Abstract

Human resource stewardship is a series of activities and strategies that aim to maintain and improve the well-being, motivation, engagement, and productivity of employees in an organization. Employee performance is an important indicator of their contribution to organizational success because good performance can create a positive work environment and strengthen individual motivation to perform even better. Work environment and work motivation are two factors that can affect employee performance. PT Transportasi Jakarta is a company that operates public transportation services in Jakarta. PT Transportasi Jakarta employees pursue their careers in a unique work environment, driven by a family-based organizational culture and discipline, so that they can achieve operational targets and provide the best service to the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work motivation on employee performance simultaneously or together. The method used in this study uses statistical quantitative methods and uses sample calculations with the Yamane formula which results in 98 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance as seen in the simultaneous f test, namely the fcount value of 91.492 > ftabel 3.09.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study consisted of primary data collected through questionnaires against 75 respondents distributed to employees who worked at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta. The approach used was a quantitative approach and processed using SPSS 26. The results of the study show that work stress and compensation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Stanford Teknologi Indonesia in Jakarta.

Abstract

Abstrak Semakin berubahnya perkembangan zaman, tidak dipungkiri bahwa pemahaman mengenai global warming juga semakin disadari oleh seluruh manusia yang ada di muka bumi, tidak terkecuali dengan negara Indonesia. Salah satu penyumbang terbesar polusi yaitu di Indonesia, diketahui bensin yang digunakan oleh kendaraan akan menjadi asap kendaraan yang dapat menimbulkan polusi udara. Adapun pemerintah mendukung gebrakan baru dengan adanya kendaraan mobil listrik. Maka , tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh Digital Marketing, Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Listrik di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan persamaan structural dengan Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 . korespondensi pada penelitian ini berjumlan 100 orang. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini didapati bahwa digital marketing dan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik di indonesia, namun kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil listrik di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing , Kepuasan Pelanggang, Kualitas Produk, Keputusan Pembelian. Abstract The changing times, it is undeniable that the understanding of global warming is also increasingly realized by all humans on earth, including Indonesia. One of the biggest contributors to pollution is in Indonesia, which is known to be vehicle smoke that can cause air pollution. The government supports the new breakthrough with the existence of electric car vehicles. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence Digital Marketing, Customer Satisfaction and Product Quality have on Electric Car Purchasing Decisions in Indonesia. The research was conducted quantitatively by analysis using structural equations with the Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 Approach. The correspondence in this study numbered 100 people. And from the results of this study, it was found that digital marketing and product quality did not have a significant effect on electric car purchasing decisions in Indonesia, but customer satisfaction had an influence and was significant on electric car purchasing decisions in Indonesia Keywords: Digital Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan pada era digitalisasi kini semakin meningkat, dengan peningkatan tersebut penjualan secara online pun juga turut meningkat. Tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa penjualan yang dilakukan secara live menjadi ajang yang sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan pada online shop khususnya di Indonesia. Beragam penawaran dan kemudahan pembelanjaan secara online memberikan dampak persaingan yang sangat ketat antar perusahaan dari beberapa aspek. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa promosi biaya kirim, online consumer rating dan panic buying tiktok terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan analisis menggunakan persamaan structural dengan Pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) 4 . korespondensi pada penelitian ini berjumlan 100 orang dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat yang berdomisili di kepulauan jawa. Dan dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi biaya kirim tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini pula bahwa online consumer rating berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan panic buying menunjukan bahwa tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Free Biaya Kirim, Online Consumer Rating, Panic Buying dan Keputusan Pembelian Abstract Growth in the era of digitalization is now increasing, with this increase, online sales have also increased. It is possible that sales made live become an event that greatly affects the level of sales in online shops, especially in Indonesia. Various offers and ease of online shopping have an impact on very tight competition between companies from several aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze tiktok's free shipping promotions, ratings and panic buying on purchase interest. The study was conducted quantitatively with Partial Least Square analysis (PLS) 4. Correspondence in this study consisted of 100 people from all walks of life who lived in the Java Islands. And from the results of this study, it shows that the promotion of shipping costs has no effect and is not significant. From the results of this study, online consumer ratings also have an effect and are significant on purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and teacher performance in the education sector. The results of the study show that transformational leadership style plays a significant role in increasing job satisfaction and organizational commitment of teachers. This relationship ultimately has a positive impact on teacher performance. Through an in-depth literature review using trusted academic sources such as Google Scholar and Scopus, it was found that the combination of supportive leadership, high job satisfaction, and strong organizational commitment creates a conducive and productive work environment. This study recommends the implementation of empowering leadership styles as well as strategies that focus on increasing teacher satisfaction and commitment to support the achievement of educational goals.

Abstract

Tax aggressiveness has become a critical issue in corporate financial management, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia where tax compliance plays a significant role in national revenue. In the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector, various operational and financial strategies may influence a firm's level of tax aggressiveness. This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, and Transfer Pricing on Tax Aggressiveness among companies in this sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2023. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression analysis. A purposive sampling method was applied to select a sample of 17 companies, with data obtained from their published annual financial reports. The analysis was performed using EViews 10 software to test the relationships between the variables. The findings indicate that, simultaneously, Capital Intensity, Inventory Intensity, and Transfer Pricing significantly influence tax aggressiveness. However, when tested individually, only Capital Intensity shows a statistically significant effect on tax aggressiveness. Inventory Intensity and Transfer Pricing do not have significant individual impacts. These results suggest that higher capital investment relative to total assets may provide opportunities or incentives for companies to engage in more aggressive tax practices. Meanwhile, inventory levels and transfer pricing policies, in this context, may not play a dominant role. These insights are valuable for regulators and policymakers in evaluating tax compliance behavior in the sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing taxpayer compliance in paying Land and Building Tax (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan/PBB) in Pamulang District. Taxpayer compliance plays a crucial role in the effectiveness of tax collection and national development funding. However, compliance remains a challenge in various regions, including Pamulang. Several factors may influence compliance, including the level of tax knowledge, the presence of tax sanctions, and trust in the government. Understanding how these factors affect taxpayer behavior is essential for improving local tax revenues. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The criteria for selection included individual taxpayers who are registered and active in paying Land and Building Tax. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and trust in the government) and the dependent variable (taxpayer compliance). The results show that, simultaneously, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and trust in the government have a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. However, in partial analysis, only tax knowledge and tax sanctions have a statistically significant positive impact on compliance. Trust in the government does not show a significant individual effect, suggesting that informational and enforcement measures may play a more critical role than perceived trust.

Abstract

Kemampuan serangga Hypothenemus hampei dalam menentukan tempat bertelur dan pemilihan makan adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk kesuksesan hidup dan keturunannya. Setelah menemukan tanaman, selanjutnya serangga melakukan penafsiran terhadap kesesuaian tanaman sebagai inang. Penafsiran serangga ini tidak terlepas dari kombinasi faktor visual dan kimia. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian terkait preferensi oviposisi H. hampei pada beberapa jenis biji kopi yaitu Coffea robusta, C. arabika dan C. excelsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis biji kopi manakah yang lebih disukai H. hampei untuk meletakkan telurnya. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian eksperimental yang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 3 jenis biji kopi perlakuan dengan masing -masing 10 ulangan setiap perlakuan yaitu A (biji kopi Arabika), R (biji kopi Robusta) Dan E (biji kopi Excelsa). Uji penelitian dilakukan dengan metode choice dan  nonchoice. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 serangga betina H. hampei. Pengamatan jumlah telur dilakukan pada hari ke-tujuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji analisis statistik  ANOVA (Analysis of Varian) (α  = 5%) dan uji lanjut Uji LSD (α  = 95%)  dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16.0 for Windows Evaluation Version. Hasil analisis  varian  menunjukkan bahwa preferensi oviposisi pada tiga jenis biji kopi terdapat perbedaan. Preferensi oviposisi terbesar ditunjukkan pada biji kopi robusta (C. robusta) yaitu dengan jumlah presentase preferensi sebesar {96,42%} (choice) dan {88,73%} (nonchoice). Hal ini diduga karena Biji kopi Robusta memiliki tekstur biji yang lebih lunak dan lebih tipis daripada biji kopi Arabika dan Excelsa. Biji kopi Robusta juga memiliki kandungan senyawa kimia berupa alkaloid yang salah satu contohnya adalah kafein. Kandungan Kafein pada biji kopi Robusta lebih  tinggi dibandingkan dengan biji kopi Arabika dan biji kopi Excelsa setelah dilakukan uji kandungan kafein.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of board size, board independence, board activities and board tenure on corporate social responsibility practices in companies included in the sensitive industry classification in Indonesia that adheres to the two-tier system. This study is quantitative research using panel data design and purposive sampling methods with secondary data. The samples in this study were obtained from 26 companies in sensitive industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2023 and data processing was carried out using the Feasible Generalized Least Squares) method. The results show that boards with smaller numbers of members tend to encourage better CSR practices because they are more efficient and coordinated. On the other hand, the size of the board of commissioners, independence, frequency of meetings, and term of office do not have much effect, even the term of office of commissioners that is too long actually has a negative impact on CSR. The theoretical contribution of this study is to enrich the application of resource dependence theory. This research can be used as a consideration for company leaders and regulators in making strategies, policies and regulations related to CSR in Indonesia.

Abstract

Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB) has been widely recognized as a major challenge affecting job performance in organizations. This study provides a narrative review of existing literature to analyze the impact of CWB on different dimensions of job performance, including task performance, contextual performance, and adaptive performance. By synthesizing findings from various studies, this review identifies key factors influencing the relationship between CWB and job performance, such as organizational culture, leadership styles, and workplace justice. Additionally, the study highlights gaps in the literature and suggests future research directions to better understand and mitigate the negative effects of CWB.
