Abstract

The emergence of new Covid-19 cluster, namely the family cluster, has raised concerns in the community. The family cluster spread the corona virus originating from family members or people who live in the same house. Usually, the spread begins with someone who has been infected first and then spreads it to other family members. Good knowledge provides a correlation of potential attitudes towards efforts to prevent disease transmission, and vice versa. Providing education is an effective way to increase knowledge about efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission. Community service is held by providing virtual counseling with zoom meeting media. Participants consisted of villagers and cadres. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a change in the tendency to be positive in efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 infection through family clusters which can be seen from an increase in the number of answers that showed a positive attitude on the post test compared to the pre test. Motivation and correct information related to efforts to prevent Covid-19 transmission through family clusters are needed, not just one activity, but must be repeated and continuous.

Abstract

Based on data from 2021, it is predicted that graduates from several health care majors will experience saturation by 2024, including midwifery graduates. Midwifery has a large number of graduates but this is not matched by the availability of job opportunities. This means that some graduates are forced to not work or work that is not appropriate to their field. So the Community Service team created a program entitled "Alumni Assistance to Increase Personal Potential Phase II in Efforts to Reduce Stunting Incidents with Toddler Massage" where this program will provide massage practice training to alumni, mothers and health cadres to prevent and treat stunting in toddlers. The results of the training showed that the average pre-test and post-test scores given to 15 health cadres as respondents were as follows: 8 people (53.33%) had moderate pre-test scores (7-8). Meanwhile, there were 7 people (46.67%) with high scores (9-10). The post test scores experienced a significant increase, namely: medium scores decreased by only 3 people (20%), and high scores (9-10) increased by 12 people (80%). Mentoring and training for alumni and health cadres has been proven to be able to increase the knowledge and skills provided

Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection is a spectrum of diseases that attack immune cells which includes primary infection, with or without acute syndrome, asymptomatic stage, to advanced stage. According to the risk group, FSW (Women Sex Worker) occupies a high risk group for HIV transmission. FSW knowledge about the benefits of condoms is one of the factors in using condoms, out of 77 FSWs, 41 (53.4%) have poor knowledge. Of the 33 FSWs who did not provide condoms, 15 (20.5%) used condoms and 18 (24.7%) did not. The general objective of this study was to explaining the relationship between knowledge and availability of condoms with condom use in an effort to prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS in female sex workers based on a literature study.. This literature review research was used a systematic mapping study design with literature sources obtained from the Pubmed database, and Google Scholar. The literature collected by using PEOS was then selected to produce 10 articles that were screened and analyzed using the presentation of the results of a literature review. Based on the 10 articles analyzed, it produced a good knowledge factor that made FSW consistently use condoms during sexual intercourse. The factor of the availability of condoms in the localization makes it easier for FSWs to always use condoms in every sexual transaction with customers. There is a relationship between knowledge factors and condom availability factors with condom use in an effort to prevent HIV/AIDS transmission in FSW.

Abstract

Keteraturan ANC dilihat  melalui frekuensi kunjungan,  namun tidak semua ibu hamil periksa secara rutin. Hal ini dikarenakan pelayanan kesehatan kurang memenuhi harapan, dan persepsi ibu ANC kurang baik. Sekitar 45-86% mendapatkan 7 intervensi pelayanan antenatal, namun 20% hanya mendapatkan 5 intervensi, tanpa tes laboratorium dan temu wicara. Kepuasan pelanggan dipengaruhi  banyak  faktor,  seperti perilaku  petugas,  perasaan  pasien,  mutu  informasi, prosedur perjanjian, waktu tunggu, fasilitas, privacy, pengaturan kunjungan, outcome terapi dan kualitas perawatan.
