Abstract

School management information system is an important application used to manage data and information of a school in order to provide the best service to the community. To create an effective and efficient information system, an effective database design is needed. This needs to be done because if the database is not designed properly, in the future when a system starts to develop, the integrity data stored in the database will decrease. One aspect that needs to be considered is database security. Database security is very important, because the data stored in the database is important information for schools, such as student, financial and employee data. One of the method that can be used to improve database security is Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), which is limiting access to users or roles according to their respective roles. Abstract

ABSTRACT Gold has become one of the inventions that people are interested in. The high resale value makes many people save it as a substitute for savings. But the price of gold is influenced by several things such as economic conditions, the level of demand and supply or the existence of goods, this has encouraged some parties to make predictions of gold prices to avoid unexpected losses going forward. Based on these problems the researchers tried to predict gold prices using the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) method and Linear Regression. The K-NN method is used to classify the data that is owned to then make predictions using Linear Regression. From the test with the number of training data as many as 4305 data and test data as many as 402 data, the root mean square error value of 5.807% was obtained. Keywords: gold investment, gold price prediction, K-Nearest Neighbor, Linear Regression

Abstract

Abstract

Biodiversity that exists in nature shows the overall variation between living things both from the smallest levels, namely genes, species and eskosistem. One animal with a fairly high level of variation, namely birds chirping. Chirping has an identifier for each type both of the color of the feather, body shape, shape of the beak, food, how to find food and the most obvious is the difference in the chirping of birds. The problem faced is the number of species of birds chirping that are almost similar to each other so the introduction of birds with sound becomes quite difficult. This makes the introduction of birds with sound requires a special technique. The techniques used are transform wavelets and neural networks. At the end of the study, obtained Wavelet Package Decomposition extraction with training data used as many as 500 data. There are two preprocessing methods that are done by cutting and resampling (downsampling). The most optimal number of neurons to be used in hidden layers is 256 neurons with 500 epochs. The highest accuracy is 88.6% with momentum 0.2, learning rate 0.2 and wavelet daubechies2 while the lowest accuracy is 74.2% with momentum 0.8, learning rate 0.8 and wavelets haar.  Keywords: Classification, Neural Network, Wavelet Transform, Haar, Daubechies2

Abstract

Infrastructure and network service is the important things that need to be developed in the campus UKRIM.This is in harmony with the values of both institutions as well as accreditation B overall optimization requires the status of network services to support the learning and performance of the entire civitas academic.During this UKRIM campus networks implementing load balance ECMP and managerial mechanism with a bandwidth of simple queue service of 20 Mbps dedicated and 10 GGC.As a result of congestion often occurs down connection status was at the time interval 1-3 times a month for approximately 5-10 minutes.Responding to this research needed to provide suggestions for the campus network admin UKRIM in providing service load balance as well as managerial bandwidth.This research was conducted on simulation using GNS3 to compare load balance method ECMP and PCC or Per Connection Classifier.As for the HTB used to replace simple queue to minimise wasted bandwidth.Testing on this research using wireshark on a simulated network being built based GNS3.From the test results the comparison using standardization TIPHON obtained that the PCC has advantages compared to the ECMP on condition when a dense network experienced congestion.This is proven by the same throughput rating 100% but the jitter and packet loss is different at PCC have packet loss 15% category medium, the value of jitter 15.69 ms nice category whereas in packet loss value ECMP 58% bad and categories jitter 98.2 ms categories. Keywords: ECMP, GNS3, Per Connection Classifier,Hierarchical Token Bucket.

Abstract

Stroke is a major health problem in Indonesia and the world, and the cause of disability and death. Hemorrhagic stroke has higher mortality rate compared to ischemic stroke. The objective of this study is to create a mortality risk prediction model by using Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, and Decision Tree C4.5 algorithms based on the data demographics and the clinical data in patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Prediction of outcome of patients of stroke help the physician to determine prognosis, targeted treatments and prepare patients and families. 538 subjects obtained from Hospital Stroke Registry in Yogyakarta. This study uses 10 fold cross validation to evaluate a model. The performance of Decision Tree C4.5 is higher than Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, and Random Forest. Prediction accuracy of Decision Tree C4.5 is 90.5%. The use of data mining algorithms able to predict the mortality and functional outcome of patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Keywords: mortality risk prediction, data mining, hemorrhagic stroke.

Abstract

The development of the cosmetics industry experienced a very significant development. Along with the development of cosmetics, information technology has become one of the inputs for the company. Information about the sale of cosmetics and information on cosmetic supplies is an inseparable thing. Cosmetics are products made from plants, minerals and animals. Predictions about future sales can control the amount of available product stock, so that shortages and excess product stock can be minimized. Accurate Prediction results will facilitate the fulfillment of market demand and can provide timely predictions. This research was conducted to predict cosmetic sales. Knowing the supply of cosmetics is something that can be found in cosmetic stores, to facilitate the prediction of cosmetic inventories in the coming period can use sales data in the previous period. Date time series is one of the time series methods used for forecasting methods to find out the pattern of patterns in the past to find out patterns in the future. The Support Vector Machine algorithm will work accurately when the required features are relevant. But inreality the features needed are not relevant, feature selection can be done to select the features needed to obtain accurate information, so as to increase efficiency. In this study the Support Vector Machine algorithm produces the best method, which is 0.136 based on the smallest error value with period 4 variables, Validation Shuffled Sampling 10 and Polynomial kernel type. The best model is also obtained with the Support Vector Machine algorithm with forward selection resulting in the smallest error value of 0.144 with period 8 variables, as well as the Validation Shuffled Sampling 10 and the polynomial kernel type. Keywords: Kosmetik, Data Mining,  Support Vector Machine, feature selection, forward selection
