Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja ASN Pada Kantor Bupati Majene. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di kantor Bupati Majene dengan jumlah sampel 72 Aparatur Sipil Negara. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner/angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene, (3) Lingkungan kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Kantor Bupati Majene.

Abstract

The calculation of the price of the product is a very important thing in determining the selling price of a product. The purpose of this research is to find out how to calculate the price of the product by using the full costing method and to analyze the comparison of the calculation of the prices of the products using the whole costing method with the calculations of the production price of nylon. The results of the research showed that the result of calculating the price for the product using the method of full costing is greater, that is, of Rs 194,000, while the calculation of the cost of production applied to Nillon's manufacturing products obtained Rs 193,000. From these calculations, there was a difference in the calculated price of production products, with a difference of Rs 1,000. This is because, for the time being, NILON has not calculated and grouped the overhead costs issued during the production process. The Nylon Wire Management Board should calculate all overhead costs in detail, whether they are variable or fixed. By carrying out calculations using the Full Costing Method, SMEs can calculate the price of production items more accurately by taking into account the entire component of production costs.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to understand and describe the planning of cooperative learning method in class IX of SMP PPM Al-Ikhlas Lampoko, Polewaali Mandar district, (2) to identify and describe the implementation of dance creation cooperative learning methods in class IX of SMP PPM Al-Ikhlas Lampoko, Polewali Mandar district, and (3) know and describe the assessment of  dance creation cooperative learning methods in class IX of SMP PPM Al-Ikhlas Lampoko, Polewali Mandar district. The aim of this research is to explore and describe the planning, implementation, and assessment enhances the learning process, making it more effective compared to conventional methods. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw Cooperaative Learning Approach supports the success of the learning process in achieving the subject of arts and culture education at clas IX PPM Al-Ikhlas Lampoko Junior High School, Polewali Mandar district.   Keywords: Application; cooperative learning method; creation dance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Non ASN Pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana penelitian deskriptif yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan hasil yang bersifat angka dan pengujian hipotesis. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 37 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai non ASN. Dari hasil pengujian variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai non ASN. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai non ASN Selanjutnya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan pemberian insentif secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai non ASN pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.
