Income is by optiming the organizational strength and utilizing the opportunity of effective tax revenue.Keywords: taxes, advertising tax, potency

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukam untuk melihat peran perempuan rumah tangga miskin dalam memilih strategi bertahan hidup di Desa Logas Kecamatan Singingi Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menampilkan data, mereduksi data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa karakteristik penduduk perempuan rumah tangga miskin di Desa Logas ditinjau secara sosio-demografis; tergolong dalam usia produktif, memiliki tingkat pendidikan rendah dimana sebagian besar responden hanya sampai Sekolah Dasar. Karakteristik responden dilihat dari segi ekonomi; sebagian besar merupakan ibu rumah tangga (tidak bekerja) dan bekerja di sektor informal. Pendapatan rumah tangga responden berada diantara Rp1.000.000-Rp2.000.000 per bulan dengan rata-rata jumlah tanggungan 5 orang per kepala keluarga. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perempuan pada rumah tangga miskin di Desa Logas memiliki strategi survival yaitu strategi aktif yaitu mayoritas mencari pekerjaan lain/tambahan, strategi pasif dengan mayoritas memilih barang konsumsi pangan yang lebih murah dan strategi jejaring dengan memanfaatkan bantuan program kemiskinan dari pemerintah.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Economic Growth, LIBOR, Exchange Rates, and the Covid-19 Pandemic on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia from 2009 to 2023. A quantitative approach was used for analysis. The results reveal that, over the period studied, Economic Growth and LIBOR both have a positive but minimal impact on FDI in Indonesia. The Covid-19 Pandemic, represented as a dummy variable, shows a positive but statistically insignificant effect on FDI at a 5% significance level, though it has a significant impact at the 10% level. In contrast, Exchange Rates have a positive and significant effect on FDI.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected the MSME economy, such as the decline in market demand due to policies related to activities outside the home. The choice of the main content raised in the research requires external parties as partners to support the realization of the solution, so ASPARI was chosen. The Riau Food Industry Association or better known as ASPARI is a gathering of actors in the local sector which was founded in 1996. It was initiated by actors in the food sector in Riau Province. The research method used is descriptive with a descriptive approach to sustainability. The data collection method used is in the form of reports and documentation. The object used in this study is an association which is a forum for food MSMEs in Riau Province, namely as ASPARI. The research subjects are several MSMEs in Pekanbaru City which are members of ASPARI. Researchers took data sources using purposive sampling technique. Various assistance efforts to MSMEs that have an impact on Covid-19 as well as collaborating with the ASPARI (Riau Food Association) by implementing various strategies, including the following: Digital Product Marketing, Create Attractive Packaging and Logo Designs, Business Financial Management.

Abstract

Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2024 di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir dengan tujuan memberikan pemahaman tentang potensi dan manfaat nipah serta membentuk atau memperkuat kelompok usaha berbasis nipah. Pelaksanan dan metode yaitu pembukaan, pembahasan terkait pemanfaatan nipah, tanya jawab, feedback dan penutup. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir memiliki lahan rawa-rawa yang sangat sesuai untuk pengembangan tanaman nipah. Nipah sudah lama dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat setempat, terutama untuk bahan bangunan, anyaman, dan pangan. Namun, pemanfaatan nipah masih bersifat tradisional dan belum optimal. Kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam budidaya, pengolahan, dan juga pemasaran produk nipah. Pelatihan dan demonstrasi praktik diberikan terkait karakteristik dan ekologi nipah, bagian-bagian nipah yang dapat dimanfaatkan, potensi industri nipah, teknik budidaya dan pengelolaan nipah, tantangan dan kendala, aspek sosial-ekonomi, dan inovasi dan teknologi. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan pemanfaatan nipah secara optimal dan berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau.
