Abstract

Perumda BPR Bank Magelang has various credit products in Magelang, Perumda BPR Bank Magelang has played a role in financing credit to the Magelang community, but competitive competition requires Perumda BPR Bank Magelang to implement marketing strategies that are in accordance with the current situation and conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze marketing strategies using SWOT analysis on Perumda BPR Bank, the results of the analysis of Perumda BPR Bank are Perumda BPR Bank Magelang is in quadrant 1 or aggressive and is in a very profitable position, and the strategy that has the greatest value is the SO strategy. Therefore, the strategies that can be applied by Perumda BPR Bank Magelang are increasing marketing strategies to add new market share, establishing good cooperation with stakeholders, improving services to retain and attract customers.

Abstract

The residents of Pogalan Village are dominated by farmers, making the application of a green economy able to develop agriculture. In the short term, the focus of this program is to increase revenue through the concept of a zero waste system. The implementation of this Community Partnership Program is located in Pogalan Village, Pakis District, Magelang Regency. This community partnership program is carried out using the methods of socialization, education, tutorials or continuous assistance and focus group discussions. The results obtained are the understanding of farmer groups in using a zero waste system to get to a green economy. The advantage of a zero waste system has various advantages including converting waste into natural products that are environmentally friendly. Wono Mulyo farmer groups can utilize the existing waste so that it can be reused and has economic value. Community service activities are expected to continue by the Wono Mulyo farmer group to overcome other problems experienced such as marketing problems and problems in processing crops.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih mendalam suatu data primer dan sekunder tertentu yaitu: Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Sentra Dalam Pengembangan Kecerdasan Logika Matematika Anak Usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islamic Center Samarinda. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan perencanaan yang dilakukan guru dalam penerapan model pembelajaran sentra dalam pengembangan kecerdasan Logika Matematika anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islamic Center Samarinda dilakukan dalam pembuatan RPPM dan RPPH, dengan pelaksanaan yang meliputi 4 pijakan yaitu pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan selama main, dan pijakan sesudah main semua sentra mengenalkan bentuk geometri pada kecerdasan logika matematika yang di kembangkan bisa teridentifikasi dari jenis main yang di tawarkan oleh pendidik. Hasil yang dicapai anak usia dini dari model pembelajaran sentra dalam pengembangan kecerdasan Logika Matematika pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Islamic Center Samarinda yaitu Berkembang Sesuai Harapan.

Abstract

Data plays a vital role particularly in mining enterprises to foster innovation and business performance through precise decision-making. Scientists have created many kinds of database technology to support them, such as big data, data cloud, etc. Meanwhile business is always facing a fluctuant situation in using those various database technologies. Unfortunately, there is still hard to use database technology in a proper way because there are no model rules in making a perfect planning so that they can choose suitable tools for its own case. Therefore, this paper aims to design an agile enterprise data architecture model rules (blueprint) in mining company based on various frameworks, tools and methods/techniques so that managers can govern their data asset for sustainably business-IT alignment. This data architecture reference models can be easily adopted by CIOs in order to move toward an integrated mining enterprises as well as guide user in producing a precise decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid development of technologies affects the financial technology sector, especially e-money in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the determinant from intention and use behavior of financial technology (e-money) using UTAUT2 as the model. This research took place in Jabodetabek, with a total sample of 300 people as the respondents. The purposive sampling method is used as the sampling method in this study. The scale which is used in this study is the Likert scale with a range of 1-5. Data were analyzed using descriptive and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits are factors that influence the intention and use of e-money. On the other hand, hedonic motivation and price value do not affect behavioral intention. It indicates that using financial technology is a must and not depend on user motivation or the price of the technology. These results provide implications about several factors as the determinant of e-money for stakeholders to develop the strategy for e-money based on the most influential factor that affects consumers as users. While developing e-money technology, the developer should take into account factors such as performance expectations, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitation conditions, and habits.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and is currently a worldwide pandemic. Pandemic conditions like this have an impact not only on physical health, but can also affect mental health. People feel fear and concern about personal safety. Pandemic conditions like this also have adverse consequences such as layoffs and unemployment which can lead to mental health problems such as stress. Objective: This community service aimed to increase knowledge and skills in maintaining mental health, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.This community service activity is carried out in 3 stages, namely socialization and mental health education to members of the Village Health Forum (FKD), program formation and the third is program implementation for ±3 months. There was an increase in participants' knowledge after socialization and education and it was statistically significant (p<0.001). The formation of the "Gotong Royong" program which was carried out by FKD members to the community. This activity increases public knowledge about mental health during the Covid-19 pandemic and is expected to prevent the adverse effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Suggestions for Puskesmas and FKD can carry out these activities regularly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of promotion and store atmosphere as independent variables on the impulsive buying of visitors Jadi Baru Kebumen Department Store. In taking the sample, non-probability sampling method was used with purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to prospective respondents through various social media. Based on the results of the questionnaire, data from 100 respondents was obtained which was then processed using SPSS version 25 with multiple linear regression methods, namely there was a finding that the promotion variable had a negative influence on impulsive buying. Meanwhile, the store atmosphere variable has a positive influence on the impulsive buying of Jadi Baru Kebumen Departement Store visitors. The results of this research can have implications for managers to be able to evaluate the promotional strategies they apply and pay attention to and improve the store atmosphere at Jadi Baru Kebumen Departement Store
