Abstract

PT. Railway Logistics (KALOG) as a partner in this PKM is a company engaged in the field of rail-based freight transportation with business fields in the form of logistics distribution, container terminal management, loading and unloading, warehousing, packing, labeling, transportation, tracking, logistics escort and logistics management. The problem of partner priority is the lack of human resources who understand specifically about the application of Kaizen principles and the handling of dangerous goods, especially for the delivery of goods by train. The purpose of this activity is; Provide basic knowledge of kaizen principles, handling dangerous goods and the formation of a profitability mindset for employees. The event was held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Office of PT. KALOG, Railway Warehousing Complex, Kp Bandan Rt. 2/4, Jakarta 14430. Methods of Activities with training, Q&A and video playback. The stages of the activity are: a. Stage of Proposal Making, b. Survey Stage: Review of the location of devotion to PT. KALOG and conducted an interview with the Chairman of PT. Local KALOG, c. The stage of identification of partner problems and identification of equipment needs for socialization, d. Stages of Implementation of activities and the final stage, namely the creation of reports and articles of PKM journals. The result of this activity is the increasing knowledge and understanding of participants about the importance of applying the principles of Kaizen and Dangerous Goods in creating profitability and safety and security of freight by train. Participants of the activity are 26 people consisting of leaders, employees and stake holders from PT. KALOG numbered plus 4 Lecturers and 5 ITL students The survey results showed that socialization was effective because it was able to increase the knowledge and understanding of participants in the principles of Kaizen and Dangerous Goods in handling goods, especially by train

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to provide socialization of problem solving of claiming medical logistics (Vaccine) handling to companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) where most of the vaccines are included in the S  oekarno Hatta ground handling warehousing, so that they can have human resources who understand and understand about handling medical logistics (vaccine) damage claims in accordance with the Regulations  handling of international Air Transport Association (IATA) claims regarding Temperature Control Regulation and also The Air Cargo Tariff, so as to improve services to customers and assist government programs in overcoming the Covid 19 Pandemic. The activity was held on March 2, 2022 in Tangerang.  Themethod used is socialization through online and offline with materialmapping, question and answer and video playback. Participants 13 people consisting of employees of various companies that handle medical logistics (vaccines) at Soekarno Hatta Airport, based on the results  of the pre-survey and post survey given to participants, it shows an increase in participants' understanding and knowledge by 62.4% related to procedures for handling damage claims  medical logistics (vaccines) and a  good response  of 61.54% from the participants that this socialization is useful and can be directly applied to their work and meet the target of achieving the PKM plan. This activity has been published through the Youtube channel so that it can be seen and studied by the wider community.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama mitra adalah pemahaman pada bidang operasional dan pemasaran yang yang belum optimal mengenai sistim manajemen keselamatan dan barang berbahaya dpada masyarakat penerbangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah bagaimana mencari solusi dengan melakukan pengenalan sistim manajemen keselamatan yang telah dikondisikan dengan mitigasi resiko hazard berkaitan dengan adanya ancaman pandemi Covid-19 dan berbasis data terkini. Berawal dari hasil penelitian perlu disosialisasikan terutama terkait pada masa new normal ini sebagai bagian dari pada manajemen transportasi udara, manajemen keselamatan penerbangan dan kebandar udaraan merupakan suatu kebutuhan dasar bagi masyarakat aviasi dalam era masa Pandemik serta globalisasi. Kesiapan sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu persyaratan dasar untuk dapat bersaing untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan tentunya untuk bertahan dimasa sulit seperti masa pandemi. Hasil sosialisasi ini disimpulkan, pengetahuan anggota dan stake holder ALDIKAPI tentang penerapan sistim manajemen keselamatan dan penanganan barang terutama barang berbahaya masih perlu ditingkatkan sehingga diharapkan akan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.
