Abstract

Abstract. Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder reported by the public, which impacts disrupting activities during the day and worsening body health. Therefore, interventions are needed to improve the quantity and quality of sleep for the body to be healthier. This study aims to analyze the content validity and the effect of applying dhikr breathing relaxation therapy on insomniacs. This research and development involved five experts/psychologists with a minimum education of a master’s in psychology and nine people with insomnia in their productive age domiciled in Surakarta as the research subjects. Insomnia subjects were chosen using the sequential-random sampling method and selected utilizing the Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). The measuring instrument used was a content validity assessment questionnaire assessed by experts (raters). The content validity analysis employed Aiken's V coefficient, and the effect of the therapy application was analyzed descriptively from qualitative data in the form of interviews a week after the therapy application on the subjects with insomnia. The validation test results obtained an average V value of 0.981. The analysis results showed that the effects of applying the therapy model, in general, had a positive influence on improving sleep quality, characterized by ease of entering sleep, reducing the frequency of awakening during sleep, and waking up refreshed. In conclusion, the dhikr breathing relaxation therapy model has a positive effect on improving sleep quality. This study implies that the dhikr breathing relaxation therapy model is appropriate and feasible to use as a therapy to reduce insomnia symptoms. Keywords: dhikr breathing relaxation; effect; insomnia.

Abstract

Abstract

Ultisols are one of the soil types that develop from claystone parent materials and are widely distributed in Indonesia, making them suitable for agricultural land use. Naturally, Ultisols have low soil fertility, such as acidic soil reactions and low base content;  without proper management, they can lead to suboptimal agricultural yields. Therefore, this study aims to determine the physical, chemical, and mineralogical characteristics of Ultisols to formulate appropriate land management practices. Soil samples were collected from Ultisols with claystone parent materials from various regions in Sumatra, Indonesia. Soil profile creation was conducted to observe soil morphology in the field, followed by physical, chemical, and mineralogical analysis in the laboratory. The results showed that the Ultisols studied have a deep solum (90-120 cm), clay texture, and sticky and plastic consistencies. These soils generally have an acidic reaction, low organic C content, low potential P and K contents, low cation exchange capacity, low base saturation, and high Al saturation. The contents of easily weathered minerals, such as orthoclase, biotite, augite, hypersthene, tourmaline, and andalusite, which are essential nutrient reserves, are also generally low. Thus, the Ultisols studied are classified as low fertility soils, requiring specific management practices such as adding lime, organic materials, and soil amendments in a balanced and appropriate manner to achieve optimal yields.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs as the foundation of the Indonesian economy requires increasing their capacity and capabilities. The aim of this research is to evaluate factors that influence the quality of financial reports. The importance of this research lies in the effort to provide knowledge that quality financial reports are very useful for measuring, analyzing and evaluating business performance whether profit or loss and as a basis for decision making. Based on bibliometric analysis, this research explores the variables of length of business, understanding of accounting, and accounting information systems on the quality of financial reports. This research uses a quantitative analysis method with a sample of 100 respondents from MSME actors around DKI Jakarta. The data was processed using the SmartPLS 3.3 statistical application program analysis. Research findings show that length of business and understanding of accounting do not guarantee that you can present quality financial reports. However, by utilizing an accounting information system, financial reports can provide accurate data information as a basis for decision making.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of product competitiveness (PC) and green supply chain mana-gement (GSCM) on firm performance (FP) in Indonesia's plastic recycling industry, with a particular emphasis on the mediating role of import regulation (IP). Furthermore, it evaluates the moderating effect of top management commitment (TMC) on the relationship between GSCM and PC, as well as between PC and FP. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to employees and business stake-holders within the plastic supply chain and subsequently analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS. Hypotheses were formulated to explore the interactions among PC, GSCM, IP, TMC, and FP within a circular economy framework. The findings indicate that government import regulations significantly enhance PC and FP. Moreover, TMC strengthens the efficacy of GSCM, resulting in improved FP. The study highlights the environmental and economic benefits of the circular economy, particularly its potential to reduce dependence on imported virgin plastic in Indonesia. These results underscore the critical role of regulatory support and management commitment in advancing sustainable practices within the plastic recycling sector.

Abstract

Although the global transition to clean energy has become a priority, the diffusion of clean energy technologies still faces significant challenges, especially in terms of market penetration. Marketing innovation is emerging as a potential catalyst for accelerating adoption, but quantitative understanding of its impact is still limited. This study aims to quantitatively analyze the influence of marketing innovation on the diffusion of clean energy technology, with a focus on market penetration among the millennial generation in Jakarta. Using a cross-sectional research design, data was collected through an online survey of 150 millennial respondents, adapting a structured questionnaire from previous studies. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach to test the relationship between marketing innovation variables, consumer awareness, adoption intentions, and clean energy technology market penetration. The results of the research are expected to provide valuable insights for industry players and policymakers in designing effective marketing strategies to accelerate the adoption of clean energy technologies, as well as contributing to the academic literature on innovation diffusion in the context of the energy transition.
