Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaa asset dalam mendukung pendapatan asli daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini merupaka penelitian primer yang menggunakan 48 sampel key informan yang merupakan pihak dari dinas terkait yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat analisis yaitu analisis B/C ratio dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Aset yang berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi adalah asset Jalan, Irigasi dan Instalasi hal tersebut karena pembangunan jalan dan irigasi memberikan kontribusi dlam kegiatan perekonomian di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang umumnya bergerak di bidang pertanian dan perkebunan. Pengelolaan aset daerah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi melalui perhitungan B/C ratio tahun 2014-2020 diperoleh nilainya < 1 maka proyek itu tidak ekonomis, yang mana artinya ialah pengelolan asset di Kabupaten Kuantan Singinngi tidak ekonomi yang mana belum memiliki kontribusi yang besar. Strategi yang tepat bagi pemerintah dengan kondisi aset daerah Kebupaten Kuantan Singingi yaitu SO (strength and opportunities) yaitu Strategi ini dibuat berdasarkan penggunaan kekuatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab menurunnya kapasitas fiskal dan kemandirian Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi, upaya dan strategi yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan kemandirian fiskal Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Teknik Pengumpulan Data: Observasi, Wawancara, Kuesioner, Dokumentasi. Metode Analisis Data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya kapasitas fiskal dan kemandirian Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi disebabkan oleh Realisasi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang tidak pernah mencapai target dan terus mengalami fluktuasi yang cenderung menurun. Penyebab realisasi pajak dan retribusi tidak pernah mencapai target adalah karena perhitungan target PAD yang tidak tepat, tidak adanya dasar untuk menghitung potensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sehingga target dalam perencanaan daerah tidak mendekati. ke yang nyata. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas fiskal dan kemandirian di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi antara lain melakukan beberapa terobosan baru melalui inovasi namun upaya yang dilakukan belum mampu meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), hal ini dikarenakan upaya yang dilakukan belum menyentuh secara langsung perubahan kebijakan. tarif yang sudah tidak relevan lagi dan belum adanya kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi untuk pembaharuan atau revisi peraturan pajak dan retribusi daerah. Abstract

This study was conducted in Pelalawan Province, Riau Province. This study aims to partially and simultaneously determine the impacts of Human Development Index, unemployment and economic growth in Pelalawan Province. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2006 to 2020. Data normality test methods, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination were used in this study. Data are processed in Eviews 9. As a result, we found the following. 1) Human Development Index has no significant impact on poverty rate in Regency Pelalawan, while Unemployment and Economic Growth has significant impact on poverty rate in Regency Pelalawan. 2) At the same time, the Human Development, Unemployment and Economic Growth Index has a significant impact on the poverty rate in Pelalawan Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pasien dalam memilih persalinan di rumah sakit ibu dan anak zainab pekanbaru dengan kepercayaan sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 70 pasien yang pernah melahirkan lebih dari satu kali untuk periode 2018-2020 sebagai sampel. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural (sem) dengan menggunakan program pls (partial least square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan pengaruh langsung, terdapat pengaruh positif variabel citra merek terhadap kepercayaan, kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pemilihan pengiriman, citra merek pada keputusan pemilihan pengiriman dan kepercayaan pada keputusan pemilihan pengiriman, namun ada adalah hasil dari pengaruh substansial pada variabel kualitas layanan pada kepercayaan. Pada pengaruh tidak langsung terdapat pengaruh positif variabel citra merek terhadap keputusan pemilihan persalinan dengan mediasi kepercayaan, tetapi pengaruh negatif variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pemilihan persalinan dengan kepercayaan sebagai mediasi. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income and consumption patterns of the Simpang Baru sub-district, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a research using primary data, while the data analyzed is that obtained using a research questionnaire with the determination of the sample using the slovin calculation as many as 382 samples. The analysis technique uses the t test or the different test with SPSS. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the income of the Simpang Baru Village Community, Bina Widya Subdistrict before the presence of covid with after the covid has decreased, this is evident from the real value of income which has decreased after the presence of covid compared to before the existence of covid19 in the Simpang Baru Village, Bina Widya District, Pekanbaru City. The pattern of consumption (expenditures) of the Simpang Baru Bina Widya Village community has changed after the covid19 was compared to before the covid19, the pattern has changed, namely before the covid the percentage of income allocation was greater for food than non-food but after the covid19 non-food expenditure was actually greater than food .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of spending on social assistance, education and economic growth on poverty levels in Riau Province. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Riau Province in 2007 - 2019, while the data analysis technique is to use the multiple linear regression method. The results of the study found that spending on social assistance had no significant effect on poverty levels in Riau Province, meaning that changes in social assistance in Riau Province had not been able to encourage change for the poor. Education has a significant effect on poverty levels in Riau Province, which means that any increase in education seen from the average length of schooling will encourage a decline in the poor. Economic growth has no significant effect on poverty levels in Riau Province, meaning changes in economic growth in Riau Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the structure of regional revenues and analyze the shift in leading sectors in Kampar Regency from 2010 to 2019. The data used are the Central Statistics Agency of Kampar Regency, the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province, the Regional Development Planning Agency and other sources such as the internet and literature study. The analysis was carried out with a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. In this study using location quetient (LQ) analysis tools, shift share, typology class. The results of the analysis show that Kampar Regency in running its government and its economy still depends on the transfer of central government funds and the analysis also shows a shift in the leading sectors in Kampar Regency, such as the manufacturing sector and the health service sector and social activities from 2010 to 2014 2015 - 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational achievements of children who receive assistance from the Hope Family Program in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and to find out the factors that influence it. This research is a primary research that collects data using a research questionnaire. The total population of the study was all families receiving the family hope program assistance in the role of the role of the Indragiri Hulu Regency, namely as many as 446 families, then based on the Slovin formula with a level of 10%, the total sample size was 82 respondents in which the respondents were divided into families who have selected school children, namely the highest PKH recipient child education. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The level of attendance of children has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Parents' income has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. If the parents' income increases, it will increase the educational achievement of children who receive the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. And the level of parental education has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

In the absorption of female workers, there was an increase which in 2021 was 4.57 percent and in 2020 it was 6,16 percent. High population growth has impacted the labor supply, which, if not matched by the demand for labor, will increase unemployment. The occurrence of intellectual unemployment is inseparable from the problem of the world of education which is not able to produce quality workers according to the demands of the labor market so our educated workforce is often unable to compete with foreign workers. Government policies where successful family planning has given women greater free time to participate in the world of work. On the other hand, it can be argued that the desire to increase family income is also quite strong. This study aims to analyze the development and influence of the average wage, education level, and population of women on employment. The method of analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique with the Eviews 10 application, followed by the elasticity method. The results of the analysis in this study are that the average wage/salary of women has a significant and inelastic positive relationship to the absorption of female labor, the average length of education of women has a significant and elastic positive relationship to the absorption of female labor, and the total female population has positive relationship is not significant.

Abstract

In the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) industry, the marketing mix is ​​very important to run well in order to create customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of product, price, promotion, distribution on purchasing decisions and consumer loyalty. The population in this study are consumers who have consumed Yakult drinks in Pekanbaru City. While the sample used as many as 182 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the data analysis used in this study is the Structural Equation Model. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the product on purchasing decisions. then there is a significant influence between price on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, there is the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. While the distribution has no effect on purchasing decisions and there is a significant influence between purchasing decisions on loyalty. Dalam industri FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) marketing mix menjadi hal yang sangat penting dijalankan dengan baik agar terciptanya kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh produk, harga, promosi, distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian dan loyalitas konsumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah mengkonsumsi minuman Yakult di Kota Pekanbaru. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 182 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Struktural Equation Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan product terhadap keputusan pembelian. kemudian terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara price terhadap keputusan pembelian. selanjutnya terdapat pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan distribusi tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian dan terdapat pengaruh antara keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas adalah signifikan.
