Abstract

Saat ini pembangunan RSUD Kota Probolinggo terdapat issue terkait akses masuk ke rumah sakit. Pada kondisi eksisting terdapat jembatan yang menghubungkan Jalan Prof. Hamka dengan rumah sakit yang memiliki perbedaan elevasi cukup besar. Hal ini mengakibatkan kendaraan yang akan keluar-masuk dari rumah sakit mengalami kesulitan untuk melewati jembatan tersebut. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo melalui Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Penataan Ruang, Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo melakukan kerja sama pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan DKPU ITS untuk membuat kajian detail desain peninggian jalan pada Jl. Prof. Hamka, agar mempunyai beda elevasi yang tidak besar dengan jembatan jalan akses menuju RSUD Kota Probolinggo. Desain jalan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data topografi area sekitar jalan, data tanah, data hujan dan data lalu lintas serta diskusi dengan pihak BBPJN VIII Wilayah Jawa Timur dan Bali. Hasil dari desain peninggian jalan didapatkan tebal perkerasan kaku adalah 55 cm dengan perkuatan geotekstil dan dinding penahan tanah, dimensi saluran tepi dengan menggunakan U-ditch 50x50x120 cm dan box culvert 80x100x120, pemasangan rambu, marka dan penerangan jalan umum. Hasil dari studi tersebut digunakan untuk membantu operasional RSUD Kota Probolinggo terkait perbaikan akses masuk rumah sakit dari jalan nasional.

Abstract

Retail stores in the Mertoyudan area, which are sponsored by the Sampoerna Ritel Community (SRC) have experienced a continuous decline in sales. The SRC chairman confirmed the decline was due to many complaints from consumers who did not get the goods they were looking for. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The data used is primary data. The population in this study were customers of the SRC retail store in Mertoyudan, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS SEM) and processed using Smart PLS software. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the marketing mix variable has a negative and insignificant effect on marketing performance. Assortment and customer demographics have a real or significant influence on marketing performance. Assortment has a no mediation role on the relationship between the marketing mix and marketing performance. Assortment has a partial mediation role in the relationship between customer demographics and marketing performance.

Abstract

Coffee is a plantation commodity that has high economic value. Indonesian coffee consumption continues to increase due to the shifting trend of drinking coffee in society. Magelang Regency as a coffee producer has the potential to be developed. By considering the area of coffee plantations and the condition of Magelang Regency as a super-priority tourist destination, a strategy is needed to develop the potential of coffee as a good economically viable product. Thus, this study aims to analyze the coffee plantation development strategy in Magelang Regency through the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) matrix. The results showed that the condition of coffee plantations in Magelang Regency experienced a decrease in land area from year to year. Strategy analysis in an effort to develop the potential of coffee plantations in Magelang Regency through SWOT analysis is in quadrant III. The strategy that can be implemented is a turn-around strategy through efforts to increase knowledge of cultivation, postharvest, and technology for coffee farmers, and rejuvenating coffee plants that are entering an unproductive period.

Abstract

This research aims to test a model for improving alliance performance and competitive advantage in MSMEs in the Borobudur area. This research uses a survey-based quantitative approach to collect primary data. The sample in this research was 44 MSMEs located in the Borobudur area and already had alliances or partners. The sampling method uses snowball sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression by SPSS. The results show that the partner selection process and relational capital can improve alliance performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, alliance performance has an influence on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. These results support the resource-based view theory and resource-dependent theory. The results provide practical implications for MSME managers in the Borobudur area to be selective in choosing suitable partners and improve the quality of relationships with partners in order to improve alliance performance, thus it can increase the competitive advantage of MSMEs.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed people's habits, especially shopping habits, during a pandemic like this, online transactions are very popular because they are easy and practical. In winning the competition, it is necessary to improve strategies, as is done by E-commerce in Indonesia by using promotion and price strategies so as to increase consumer buying interest. This study was conducted to find out and understand the relationship between promotions and prices with purchasing decisions through Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Magelang, Central Java. This research data is primary data distributing questionnaires with purposive sampling method. The approach method used is a quantitative method using 100 samples. The data analysis technique used validity test, reliability test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test and Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). Data processing using SPSS version 25.0. This study shows that promotions and prices partially and simultaneously influence purchasing decisions through Shopee during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Magelang, Central Java. The results of the study have implications for e-commerce in Indonesia to increase promotions such as using boybands as brand ambassadors to make it more crowded. And, pay more attention to the prices that are made in order to attract customers to shop. By implementing this strategy, it is expected that consumer purchasing decisions can improve.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran dalam kegiatan pendidikan di Taman Kanak-kanak dianggap mampu membantu anak menjadi pribadi yang aktif dalam mengoptimalkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, kemandirian serta rasa percaya diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model problem based learning terhadap kemampuan mengenal geometri anak usia 4-5 tahun di Taman Kanak-kanak. Pre-eksperimental desain one group pretest-postest digunakan dengan subjek penelitan sebanyak 38 anak yang dipilih secara acak dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukan bahwa model ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan mengenal bentuk geometri yang merupakan salah satu pondasi anak mengenal matematika melalui kegiatan menyebutkan, mengidentifikasi, menggambar, memasangkan. dan menandai bentuk geometri seperti lingkaran, segitiga, persegi dan persegi panjang.

Abstract

This research focuses on MSMEs with food and beverage products located in the South Square of the Yogyakarta Palace. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality and product quality on consumer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 50 respondents from the population of MSME consumers with food and beverage products in the South Square area. The results of this research indicate that improving the quality of services and products can contribute positively to the level of consumer satisfaction. The managerial implication that can be implemented is that MSME food and beverage product operators located in the South Square of the Yogyakarta Palace can increase consumer satisfaction by improving the quality of the services and products they offer.

Abstract

Livestock contributes to fulfilling the protein needs of the Indonesian people, but meat self-sufficiency is still far from being expected in Indonesia. Substitute products are needed to accompany beef in order to achieve meat self-sufficiency in Indonesia. The potential of buffalo as livestock needs to be optimized to support the achievement of meat self-sufficiency in Indonesia. It takes a strategy in planning the development of a comprehensive, effective, and efficient buffalo farm. This study aims to determine the population of buffalo and other ruminants in Magelang Regency and to analyze the strategy of developing buffalo farming in Magelang Regency. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. Data were analyzed using Location Quotients (LQ) modeling and the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) matrix. The results show that the areas that have the potential as locations for buffalo development in Magelang Regency based on the highest LQ index are Bandongan District, Secang District, Mungkid District, Dukun District, and Muntilan District. The results of the strategy analysis in an effort to develop the potential of buffalo in Magelang Regency through a SWOT analysis are in quadrant I.Keywords: strategy, buffalo livestock, location quotient, SWOT

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in both global and national economies, significantly contributing to job creation, gross domestic product (GDP), and innovation. In Indonesia, MSMEs contribute more than 60% of the GDP and provide over 97% of employment, highlighting the importance of this sector in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of supply chain management on the performance of MSMEs. This research involves 97 MSMEs, which will be randomly selected as the sample. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study show that commitment has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs, trust has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs, and information technology has a positive influence on supply chain performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of service facilitation actions through the Jakpreneur Program on MSME empowerment. However, challenges arise in ensuring consistent program implementation and measuring sustainable empowerment outcomes. Many MSMEs struggle to utilize available resources fully, and the existing service mechanisms often fall short of addressing their specific needs, particularly in areas like financial literacy and market access. Using an action research method, this study collects data through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and document analysis to explore these issues. Technical data analysis was carried out using the N-Gain test, testing the pre-test and post-test results of the actions carried out in this study. Collaboration with the Sub-Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and MSMEs enables an in-depth understanding of both MSMEs and program facilitators’ perspectives. Jakpreneur’s services include registration, training, mentoring, licensing, marketing, financial reporting, and capital assistance. The findings indicate increased MSME empowerment across six dimensions: entrepreneurial development, human resource quality, poverty reduction, entrepreneurial resilience, productivity and competitiveness, and policy support. This study provides information on the effectiveness of MSME service delivery by identifying gaps between before and after the implementation of services that positively impact the development of MSME businesses in Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak tindakan fasilitasi layanan melalui Program Jakpreneur terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM. Namun, tantangan muncul dalam memastikan implementasi program yang konsisten dan mengukur hasil pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Banyak UMKM yang kesulitan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang tersedia secara penuh, dan mekanisme layanan yang ada sering kali tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik mereka, khususnya di bidang seperti literasi keuangan dan akses pasar. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen untuk mengeksplorasi isu-isu tersebut. Teknis analisis data dilakukan dengan uji N-Gain, menguji hasil pre test dan post test dari Tindakan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Kolaborasi dengan Sub-Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, dan UMKM memungkinkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang perspektif UMKM dan fasilitator program. Layanan Jakpreneur meliputi pendaftaran (P1), pelatihan (P2), pendampingan (P3), perizinan (P4), pemasaran (P5), pelaporan keuangan (P6), dan permodalan (P7). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemberdayaan UMKM di enam dimensi: pengembangan kewirausahaan, kualitas sumber daya manusia, penanggulangan kemiskinan, ketahanan kewirausahaan, produktivitas dan daya saing, dan dukungan kebijakan. Studi ini berkontribusi memberikan informasi efektivitas penyampaian layanan UMKM dengan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara sebelum dan sesudah implementasi pelayanan yang memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan usaha UMKM di Jakarta.
