Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan para pemandu wisata di area GunungBudeg di Tulungagung khususnya pada bahasa Inggris melalui bentuk.Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1 September 2014- 13 September 2014 dengan diikuti 20 peserta. Pelatihandilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, parktik serta pembimbingan. Kemudian para peserta dituntut untuk mengikuti tesBahasa Inggris pada akhir pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa pemandu wisata di Tulungagung masihmembutuhkan pelatihan Bahasa Inggris untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam bahasa inggris. Pelatihanmempunyai efektivitas dan efisiensi yang tinggi karena para guru dituntut untuk memahami Bahasa Inggris untuk penerepansehari hari.Kata Kunci: Bahasa Inggris, Wisata, Pemandu wisata

Abstract

Elementary Teacher Education students are prospective elementary school teachers who will later teach mathematics to elementary school students who are in fact realistic mathematics, so prospective teachers must also learn how its application in the mathematical concepts learned. Another demand faced by elementary school teachers and students, especially at this time is the habituation of Literacy in all aspects of content delivered in elementary schools. Mathematical literacy is needed by students in solving problems of daily life. The purposes of this study are as follows: (1) to find out how the process of implementing Mathematics in life; (2) to find out how the ability of mastering mathematics literacy and (3) to find out how students respond after attending Mathematics in life class. This study uses a qualitative approach, in which two sampling techniques are used namely convenience and snowball sampling. The conclusions of this research are: (1) The process of implementing Mathematics in runs with tremendous enthusiasm from the students; (2) The ability of mastering mathematics literacy after implementing the stages of mathematical literacy in solving everyday problems is said to be quite good; and (3) Students' responses after taking Mathematics in Life based on literacy show positive responses.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance is the basis or guideline in conducting the company's internalmanagement. Stock prices are a reflection of the performance or value of the company andalso a reflection of investor confidence. The objectives to be achieved are: 1) To determine the effect of managerial ownership on stock prices in Food and Beverage companies on theIDX for the 2017-2021 period. 2) To determine the effect of institutional ownership on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 3) Todetermine the effect of the size of the board of commissioners on the stock price of Food andBeverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. 4) To determine the effect ofmanagerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board of commissioners on stockprices in Food and Beverage companies on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This researchis a quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely GoodCorporate Governance on stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in2017-2021. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation technique.The analytical technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results ofresearch and data processing obtained the results of the t-test on the Managerial Ownershipvariable having a tcount of 5.444 where the tcount value is 5.444 > ttable 1.717, with asignificance value below 0.05, namely 0.000, then H1 is accepted. The results of the t-test ofthe institutional ownership variable have a tcount value greater than ttable or it can beexplained that the value (4.650 > 1.717) with a significance value below 0.05 is 0.000. Theresults of the t-test of the board of commissioners variable have a tcount value (5.502)greater than ttable (1.717) or it can be explained that the value of tcount > ttable (5.502 >1.717) with a significance value below 0.05, which is 0.000. The results of the F test on theindependent variables (managerial ownership, institutional ownership and the board ofcommissioners) have Fcount greater than Ftable or it can be explained that the value (18.776> 3.07) with a significance level below 0.05 is 0.000. Based on the results of the study, it canbe concluded that the test results simultaneously with the F test show that Good CorporateGovernance on indicators of managerial ownership, institutional election and independentcommissioners jointly affect stock prices in Food and Beverage companies listed on the IDXin 2017-2021. This is evidenced by statistical testing where tcount > ttable with asignificance less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that the results of this studysimultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan pendekatan RME  berbasis Etnomatematika melalui acara Grebeg Apem dapat membantu peserta didik kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Lidah Wetan 4 dalam memahami konsep matematika yang berhubungan dengan kehidupan sehari hari pada  materi perkalian menggunakan masalah realistik yang terkait dengan budaya atau tradisi lokal sebagai awal pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dokumentasi, observasi dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu dengan pendekatan RME  berbasis Etnomatematika melalui acara Grebeg Apem  dapat membuat peserta didik bisa memahami konsep perkalian. Hal tersebut terbukti ketika peserta didik sudah mampu menjawab pertanyaan mengenai letak perkalian  selain itu peserta didik juga sudah mampu menyelesaikan  permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan perkalian yang ada di kehidupan sehari hari  dan menjawab dengan benar melalui pengerjaan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik serta dapat membuat peserta didik antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran matematika.Kata kunci: pembelajaran matematika, etnomatematika, grebeg apem, RME. Abstract:  This study aims to determine whether the RME approach based on Ethnomathematics through the Grebeg Apem event can help grade 2 students of Lidah Wetan 4 State Elementary School in understanding mathematical concepts related to daily life on multiplication material using realistic problems related to local culture or tradition as the beginning of learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used by researchers are documentation, observation and Student Worksheets. The results obtained are that the RME approach based on Ethnomathematics through the Grebeg Apem event can make students understand the concept of multiplication. It is proven when students have been able to answer questions about the location of multiplication besides that students have also been able to solve problems related to multiplication in everyday life and answer correctly through working on the Student Worksheet and can make students enthusiastic in participating in math learning. Keywords: math learning, ethnomathematics, grebeg apem, RME.

Abstract

Kompetensi utama yang harus dimiliki oleh guru adalah kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kopetensi profesional dan kompetensi sosial. Oleh karena itu setiap calon guru SD juga perlu menguasai ke 4 kompetensi tersebut. Dalam kaitannya dengan keterampilan mengajar, setidaknya ada 8 keterampilan yang harus dikuasai oleh calon guru SD yaitu keterampilan bertanya, keterampilan memberi penguatan, keterampilan mengadakan variasi, keterampilan menjelaskan, keterampilan membuka dan menutup pelajaran, keterampilan membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil, keterampilan mengelola kelas, dan keterampilan menjelaskan kelompok kecil dan perseorangan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pada mata kuliah konsep dasar PPKn SD, diperoleh data bahwa mahasiswa masih menemukan kesulitan dalam menyampaikan ide, gagasan atau opini secara lisan. Ketika dosen memberi kesempatan untuk bertanya atau menyampaikan pendapat, masih sedikit mahasiswa yang mau menyampaikan, dan dari mahasiswa yang mau menyampaikan pertanyaan atau pendapat memiliki retorika yang belum bagus sehingga pesan yang ingin disampaikan menjadi kurang maksimal. Padahal calon guru sudah semestinya mempunyai keberanian dan bisa menyampaikan ide atau gagasannya dengan cara yang baik yang mudah diterima oleh orang lain. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan retorika mahasiswa sekaligus membangkitkan semangat berani menyampaikan ide/gagasan di depan umum melalui strategi pembelajaran Podcast. Podcast dipilih sebagai strategi dalam pembelajaran karena berdasarkan kajian literatur pelaksanaan podcast memang menuntut keterampilan narasumber dalam beretorika, mengemas informasi dengan bahasa yang sederhana, namun mendalam. Strategi ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan retorika mahasiswa. Luaran yang diharapkan tercapai dalam penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan retorika mahasiswa dan artikel yang diterbitkan dalam jurnal nasional

Abstract

KOMET-QR (Quick Response Ethnomathematics Exploration Card) is an innovative learning media that combines Ethnomathematics and QR-Code technology, providing an interactive experience between digital resources not only in the classroom, but also facilitating learning outside class hours. With interactivity, contextuality, and respect for local wisdom, KOMET-QR is effective in increasing understanding of Bangun Datar for fourth grade elementary school. This research is development research or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model. The research results showed material validity of 94% and media validity of 97.33%, both in the "Very Valid" category. Media effectiveness was 98.31%, with the category "Very Effective," seen from a significant increase in the posttest. Practicality reached 96.95% with the category "Very Practical." With high validity, effectiveness and practicality results, KOMET-QR was declared suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik Sekolah Dasar di Kelas 3, penelitian ini dilakukan melalui implementasi model kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams Achieviment Division) dalam pembelajaran. Subjek penelitian ini yakni seluruh anggota kelas 3 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Benowo 1, Surabaya dengan 28 peserta didik tahun ajaran 2024-2025. Jenis penelitian bersifat kualitatif menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan metode DBR (design-based research). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi, kuesioner serta dokumentasi fisik. Penelitian menunjukkan hasil dnegan adanya peningkatan dalam motivasi belajar peserta didik, dimana sebelum tindakan sangat rendah dengan persentase 72%, dan meningkat sesudah tindaskan menjadi sangat baik dengan persentase 82%.

Abstract

:   It is critical to approach mathematical education correctly. This is because many students believe math is a tough subject to learn. This problem arises because many teachers teach mathematics in abstract terms. This is a qualitative descriptive study using Graveimeiijeir's design research method. The research was designed to prove the truth of the allegations made in the learning trajectory or HLT (Hypothetical Learning Trajectory) and their impact on students' understanding by applying the RME (Realistic Mathematics Education) approach to the material on the characteristics of two-dimensional figures, with Reog Ponorogo performance media and worksheet serving as a guide for student activities. This study was conducted on class 3B students at MI Ma'arif Darul Ulum Pondok. The research topic is a 6-student group in a classroom. The research stages included preparation, execution in the classroom, and data analysis. Based on this research, it can be seen that the stages of learning activities using the RME approach are based on the stages contained in the iceberg theory, namely, stages of real-world situations (situations), models that describe problem situations (model of), models for solving problems (model for), and formal mathematics stages using Reog Ponorogo performance media can make it easier for students to understand material regarding the characteristics of two-dimensional figures.

Abstract

Background: Hypothermia in newborns that is not treated properly will lead to respiratory failure and death. Hypothermia in newborns is 4 times more dangerous than hypothermia in adults. Care in the delivery room plays an important role in it. Neonatal service technology in the delivery room must be responsive, able to monitor and effective. Artificial intelligence can help determine management as needed. This study aims to analyze and examine the management of hypothermia in newborns based on artificial intelligence using the systematic review method. Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review with PICO including: (1) Population: newborns; (2) Intervention: artificial intelligence; (3) conventional hypothermic treatment; (4) Artificial intelligence is feasible to be used in the management of neonatal hygiene.  The databases used are Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Proquest. The inclusion criteria include fulltext in Indonesian and English with the study subject  of newborns with hypothermia. The exclusion criteria for this study are articles published under the last five years. Results: A total of 9 articles show that the existence of artificial intelligence can provide feedback support in the prevention of hypothermia efficiently and facilitate effective treatment. Conclusion: Hypothermic prevention feedback with artificial intelligence Fuzzy logic can save time and facilitate appropriate treatment.

Abstract

Abstract: Lack of interest of students in learning science because there are materials that are not interesting enough, this is caused by the use of media that is not optimal and not varied enough so that in learning students are less active and get bored quickly.This study aims to test the feasibility of the Powerpoint-based Roda Putar learning media, analyze the effectiveness of the Powerpoint-based Roda Putar learning media, and develop the Powerpoint-based Roda Putar learning media.This study uses the Research and Development (RD) method using the ADDIE development model which has five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation.Instruments used in collecting data: pretest, posttest and questionnaire.Media expert validity test data and material expert validation were analyzed using descriptive percentage techniques.The results of the expert validator test obtained: (1) the assessment from the media expert validator obtained a percentage of 96.66 percent which indicates an assessment with very feasible criteria, (2) the assessment from the material expert validator obtained a percentage of 92 percent which indicates an assessment with very feasible criteria.Data for student and teacher responses to the media used, including: (1) teacher responses obtained a percentage of 100 percent, (2) small group student responses obtained a percentage of 97.77 percent, (3) large group student responses obtained a percentage of 96.88 percent.The results of the N-gain test showed an increase in pretest and posttest scores of student learning outcomes.Based on the scores obtained, the Roda Putar learning media based on Powerpoint in elementary school grade 4 science learning can be said to be very feasible to use.The implication of this research is that this learning media can be applied by teachers to help students in learning activities so that they do not get bored quickly.Abstrak: Kurangnya minat peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPAS karena terdapat matrei yang kurang menarik, hal ini disebabkan karena penggunaan media yang belum optimal serta kurang bervariasi sehingga dalam pembelajaran peserta didik kurang aktif dan cepat bosan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kelayakan media pembelajaran Roda Putar berbasis Powerpoint, menganalisis keefektifan media pembelajaran Roda Putar berbasis Powerpoint, dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran Roda Putar berbasis Powerpoint. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (RD) menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mempunyai lima tahapan: analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation. Instrument yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data: pretest, posttest dan angket. Data uji validitas ahli madia dan validasi ahli materi dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif presentase. Hasil uji validator ahli diperoleh: (1) penilaian dari validator ahli media diperoleh presentase sebesar 96,66 persen yang menunjukkan penilaian dengan kriteria sangat layak, (2) penilaian dari validator ahli materi diperoleh presentase sebesar 92 persen yang menunjukkan penilaian dengan kriterian sangat layak. Data untuk respon peserta didik dan guru terhadap media yang digunakan, antara lain: (1) respon guru diperoleh presentase 100 persen, (2) respon peserta didik kelompok kecil diperoleh presentase 97,77 persen, (3) respon peserta didik kelompok besar diperoleh presentase 96,88 persen. Hasil uji N-gain menunjukkan peningkatan nilai pretest dan posttest hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan nilai yang diperoleh media pembelajaran Roda Putar berbasis Powerpoint pada pembelajaran IPAS kelas 4 sekolah dasar dapat dikatakan sangat layak untuk digunakan. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu media pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan oleh guru untuk membantu peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar supaya tidak merasa cepat bosan.
