Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their business processes through the implementation of appropriate information systems. This study aims to analyze the condition of the information system at the Dodol Picnic Factory using the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) method as a basis for formulating information system development strategies. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed using the SWOT matrix to identify internal and external factors affecting the implementation of information systems within the company. The results indicate that the Dodol Picnic Factory possesses strengths in its well-established product quality and extensive industry experience. However, the company still faces weaknesses in the utilization of information technology, which has not yet been optimally integrated. Furthermore, opportunities arising from the advancement of digital technology and the increasing adoption of online marketing can be leveraged to enhance the company's competitiveness, while industry competition and changing market demands represent potential threats that need to be anticipated. Based on the SWOT analysis, the study recommends the development of an integrated information system to support data management, operational activities, marketing, and decision-making processes, thereby improving organizational performance and competitive advantage.

Abstract

Industri rumahan memiliki peran penting dalam menopang perekonomian lokal di Indonesia, namun sebagian besar masih menggunakan pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran untuk industri rumahan Rengginang HK. Entin menggunakan framework Laravel 8 dan database MySQL 8. Tujuan pengembangan sistem ini adalah meningkatkan akurasi, kecepatan, dan transparansi pelaporan keuangan dengan mengotomatisasi pencatatan transaksi harian. Penelitian menerapkan metode Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Laravel 8 dipilih karena arsitektur modular, keamanan bawaan, serta integrasi basis data yang kuat melalui Eloquent ORM. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan penurunan waktu entri transaksi hingga 42 persen, peningkatan konsistensi data, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang tinggi berkat antarmuka yang intuitif. Sistem ini tidak hanya mendigitalisasi proses keuangan industri rumahan, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi digital dengan menyediakan laporan real-time yang dapat dicetak untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Limited transparency and sub-optimal real-time monitoring within the Event Organizer (EO) industry represent significant challenges that diminish Client trust. This research aims to develop a web-based project management system using a Software as a Service (SaaS) approach to bridge the information gap between admins and Clients. The system is developed using the Agile Scrum methodology, leveraging the Laravel framework and a multi-tenant database architecture to ensure scalability and secure data isolation among Users. Black Box Testing results indicate that all system functionalities operate successfully with a 100% success rate. Performance evaluation Validates the efficiency of the multi-tenant architecture, yielding an average response time of under 3 seconds. Furthermore, the User Acceptance Test (UAT) results achieved a score of 4.4 out of 5.0, with the highest rating in the transparency and monitoring aspect. The implementation of this system not only enhances the operational accountability of EOs and mitigates communication risks but also provides digital infrastructure cost efficiency for MSMEs through a centralized SaaS ecosystem. Keywords: Project Management; Event Organizer; Saas; Laravel; Multi-tenant   Abstrak Keterbatasan transparansi dan belum optimalnya pemantauan secara waktu nyata (real-time) dalam industri Event Organizer (EO) menjadi kendala utama yang menurunkan kepercayaan client. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem manajemen proyek berbasis web dengan pendekatan Software as a Service (SaaS) guna menjembatani kesenjangan informasi (information gap) antara admin dan client. Sistem dibangun menggunakan metode Agile Scrum dengan memanfaatkan framework Laravel dan arsitektur basis data multi-tenant untuk menjamin skalabilitas serta isolasi data antar pengguna secara aman. Hasil pengujian Black Box menunjukkan fungsionalitas sistem berjalan 100%. Evaluasi performa membuktikan efisiensi arsitektur multi-tenant dengan waktu respons rata-rata di bawah 3 detik. Sementara itu, User Acceptance Test (UAT) memperoleh skor 4,4 dari skala 5,0, dengan penerimaan tertinggi pada aspek transparansi pemantauan. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya memperkuat akuntabilitas operasional EO dan mengurangi risiko miskomunikasi, tetapi juga menawarkan efisiensi biaya infrastruktur digital bagi UMKM melalui ekosistem SaaS terpusat. Abstract

The employee attendance recording process at Perusahaan Dodol Harum Sari currently faces operational constraints due to manual data management, leading to data vulnerability and calculation delays. This study aims to design a web and mobile-based employee attendance automation system using the SDLC method to enhance company administrative efficiency. The system development focuses on creating structured system designs based on operational requirements, which are then evaluated and validated together with company stakeholders to ensure alignment with operational needs. This research delivers a verified system design blueprint and user interface prototype tailored to minimize data recording errors and accelerate the administrative reporting process at Perusahaan Dodol Harum Sari.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the software development industry demands higher structural standards for managing technical documentation and developer manual books. However, many technology companies face operational constraints due to uncentralized and fragmented document storage. This study aims to design a web-based multi-tenant Guideline System as a centralized SaaS platform using the SDLC method. This platform operates as a knowledge base ecosystem where external enterprises can establish organization profiles, manage internal workspace instructions, and share handbooks seamlessly like a tech-focused social network. Built upon the Laravel framework, the platform leverages the MVC architecture to ensure secure data isolation between tenants. This research at WIT ID delivers a verified architectural blueprint designed to eliminate documentation redundancy and optimize the efficiency of digital knowledge sharing environments

Abstract

The advancement of information technology encourages organizations to adopt digitalization across various business processes, enabling administrative activities to be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The Human Capital Division of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang still faces several challenges in administrative management because some processes have not been optimally integrated, including employee data management, partner administration, correspondence, and internship disposition management. This study develops a web-based Human Capital Information System using the CodeIgniter 4 framework as the system development technology. The system development method applied is Agile Scrum with an iterative approach. The application is built using PHP, MySQL, and Bootstrap 5. The implementation results indicate that the system is capable of integrating employee management, partner management, certification records, correspondence, dispositions, and monthly reporting within a centralized platform. The system also improves data accessibility while reducing data duplication and errors. Therefore, the developed system can support the optimization of administrative processes and digital transformation within the Human Capital Division of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Kamojang.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has significantly shifted consumer behavior toward online shopping, yet many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) still operate conventionally. Toko Celana Risandi, a local retail business specializing in pants, faces constraints such as limited market reach and inefficient manual sales recording. This study aims to design and develop a mobile-based e-commerce application for Toko Celana Risandi using the Flutter framework and the Waterfall model. The system development encompasses requirements analysis, system design modeled with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and prototype creation. The resulting mobile application features an online product catalog, real-time stock management, and integrated digital payment gateways. The system was validated through stakeholder review, demonstrating its capability to replace manual transactions, reduce data entry human errors, expand market accessibility beyond the local area, and provide automated order notifications. This research provides a structured software blueprint and responsive interface prototype that enhances administrative efficiency and digital competitiveness for retail SMEs.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology has significantly shifted consumer behavior toward online shopping and service tracking, yet many small and medium enterprises (SMEs) still operate conventionally. Dull Car Wash, a local retail service business specializing in vehicle washing in Garut, faces operational constraints such as manual transaction recording, lack of real-time washing status information, and inefficient financial summaries. This study aims to design and develop a web-based service information system for Dull Car Wash using the Laravel framework and the Waterfall model. The system development encompasses requirements analysis, system design modeled with Unified Modeling Language (UML), and prototype creation. The resulting web application features a digital cashier system, real-time washing queue tracking, automatic employee commission calculation, and integrated financial reporting. The system design was validated through a structured review, demonstrating its capability to replace paper-based recording, minimize human errors in daily recapitulation, and provide centralized management dashboard for the business owner. This research delivers a software blueprint and responsive web prototype that enhances administrative efficiency and digital competitiveness for service-based automotive micro-enterprises.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has accelerated the digitalization of government administration, including the management of village officials' attendance. Conventional attendance systems, such as manual records and fingerprint-based systems, still have limitations, including inefficient data recapitulation and the inability to verify users' locations during attendance. This study aims to design and develop a web-based attendance system for village officials by utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS) technology and applying the Waterfall development method. The proposed system is capable of validating users' locations during attendance, managing attendance data, and generating integrated attendance reports. The results indicate that the system improves the accuracy of attendance recording, simplifies the monitoring process, and enhances the effectiveness of village administrative management.
