<![CDATA[One of the functions of government is the service function, the government must provide the best service to meet the needs of the community in all aspects. This is being carried out by the Sungai Petai village government, where to achieve excellent public services, the Sungai Petai Village Government is presenting an Application or Mobile-based Public Service called Kampung Page. This research aims to explain the implementation of the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai Village in 2021. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. Then the research location was in Sungai Petai Village, Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency. This research found that the implementation of the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai village in 2021 is running quite optimally. The implementation of the public service system through the Kampung Page application in Sungai Petai village makes the public services provided more effective and efficient. The community's obstacles in using the Kampung Page application are very minimal and make the level of public trust in the Kampung Page application quite high. The reliability of using the Kampung Page application can be said to be adequate because there have been no complaints from the public regarding the speed of accessing this application. The Sungai Petai government has provided a lot of support to the community, including providing an admin chat feature, socializing the use of the Kampung Page application, providing a manual book to the community as a guide to using the Kampung Page application, and also providing kiosks at the village office for people who still lack understand how to use the Kampung Page application. However, there is still a need to improve the features of other service areas so that all service areas can be utilized optimally. Then there needs to be further outreach and training from the Sungai Petai Village government to increase knowledge and active community participation in using the Kampung Page application. <![CDATA[This article discusses the misuse of Regional Government assets. Assets in general are things or anything that has economic value. There is misuse of assets belonging to the Regional Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency, namely the Kelapa Gading Culinary Center. The cause of misuse is the Kelapa Gading Culinary Center belonging to the Regional Government of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This is an indication that immigrants from the food court market are committing violations. The purpose of this research is to determine the causes of asset misuse and to determine the security and maintenance process of the Kelapa Gading Culinary Center. This research theory uses the Fraud Triangle Theory, namely Pressure, Opportunity and Rationalization. The research method used is a qualitative method by explaining descriptive data. The type of research data used is primary in the form of data obtained from research informants and secondary in the form of data obtained from related documents. The cause of the abuse occurred due to the weakening of security and maintenance of the Kelapa Gading Culinary Center by the Regional Government. This abuse was not carried out by the original traders of the Kelapa Gading Culinary Center, but was misused by migrants from the Tembilahan City Food Court Market which previously burned down. <![CDATA[Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a health assurance system that ensures all of the population or at least 95% (nine-five percent) of the total population has been registered as a participant in the National-Kartu Indonesia Health Assurance Program. (JKN). The various strategies undertaken by the Singingi district of Kuantan towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is a real step by the Government of Singingi County in guaranteeing public health security. The research aims to identify strategies and factors supporting the district of Kuantan Singingi in achieving the Universal Health Coverage award. (UHC). This research used the strategy theory by Hadari Nawawi: aggressive strategy, preventive strategy, and innovative strategy. The research used qualitative descriptive methods and data collection techniques based on interviews, documentation, and library studies. The results of this research show that the Government's strategy of Kuantan Singingi district in achieving the award of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by improving access to healthcare services and protection of healthcare costs. However, there is no regulation that regulates the basis of policy making. Supporting factors for achieving the award is the fulfillment of the human resources of health, the administration of Integrated Data of Social Welfare (DTKS), the presence of leadership commitment, the fulfilment of indicators and cooperation between the health service, the social service empowerment of communities and village, the population service and civil registration, and the BPJS health. <![CDATA[Roads have a big function for daily activities. Road maintenance, management and rehabilitation have been stipulated in policy. The implementation of this policy is regulated in the Minister of Public Works Regulation, Number: 13/PRT/M/2011 concerning Procedures for Road Maintenance and Surveillance, and Pekanbaru Mayor Regulation Number 94 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the City PUPR Service Pekanbaru. Tampan Subdistrict is the subdistrict that contributes most to damaged roads in the city of Pekanbaru. In 2019 it became 12.228%. It can be said that the implementation of the duties and functions of the Highways Sector, PUPR Service is not optimal. The aim of the research is to describe the implementation of the duties of the Pekanbaru City PUPR (Highway and Highways) Department in Handling Road Damage in Tampan District in 2019. This research uses regional government management theory regarding management functions by G. R. Terry, Implementation of Government Management. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The types and sources of research data are divided into primary data obtained through interviews with informants and secondary in the form of supporting data related to the handling of road damage in Tampan sub-district by the PUPR service. The results of this research are that the handling of road damage in Tampan District in 2019 by the Highways Division of the PUPR service was not optimal. <![CDATA[In the employment program, the Manpower Department carries out activities that function to improve the quality of the workforce in implementing the program. Two programs implemented by the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office are the Workforce Quality and Productivity Improvement Program and the Job Opportunities Increase Program. However, in the implementation of the Pekanbaru City Manpower Service's employment program, there are problems such as 1) Lack of socialization regarding the existence of the Pekanbaru City Manpower Service's employment program, and 2) Training and apprenticeships held by the Pekanbaru City Manpower Service do not absorb much of the ready-to-use workforce. . A large number of job seekers are not absorbed in the implementation of the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office employment program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research found that the Pekanbaru City Manpower Department in improving the quality of the workforce is still not optimal. This is demonstrated by the lack of quality and quantity of employees with special skills, limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the availability of budget to carry out outreach. The job training program implemented by the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office has not been able to completely change the social conditions of the training participants. Only 45.3% of the training participants worked or opened a business after the training. And only 44.2% of them work or open a business according to the field of training they are participating in. The factors that hinder the Pekanbaru City Manpower Service in improving the quality of the workforce in Pekanbaru City are: 1) There is still a lack of human resources capable of providing training materials, they still rely on assistance from the private sector because internally the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office is still unable to provide its own instructors. . 2) The availability of facilities and infrastructure is still minimal. 3) Limited budget for socialization. 4) The interest and intentions of training participants are still low. <![CDATA[The level of public trust in the political elite is decreasing day by day, so that only a few politicians are able to maintain their image in society, the Regent of Pelalawan H Zukri being one of them. H Zukri's success in the 2009, 2014 and 2019 legislative elections, and continued with his victory in the 2020 Pelalawan Regional Election is an indicator that H Zukri is a figure who truly protects society, including the poor. This of course cannot be separated from H Zukri's personal branding, as a politician who is able to be a beacon of hope for poor people. This research uses a qualitative approach using the concept of personal branding by Montoya & Vandehey. Before becoming a politician, H Zukri was known as a humanist and often paid attention to the poor, and he gave this attention consistently according to his authority, whether direct or policy. It is hoped that this research will provide inspiration and benefits for politicians who want to shape their image and also the results of this research can help H Zukri to evaluate the process of forming his image.]]>

<![CDATA[district, Kuantan Singingi Regency is one of the regional tourism development plans contained in the regional medium-term development plan in Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2017. Currently the tourism agency with the existing tourism community includes tourism awareness groups that have begun to take shape including the development of lubuk oguang tourism in Pulau Padang Village and Windy Waterfall in Pangkalan Indarung Village. Community service in collaboration with the Tourism Office and the Singingi Regency Indonesian Enchantment Movement conducted tourism potential development activities based on ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). The stages of dedication by coordinating with tourism service partners are going well according to the proposals and service plans. The activity also involved real work college students (Kukerta) complementing each other.]]>

<![CDATA[People who live on peatlands are very dependent on the values and functions contained by the surrounding ecosystem. They certainly need empowerment to strengthen their social capital in meeting their needs. This study aims to analyze the importance of strengthening community social capital on peatlands. The research method used is qualitative research to describe and explain the observed conditions. The results showed that the pattern of ecosystem management on peatlands did not involve all parties, so that people living on peatlands did not really feel the benefits. Whereas the existence of the community can be relied on in maintaining the ecosystem even though they have reasons to use existing resources to fulfill their daily needs. It is just a matter of how all stakeholders involved can make efforts to empower them so that they have strong social capital to protect the environment. With this, the community will feel they have an interest in using all available resources on peatlands in a responsible and sustainable manner.]]>

<![CDATA[This study investigates the role and strategies of Muslim women politicians in utilising social media during local head elections in post-conflict regions in Indonesia. By employing a mixed-methods approach integrating both qualitative and quantitative data, this research analysed 371 comments from Twitter that were captured using the Netlytic platform, a cloud-based tool that assesses social media dynamics. The findings reveal that social media platforms significantly amplify the political voice and influence of Muslim women, providing them with a vital tool for overcoming traditional barriers in political communication. The study contributes to the broader understanding of digital communication in political campaigns, particularly highlighting how gender and cultural dynamics influence political participation in Muslim-majority regions. It also suggests strategic directions for future campaigns to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of women politicians.]]>

<![CDATA[The creative economy of the traditional Malay food culinary sector has strategic potential in improving the regional economy and preserving local culture in Pekanbaru City. However, the challenges in developing this sector require the support of targeted innovation policies. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of regional innovation policies on the empowerment of the creative economy of the traditional Malay food culinary sector in Pekanbaru City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The population of the study was traditional Malay food culinary entrepreneurs in Pekanbaru City, with a sample of 150 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. Independent variables include MSME development policies, marketing digitalization programs, production technology assistance, training and certification, and access to microfinance. Dependent variables include increased business turnover, market expansion, product innovation, labor absorption, and business sustainability. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of regional innovation policies has a positive and significant effect on the empowerment of the creative economy of the traditional Malay culinary sector. The marketing digitalization program has the most dominant influence, followed by microfinance access policies and production technology assistance. This research provides a theoretical contribution in the form of a creative economic empowerment model based on local wisdom and practically produces policy recommendations for optimizing regional innovation programs in developing the traditional culinary sector.]]>
